Easy and intuitive. I've only just downloaded it yesterday. The next hurdle is to teach it to a septuagenarian! I was able to get five days of calls/ notes uploaded very quickly. Need to find out if: 1) it can share costumer info with others on the team, and 2) can it generate call lists. So far the experience has been great.
Superb App. Much needed app for me. I do receive and make too much calls and i forgot what was discussed with whom, but because of leader i can make notes of each call and set reminder if required. One important feature is missing that we cant export leads and contacts with remarks in excel.
These for entrepreneurs. I recommend it to new small businesses. It's simple and very effective. The best part is how it intsgrates the different tasks eg, calls, task, WhatsApp, notes calendar. And I ASLO love the pop up screen. After every call you are given a screen with a lot of options and tasks. It serves time.
The app is convenient and user friendly. I am only concerner with the synchronization. I would appreciate if I can be informed about the Sync, if available or not.
After trying so many different apps and software based CRM programs and this has been the easiest to navigate, has every type of tool I need(labels, reminders, etc) without having to use any additional apps to piggy back on. Keeps EVERYTHING right in front of you in a very clean interface. This app has it down to every detail in the contact section, you can schedule calls on your calendar right on the app. Also their customer service has always been prompt/pleasure to work with.
This is a great app for our operation of an RV Park. Provides a little information without intruding. Lots of function for notes, follow-ups, etc. Our only issue is it falls behind every once in awhile, but information is backed up so you can delete the app and reinstall to fix it.
I tried installing, but there is no button to click at the last screen "by clicking below you agree to our terms of service" I am not able to finish installing the app!! UPDATE. My font was set to large on my phone. This pushed the button below the Phone screen and not visible. Screen could not be scrolled up to access the button.
I really enjoy this app as it helps you to easily make notes after a phone call. I can then go through my notes when i have time to make sure i don't miss anything.
I have been looking for mobile based CRM for managing my Real Estate business as I have deal with leads mostly on mobile. After trying so many apps, finally I got the best CRM that does everything in one app, tasks, calls, sales, calendar, WhatsApp Business, Price proposal, reminder, notes. and may more.
It's an amazing application and very helpful maintaining clients database for smooth business functions. Will recommend everyone to try it once as I am sure that no one like to leave LEADer ever after using this. This application makes work easier using task reminder option on Leader as well as meeting to get timely reminder for scheduled meetings. Amazing app with smooth online business management.
When we type LEADer it shows "LEADER" Jagadish musham's application. 1 star for forcefully get caller id permission & display over other apps for your application. Your application don't start if we don't give it caller id permission and display over other apps. It also shows that phone numbers that we had deleted from the call log of the phone system. In this case learn from true caller.
It wants access to your contacts, it doesn't move to the next steps of the installations. I wanted to test it out before adopting it, it's unfortunate...
It's been only 2 or 3 days, but I have no idea how I will function without LEADer in the future! SO easy to use and makes follow-up a breeze! **Edit: I've been using it for almost a year now and it's DEFINITELY a game-changer!!**
Its best nd best. I just want to request to pls add any symbol on repeat customer or number. And if possible pls add chart of all customers i.e. repeat customer, one time customer,
It would be perfect if it had a section inside the customer profile maybe below "add notes" for something like "documents" where I could upload a picture to the app. It seems like this would be a function that the app already has but I just havent found it?? I am a roofing contractor and it would be great to have a picture of the paper contract as well in the customer profile folder. This app is great however, it's just that one thing that would be nice to have.
Awesome app. Very useful in a lot of practical functional areas. And they are still improving everyday. The best part is the amazing Customer Support... Each mail is personally responded to nicely. I was having an issue of pop up window not showing up in outgoing calls. After a lot of investigation, they figured out it could be because of 2 sims on my device. Within a few days, a new update was launched with a plug in that solved the issue... Amazing.
Seems like a great app; I was very excited to use. I typically immediately pay for the Pro or Ad-Free version, so that's one of the first thing I checked here. It seems to be about $9 a month, billed annually. So over $100 EVERY year!?! I would much rather pay monthly, even $10 if it's worth it. I don't want to be locked in to $100 if I decide to stop using the app. Will only consider if I can pay monthly, or even better a one time upgrade fee.
LEADer is very simple to use and the automated message sending takes customer service to the next level. Having all your leads at your finger tips is priceless. Never miss a call back, an appointment ANYTHING with LEADers task setting. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to take their business to the next level.
I find this app to be exceptionally confusing and not user friendly and the text messages only send sometimes. And you need to download a weird extension from their site, not just this app for it to work. And when new calls come in or go out they aren't visible on the app like a normal call log. I needed this to automatically text message missed calls and calls from people not on my contact list.
Just an amazing app. If you have a running business, then this app will work a quite good for you. It provides a lot of convenience and most importantly, you will never miss a call. Althogh, I personally liked the old UI of the same app, newer version is no less. For the team, there is a suggestion. If we can implement user heirarchy or organization level access, then this app can boom in corporate sector.
This app is awesome except you guys take way too long to make changes that you say that you're making like simply being able to add a picture, adding away to count up leads or tasks completed daily, weekly or monthly, or simply being able to go to someone's Facebook page or messenger right from the app. It's been at least 6 months since you said that you were going to add these features so it's frustrating that it takes so long!!! #STILL #WAITING
This literally does everything you need it to do as a small business owner or sales consultant. It shows youur notes when your client is ringing, has time dependent tasks, labels, proposals, automatic texting, a great system for notes, and it sorts your leads either by last contacted, or date added. It also automaticall prompts you to make notes after a lead or customer calls. I've tried all the CRMs. It's not useful for sharing/team use, but it's insane for your personal business.
Hi The app is good, but the export data need improvement to be useful. There are a lot of fields in form after export And opened up in excel, however these fields is not visible in app, so don't make sense. There are no options to select what label(vip, lead, other) you want export only default ones. Please make these improvement to be better.
