This app works well when it works for me... I get stuck in order search bar and no products come up. I also got stuck in middle of order and had to go redo my order online in the website. This app would be great if in my opinion this along with a few other things were updated and fixed.
Worst Website Ordering Experience - Terrible User Interface!!! You have to cancel and reorder auto ships if you want to make a change? Trying to use the app to order is pointless. I've had to twice cancel order in two months. Ordering really needs to be streamlined.
I just downloaded the app on my new phone and it will not open without me to open with out allowing access to my contacts or my images which there's no way on Earth I'm doing that. Super frustrating as I had an issue with the items that I ordered and I want to contact customer service and now I have no idea how I can do that.
This app isn't helpful at all. The welcome pack they messaged me was in Spanish. I can't edit my autoship at all or change what's being shipped or even add more items to my cart. The whole app seems useless. I can't do anything to my order with it.
This app awful to use. Never consistant. Will not show pictures of the items or let me log in most of the time. They really need to fix this app or tale it down. I have been having issues with it for a year now.
Some info is there. But many errors built in. No content will download (keeps saying please wait while catalog downloads). Trying to enter an auto ship enter date, OK. Enter month, deleted date.. Tried multiple times. Must not be android friendly.
Have had issue with the packaging of the product. This morning i open up one capsule packaging to find that it had only 1 capsule inside the packet instead of 2capsules. We pay top dollar for these products, i expect that all packaging of product is correct! I am having trouble to resolve this issue with their support team and it seems that theres no competency here in support of our promoters and customers! Its good product, just not happy with unresolved matters.😡😡😡😡
There is no way to get the app icon onto the phone I have to search my apps to open I don't think you understand most apps can be added to the pages so you hit the app and it opens Your app doesn't do this Can't get app to go on home page Useless if you have to hunt for it every time
Exactly what everyone else says. Never hardly works and crashed. POC. Sorry sticking to website also. You need better programmers js.... In response to your comment. It has took 2 months for you to reply and I have stopped Thriving as it doesnt do what it first did for me. It only worked for like 3 months. But thanks anyways
This app does not let me change my pin which is required by the app. It freezes, doesn't pull up the keyboard, and doesn't respond. Unusable.
Wants access to send and receive text messages, to have access to my contacts and access to pictures and media on my phone. Absolutely no reason for any of those. Will continue using the website instead.
This app never works for me. There's always some issue with it everyday. I un-instaled it & I will stick with the online site. If you fix all these issues we've all been having then you will get better reviews & a lot more customers.
Would not accept my login info. Kept giving me error codes. Doesn't recognize my email address or even my Cloud login for Level Thrive. Tried resetting my PIN and never received the email from the App. Uninstalled that's over 100mb of space cleared.
The app is easy to use but has some flaws. Not all catalogues download to the app also. And not being able to buy Le-Vel Gear through the app sux bit overall awesome. 🙏🏻 Recommend for all ThRiVeRs!!
App is terrible, downloaded it. Created the PIN. Stated my pin didnt follow the format(no where did it give a format) tried to reset and haven't recieved the email. 3 times and several hours. Uninstalled.
The catalogue does not show images for most of the products, the cost on the app is different than on the website, and there's no auto renewal option.. would not recommend until this app mirrors the website
App does not work original one i had month ago did lost it and now i download this one and no catalogs every screen black very didappointed im reading similar issues should be fixed by now
I downloaded this app and nothing on there, no files, no documents, no email/messages, can't see upline, nothing in the chat, costumer list not there.....what was it suppose to be for?!?
I could not figure out how to order my Thrive. The website much easier to use, plus it doesn't take up that little bit of storage
Freezes up when trying to verify credentials to give you a pin. I tried several times and got tired of waiting.
I've had this app a few months and never had a problem with it until now. It wouldn't let me log in even though i have internet connection.
needs updating I do find this annoying please can you sort this so people who are networking can use the app without it crashing or frezzing also have the prices for the products in English not American

Can not see anything but what is thrive video. Wish this app would work like it is intended, but so far it doesn't.
Horrible. I have bern trying for 2 days to get this app downloaded. Its been verifying for 9 hrs now. Really? Very bummed
This app doesn't work. It still says downloading catalogs. It's the newest version, I know because I got a new phone and downloaded it. If a company claims to have a premium nutrition system, for those prices, they should be able to afford to pay a developer to create a state of the art app for the business!
