LDS Games and Puzzles
The LDS Word Search Puzzle let's you choose from multiple size boards from simple to challenging puzzles. Find the words listed on the side in the letter grid in the middle. Intersecting words are hidden forwards, backwards, up, down and diagonally. When you have found all the words you have solved the puzzle!
LDS Quest is a trivia game with church related questions. See how many questions you can correctly answer to reach the Salt Lake Valley.
LDS Photo Puzzle is a tile puzzle similar to a jigsaw puzzle but with square pieces. A picture is broken into squares that are then jumbled. Select two squares to switch their positions. Continue until the puzzle is solved. Points are scored for the number of pieces moved to their correct position. Puzzles with more pieces are easier but you cannot score as many points.
LDS Crossword: Using the clues given, fill in the squares in the crossword with church related words to complete each puzzle. To receive hints, you can tap the clue to reveal letters or lookup the clue. The goal of the puzzle is to fill in each white square with a letter to complete words. Clues are given for the words which fill in the boxes. Words appear horizontally (left to right) or vertically (top to bottom) in the puzzle.
Letter Scramble: Drag the scrambled letters onto the blanks to reveal a gospel related name or phrase.

It's fun but still has quite a few bugs. Several of the games quit randomly. The quest game is nice but as it goes along the time becomes so short that you can't even read the question before it runs out, so that's just stupid. The puzzle games are cute and fun. I haven't seen a challenging one yet. All of the questions in the scripture challenge are also used in the quest, but I actually like that because the quest needs to be fixed.
The quest is ok at first but then it becomes too darn fast! I'm a quick reader but I can't read a question and answers and choose an answer in the space of ONE second! Even if I KNOW the answer that simply isn't enough time, especially if the questions and answers are long. This needs to be fixed. I like the puzzle and the crossword and the word find though.
I Enjoy this app! I love that there are several games/puzzles that I can switch back & forth between freely.....no wait time. Playing this app always leaves me feeling good/upbeat/happy!
I enjoy seeing the temples but wish the names were written down so you could learn the different temples as we go through the gameI love the newer temples in the game. I also like that they loose the line so they are like the photos
Some update happened and now everything had reset. The worst is I can't add personal pictures. Use to be fun. Now just a pain.
I enjoy doing these puzzles they keep me thinking. It's fun and keeps me entertained. Thank you for getting new puzzles
The games are fun; however, there are two issues: 1. LDS Quest has great questions and a cool theme. The problem is that the player cannot save his progress in the game. 2. Letter Scramble starts out easy and stays easy. The anagrams should get more difficult as the player continues.
Love it. However I wish the pictures would change more often and not have duplicates. Thank you.
It's been fun seeing what I do know and surprising what I don't recall. You'll enjoy relaxed uninterrupted play. Simple fun.
I was really excited to see what I knew by playing these games. I tried the books of the scriptures and was pretty confident I would do well. Well, the buttons for the books wouldn't respond very quickly, and then if I happened to hit one I didn't mean to, no chance to correct it. That made me a little nuts. I enjoyed the crosswords puzzles. Some of the clues, though, were, well, really reaching. But I was really grateful to get a clue, like the next letter or all the vowels. That was awesome!!
Fun app that is not just for kids. Games are simple but not all easy. I like that you can upload your own pictures for the puzzles. There are settings to make some games easier or harder. As an empty nester I find it is a fun distraction when I have some down time
I really enjoyed these. It's great to have Latter-day Saint puzzles. More interesting than others and more meaningful too. I'd like the end of the puzzle to last a little longer so I can enjoy looking at it. ...... I can't escape this part to get to the other questions. 1 2 3 would be better than no not sure and yes. Love it! It's great!
A great app. The crossword puzzle is a little outdated. The church magazine name changes haven't been updated. Otherwise, it's a great app to encourage scripture study and makes a great Sabbath day activity.
Just started playing today and so far I find there's a moderate amount of challenge and the pictures are very interesting. My concern is whether or not as I get more used to the game play that the level of challenge remains at this level or increases.
Fun & a learning game. It would be great if more levels or puzzles were added. Also it would be useful if the scripture references were included, when applicable, somewhere with the puzzles.
Love it all except the trail section. Doesn't seem to have a trail that actually moves when you get the right answet and when you get the wrong answers it doesn't tell you the correct one so you can learn it.
I love this game. I only wish that when the puzzle is completed that the image stayed for a few seconds so we could enjoy the completed image. Seems like this could be a quick and easy fix. Thanks for the work, time and talent that went into making this fun game.
The pictures that I used from my photos were all black except for the left side which was the right side of my photo. I'm not sure why it only showed a small part of my photo and left the rest black, but it makes it difficult to buy together a black puzzle especially when all the pieces are square.
Cool idea. I especially liked the puzzle where you could add your own pictures, but the functionality of the program started to collapse, so I am in the process of reinstalling to see if it fixes it.
Fun. There are 6 different games. I usually play only three of them: crossword, word find, and offer scramble. Some words are using British English spelling. When find words in the word search, it won't let me choose the longer word before the shorter word resulting in words inside of words (love, lovely).
Tap and play, touch is not sensitive enough. Have to keep tapping, becomes distracting and frustrating. Game would be very entertaining if the sensitivity was better.
Fun puzzle game, can make some of the games harder or easier. It would be fun if the quest would show your progress on the map.
Have fun and learn, too! I really like how you can add your own photos to the photo puzzles, and all the games are adjustable to differing age levels.
I found a few minor problems early on and reported them to the developer and received a reply back very quickly. Within a day or two a fix was implemented. I've spent many enjoyable hours playing the games included in this app.
This game was good but then we couldnt choose our own pictures for photo puzzles.
Enjoy piecing together the temple photos. Wish the picture didn't go away so fast when completed so one can enjoy their accomplishment. The photos shots are well done.
Really good. But when you finish shuffle squares it disappears quickly and doesn't give any information about it eg name or where it is Thanks. I appreciate that. I'm glad you told me it was on the updated version because I saw it last night and thought it had been there all the time and I had missed it.
It is nice to have a game that keeps me focused on what is important, even while giving me something to fill my time waiting for kids, appointments, etc. One thing that bothers my autistic brain is that the letter scramble says "Gospel Topics" when some of them are Church culture. Nothing wrong with that, and I enjoy it anyway, the semantics just bothers me.
