Mobile check deposit is a pain, a dozen attempts per check, and when it finally takes, it goes to review.. will not take clear images, unlike other bank apps I've used.

Awesome people to work with in the different branches. They will guide you straight through the process weather it be regular banking, investing, auto loans or a mortgage. App is simple and easy to use with everything you need at the touch of a button.

Very convenient, saves time and trips to the bank!

On my fairly new samsung phone it is so simple to use. This app is still the easiest to use of all the apps I use.

I love being able to check my account balance and other account activity when it is convenient for me, whether it is 9:00am or 11:00pm. It fits my schedule. Would like it to be available all night, have had several times info was not available, but normally satisfied this far.

Love how you can pay whatever you need to pay. If someone hacked your card they are on it. You don't have to wait on the mail you can go get a new card.

I love it..very convention saves me a lot of time 10-10-2020 update: I still love, Leaders Credit Union..the app is very convention, it's saves me a lot time and trips to the bank...and having to make phone calls, to check on my account..I have never had any problems with this app or the Credit union..either way ,I just love Leaders Credit Union ❤❤❤

Very user-friendly convenient,& secure!

Not a very reliable app. Every now and then it has technical difficulties. Won't pull up info when you really need it.

The app so far has been pretty easy to use and figure out. Though I've had the repeating problem of not being able to sign in past 6 pm

I love the app because I can do my account transfers, pay bills, and deposit checks all from my phone. And the best part of it is that all of these things are so easy to complete in the mobile app!

I love Leaders! The app works great. You can check your balance anytime and transfer funds between accounts with just a few clicks.

Love everything about the app except the limit on transfers. Towards the end of the month it can be a headache when you have reached that limit.

This app is so simple! Transferring money takes seconds! My bills show up as pending almost immediately! Love it!!

I love the bank but I thought they were a credit union to help people that's why I joined but they have turned me down every time for everything. Thinking about leaving so I can get started somewhere straighten up my life and credit. Some credit union will help you.

One of the best Credit Unions I ever done business with for 12 years so far. They have excellent customer service and awesome people that works there as well. No complaints from this client.
