The Leads app captures attendees’ information directly into Zoho CRM. It’s simple – just scan the QR code on the attendee’s badge, or take a photo of their business card. The application automatically extracts all the information from the badge/card and saves it within the app as well as in Zoho CRM.
The applications also allows you to assign leads to your sales team. You can add tasks and notes right within the app making sure there is no information lost during the transfer of lead from the trade show to the sales person.

Doesn't work worth a damn. Crashes Every time I try to scan in a card.
This app needs to be more efficient and able to properly read business cards when scanning
Am I crazy, or this app does not synch with the regular CRM leads ?
Love it for scanning business cards
Does what it says. Sometimes populates the wrong fields but it still saves a lot of time in addition the card picture is embedded in your contact so if something is wrong you have that to refer to.
You have to pay to scan cards. Even the link to "buy now" returns an error. The whole login process is exhaustive and requires to activate a 15-day enterprise trial on Zoho CRM website. Terrible.
Too much to correct and add. Time consuming. Was a good idea. Makes more work for me. Not productive.

Great concept, but I find myself correcting a lot of items. Needs some work.
Very good at scanning business cards. The tradeshow I wanted to use it at must have some misdirection in their barcodes to stop people from using apps like this as it just produces nonsense. Would be 5 stars if it worked.
1. Card scan is quick. 2. Dates for events seems to have a serious bug - you enter August and it saves it as September - always one month out??? Weird and very annoying 3. Can't find how to sync with Zoho CRM from my phone???!! Is it automatic? Because it hasn't synced yet...
But so far so good! I've been able to get rid of a ridiculous pile of cards I've had laying around & turn them into leads.
I love that I can add a note and task to the contact when it exports to CRM. Photos I take are also exported with the record and appear in Zoho. It also launches my autoresponder workflows.
App does a poor job of dropping words in the right place. You end up re-entering most of the info anyway.
Doesn't work on smartphone. makes you pay for subscription. Impossible to use without desktop.
Great tool
After Scanning 3 to 5 Business card I can say Photo card Scanner is only 70 - 75 % accurate. For Australian Addresses it rather performs very bad and needs lot of improvement. Not worth for the money paid.
Cuts my lead entry time in half. There are sometimes mistakes and I had to retake a few pictures. Once you get a hang of the app, it's not hard to fix it's mistakes.

When I open country in settings or when I scan a business card. Every frickin time! Purchased the upgrade only to find out nothing works. Very disappointed, no refund poss. This could be a great app, please fix it.
