cant get it to connected as it keeps saying it timed out everytime it gets to 100%. ive made sure it's the correct encryption as stated in the help and it is on 2.4gh. . it keeps timing out. also the devices are close to each other too. so I cant rate this well since everything I tried doesn't work. ive never had a problem connecting any device in years. so no idea why this 1 is so difficult.
Horrible, always have issues connecting to my bulb. Takes multiple tries and sometimes doesn't work at all. I have to wait a day and hope that maybe it will work. Maybe not the apps fault. But the company is horrible and their products are also terrible.
Please start updating this app, has issues with buttons not registering touches sometimes and there should be a dark mode for this app too! A nice pitch black OLED theme would be appreciated especially for when I'm dimming the lights at night. Who's idea was it to make the app bright white? It's pretty harsh on the eyes at bedtime, please consider a dark mode update along with general quality of life improvements, thanks.
Had lots of trouble getting this app to work. I had to set the smart bulbs up with a tablet first then use my phone with the same account because otherwise it kept crashing. Persevere, it's worth it in the end.
I used the onboard support request 3 months ago and I've still had no response. The app is unable to let you choose colours and patterns which coupled with the lack of response to my question has made me take this from 5 to 2 stars.
Excellent and great compatibility with Google Home! Word to the wise, avoid the "LE LampUX" models, they are a poor comparison to the "LE Smart WiFi" models.
bulb loses the wifi connection very often, and i need to add bulb again and again. And App does not remember the scenarion i configured. Each time, i must create scenarios from the beginning.
Great App..apart from setting Homes Geo-location on the Google map. No Map loads. Works great with the Lepro LE light bulbs and works great with Alexa. Colours are a little off when using with Alexa Skill.
Very easy all around, however BIG problem is the initial registration asks for phone # to send a verification code. Enter your email addy instead. Once I figured that out it was easy as a catholic girl.
Managed to connect 3 bulbs,worked fine for 4 days,after that the bulbs are offline,couldn't connect them anymore.I've asked for help through app but I haven't received any response !
In tap to run, there are options to select mode between white, color, scene and music but there is no option to select which color or scene you want to choose.
crashes on my phone, tablet and other phone. All of them has different Android vresions. Useless for me.

Do not waste your money on their products. App doesn't allow you to do anything other than on and off. Waited 15 minutes with a loading circle and gave up.

The last update broke touch sensitivity. You have to mash your tap-to-run buttons multiple times for them to register, so simple functions like turning on or off the lights can take 20+ seconds. That doesn't sound like much, but how many seconds does it take you to flip a light switch? Probably a lot less.
