Gets me to Pittsburgh but unfortunately there is a 312mile leg and my car only gives me a 150 miles :( Nissan needs to drive a Tesla and learn what mapping software needs to be. But so far, is the only software that gives me a route with charging station information on the route. Better than nothing :(
Buggy, slow, doesn't record all trips, doesn't always work
Good for locating charging stations
Can't download it. On Android 7.1.1. Why?
really excellent charging station finder
Does not work on latest Android.
Hardly ever works, wouldn't recommend
IF YOU COULD SHARE INFO WITH WAZE I WOULD BE ABLE TO GIVE YOU A FIVE STAR RATNG , I AM A NISMO FANBOY AND WOULD LOVE TO KEEP MY LEAF AS TRICKED OUT AS POSSIBLE BUT WISH THE 2013 S HAD AWD...
Has not updated since April 16
There are no adds
Suggestion add notifications for new stations?
When trying to get a route, the app suddenly stopped working and closed
Just bought a used 2012 and had to drive 64 miles home on a barely charged leaf. Found a DC charge station to get me home quick.
Must register to get card. Received card in mail but customer service says my car (2012 Leaf) is too old for the program must be 2016 and above? I mentioned I preregistered and they mailed the card? Also mentioned my car year was on the selection drop down? Why bother if you won't allow me to activate? Also shouldn't the service be based on your charger connection rather than age? I mean the 2016+ and 2012 are the same charging ports? Poor service all around.
Very frustrating that app exits on a Return instead of going back...
Tell you the station that offered FREE charge for Nissan Leaf with EZ card. Thumb up.
Believe it or not, this app has much more information compared to other apps, such as No Charge To Charge stations. Easy and awesome filter functions. This app would have been "the app" if it supported mobile payment.
How do you use your ez-charge app to activate a station? There is no such functionality.
Must have
One nice aspect of PlugShare's database is that it includes chargers at the homes of EV users who are willing to share their charger. Quite cool! Unfortunately, despite claiming that this app is powered by PlugShare, it does not include those stations. I don't really see any advantage over the PlugShare app, and the free PlugShare app includes more stations... so I'll stick with PlugShare.
Nugh said. It displays the essential info for LEAF owner (where the quick chargers are and their cost), without overwhalming user with tons of info like Plugshare does.
Most comprehensive. It's the one app making me feel comfortable to take my first long trip with my new Leaf!!!
The filter is great and that's it. It doesn't let us plan a route based on the battery range. Doesn't show where we need to stop on a trip and for how long. Sorry but you have a benchmark, Tesla. Use it !
Still remains the best, better than the popular Plug share that is missing a lot of charging stations. Edit: Thank you for your response. I have realized that I need to select the "Required fees" option in PlugShare to show some CHAdeMO stations. One nice feature of EZ-Charge that I use frequently but cannot find in PlugShare is showing Nissan dealers. It is always a pleasant experience in charging my Nissan LEAF at a Nissan dealer.
