Broken now! I haven't been able to log into this app for at least two or three weeks now. I keep getting an error message every time. I can log in on the computer just fine but the app has not been working and it's very irritating. Especially since I was just rebilled for the premium features even though I turned that function off on my account. (I am very grateful they are crediting that back to me though because I was not planning on renewing again since I can't even use the app).

I know a 1 Star. Why would I do that? Besides the apps being glitchy I was coming to the end of my subscription. I had turn off the automatic subscription. But the last two week a strange button to resubscribe keep showing up. One day I hit the button trying to close the app. It charged to my account. I email them several times. After submitting very small print comes up. Oh I saw it you have to resubmit before it sends. They rejected the refund and won't take my charge info off their site.

This app is ok. A few of my dislikes are: I have to login constantly & only get in after trying 4-5 times. I get the message "Invalid. Check your settings." Ive made sure my username and password and settings are correct. Lastly, I dont like when looking at potential matches and i hit the X, the next day or a few days later I will see that match again.

Many ways to see profiles and helpful information about the individual. Great with multiple pictures and able see something about the individuals profile. Connection to message and or chat is not enjoyable at any hope of getting an actual conversation started. Not going to renew this subscription, just not worth the effort.

I just barely created a profile on this app and paid for it....however it keeps telling me that my password or username is incorrect. I've changed it 3 times already with no luck. I sent an email and even called the people media phone number but they're closed over the weekend. They've charged me and haven't given me any service. This is really bad. I NEED access to this app ASAP!!!

I dont know why, but I'm starting to get women thrown into the mix, and unless my preferences are. Broken. It would be great to only see men on my profile instead of unnecessarily viewing women's profiles to block them. which is the only way to keep people off your profile and messages is to block them.

Worked great for a day. Paid for account. While in the middle of a conversation the app logged me out and won't let me back in. Says I have invalid email or password. Already sent an email to support yesterday and still waiting for either a response or for it to be fixed. Not happy about paying for something for it not to work the next day!

I tried to change the age criteria for matches and every time I got on it had changed back to the default setting. Very frustrating. Also tons of scammers!

dear developers, if I block a particular person, don't put him in my daily matches. I don't want to see him. if I change the criteria of my matches to a set of specific numbers, don't give me people outside of that. I don't want 49 year olds if I'm 27. And if now one is in my area, but you give me people in Utah, then there must be more than the 23 people I match with everyday. sub-par app with limited everything.

I didn't realize you couldn't even talk to people without paying. That's a definite no. And anyone can message you at any time. I'd like to confirm I am even interested in a conversation before that happens or my inbox will be out of control. App owners skills strongly reconsider the design. Raise your standards. Raise your rewards.

Bugs need to be fixed. Won't let you fix your profile for errors. Opens small window for help but does nothing to help because you can't click anything afterwards. Don't download

Followed instructions to fix malfunctions, still broken. Site and app need a complete overhaul. Layout and function is bad. Perhaps you should look at Tinder, Bumble, and Plenty of Fish.

Keeps forgetting my password, won't let me back in no matter how many times I try , even when changing my password.. I wanted to upgrade my account but if I can't even get into my own account,, what's the point of paying for something that I can't use

This app does not work well at all. ALWAYS have to attempt signing in multiple times before it will take. Ultimately it stopped working all together. 🙄

ANY problem you have, it tells you to go to settings to fix it, but there IS no settings option! This thing is a joke. Oh, and all the pictures upload sideways.

It would be great if I could create a password that would work, otherwise I'd rate it better. Also where you put your birthdate you should be able to type it instead of having to swipe 39 times to get to your birthdate.

Sign in is messed up. I'm paying for something I can't use. Waste of money. I'm noticing quite a few other comments saying the same thing. The app is bad. If I log in from chrome it works. Who wants to do that when we paid for an app?

Worst experience ever, it deleted my account for no reason after a few years of me using the website and I can't get anyone to help me. I have left many many many messages and I have tried forgot password many many many times and it still won't sent me anything to reset my password. Still don't know why my account got deleted.

Why would they make it so difficult to enter your birth date? You have to scroll back one month at a time for years! Not intelligent, people. I didn't get very far before uninstalling.... Obviously! No thanks. Your app is TERRIBLE!!!

Can't sign in via the app anymore, keeps claiming password is invalid. Can still login to web site. Also an old outdated clunky user interface.

Do NOT waste your time with this app! They take your money and claim to delete your account and claim that they won't charge you again because your account is deleted. They're all lies! I had to go through my bank to dispute the claims because they double charged me. Plus a surcharge because they upgraded my account! Saying they deleted it! Very upset with how this company handled my account and situation.

This site has alot of scammers on it. 7-8 different - same men trying to get me to send them money. Didn't know if they were the same person or different one. One time I said no and my entire LDSPALS site crashed (couldn't see anything).

Registered and immediately informed username and/or password was incorrect. Cannot reset password because the site won't send a reset email. What a worthless app!

It would not let me put my birthday in the Box. I had a light tap it about a hundred times to get to my birth date. The app crashed several times still not let me put that birth date in. I give this app a- 100%...

I tried to set up an account and I tried 20 different password options and Nothing worked. There were no instructions on what I needed to use.

Won't let me create a password. Keeps saying it's invalid, but it doesn't outline what a "valid" password should be.

I read quite a few reviews and still thought I'd try. Nope. YO!! LDS PLANET PEOPLE FIX THE BIRTHDAY AND PASSWORD ISSUE SO PEOPLE CAN AT LEAST SIGN UP. There's about 10 reviews saying the same thing and it's still not working. I already uninstalled it, but maybe someone else might overlook the 2.6 rating and give ya a chance.
