Why new permission in ver 2.4.1: Advertising ID Permission?!? What's this for & why do u think it's required? Worse, why is this update being forced on users?? No other update has ever been forced before!
This app makes facility issues are reported and actions are taken immediately to resolved issues in the meetinghouse. This has lead to improved on facility improvement and making members owned the facilities themselves. This app makes it easy for workforce and members work towards in making buildings are conducive for worshipping and making people belonging. Members need to always put in information's on the building issues and other areas of interest to making meeting houses are habitable for use. Members should also teach others on how to use it well. This APP ensure good communication between Facility managers and Leaders . This is a helpful software that helps in the functionality of facilities.
Having an issue with ward council members seeing previous requests. That's going to lead to multiple enteries for he sake issue.
Submitting a work order is easy and straightforward. I see items that have been fixed but their status is not updated in FIR. Messages pop up on my desktop but when I attempt to open them they disappear. I never get responses to inquiries I submit to the work order contacts. Work orders being closed with no resolution statement. No training information/site for new building reps.
Works well, but could be better. I'd like the ability to update status if things change. It also needs better error handling when the back end service isn't working - it just hangs with no message.
Easy to use app for reporting facility issues. The app gives you fields to enter in the information about the issue, you can even add photos to show where and what the issue is!
Really love this app it helps me with my work as clerk to see and update the facility.
A great start! UI is clean and reporting is easy. However, following-up is harder. Would be better if there is a way to add comments to issues, or updates to Work orders.
It wouldn't log in at first. It finally managed to log in, but now the issue I submitted says it is pending and will be sent when my device is online. Clearly device is online and the issue seems forever stuck in pending.
This is a great app. I'm the PFR for our Stake and it's working well for us..however it quit working when I, just this weekend, moved to a new Samsung / Android phone. I'm now receiving the following error message: "invalid_client Client authentication failed"
It should not just be an app for a mobile phone but as it used to be in the tools on the PC. Why should I purchase a smart phone when I have never used one. If the Church wants people to have smart phones for their callings should it not be supplied to the member when they are called
This app is awesome! I wish more church members would use it when they see issues (regarding church buildings) that need to be fixed. My experience has been positive using this app.
this new update seems to have lots of bugs. app keeps crashing and gets hung up on certain selections.
This was a great app, but since the last update I've been unable to log on. Nothing has changed on my end, I should still be authorized. I contacted my stake clerk but so far he hasn't been to find out why I was dropped.
This worked great until last update. Now i cant login and tells me my password is wrong even though it works in every other app. The help page doesn't work either
The app stopped working and I was advised to delete and download again. Did that and I get the message I already have it. Maybe this means I've been released.
This app worked fairly well at first but now it will not work it says I do not have a finger print sensor. Uninstalling it again.
This app was great before the update, mow I was not able to find any place to report an incident. This makes it very difficult since I am a PFR.
Easy to access and super easy to navigate. i Love the app and use it all the time.
How to I edit an issue I submitted? I put in an issue but chose the wrong building. How do I change it? I sent in a second issue, but I am worries someone is going to wast their time checking the first issue.
At this point i can not get program to work. It says i need a fongerprint sensor which i do not have on my phone. This just started.
crashes when I try taking a picture within the app. works OK when I attach a picture already on the phone.
The new design is much better. Reviewing status by facility is a little clunky. Have not tried reporting yet...
I can't log in anymore. It keeps saying incorrect password but it's the same password I use for the other apps. Please fix.
Worked well for awhile. But now wants fingerprint recognition without warning or assistance. No way to do my job.
New phone got App my psdwords user names and pins won't work have tried everything phone won't answer. Can't get new ones i guess my calling is over.
App worked when first installed. Now wont open because my phone does not have finger print sensor ????
The app has been working fine until the latest update. Now I get the "This app may not be optimized for your device." message. Now I can not even get it to open. It loops from "Get Update" to "Unable to update" back to "Get update" etc.
