Leaf Manager
Alternative to using the official NissanConnect EV apps from Nissan.
Note that the climate timers you set in the app are not the same as the timers you can see in the car itself, but separate timers that exists in Nissans servers.These timers act differently from the in car timers as well; they state when you want to start the climate control , while the in car timers state when they should be finished.
Allows login to European, USA , Canadian , Japanese and Australian servers.

PS! You can click the battery bar on the widget to bring up the normal app.

--------------Important!--------------If you purchase the LEAF Manager widget, you have to manually add it to the home screen using one of these methods:
- Press Home button followed by Menu button. Select Add -> Widgets -> LEAF Manager.
- Press Home button to show the home screen. Tap and hold your finger on any available space, select Widgets -> LEAF Manager.
if ICS or above Touch the App drawer icon – usually in the lower right hand corner Touch Widgets at the top of the screen Touch and hold the LEAF Manager widget Drag the widget to the particular spot on a Home screen Drag right or left to put it on a different Home screen Release to set it in place
Note:Procedures to add widgets on home screen might be different in devices from various manufacturers with their custom user interfaces.

This app is better than the Nissan one, as everyone agrees, but i am frustrated with it as I paid the $5 to get the extra settings and widget, but the widget doesn't work. I emailed the provided address but got no response.
App is very unreliable and crashes all the time. Also very frustrating is that you have to manually login every time. Otherwise the app is either crashing, or giving 404 error
Ok app but crashes all the time with 401. Manually logged in, reinstalled 2-3 times but still crashes... 1 later still crashes all the time. [Edit] have contacted developer twice and no reply!
The widget still doesn't work on Android pie, doesn't give notifications when charging has stopped or finished which I do like about the official app when it worked. It doesn't look pretty but works ok using it whilst Nissan fix there own app which stopped working on Android pie
Very little still works. Looks like Nissan has gradually kept changing things and this app has become very out of date. Looks to have become abandonware.
Recently the app has been malfunctioning and crashing almost constantly. If you login each time sometimes it will work but most the time it just crashes
This app was amazing, cause the official nissan app not working for me at all. Unfortunately I cannot check the battery status anymore "gave up " message all the time. I use my leaf app instead which is totally free and the developer made for us saying again FOR FREE.
"Gave up: no updated car data from server" error constantly. i can charge and put heating on remotely but have no idea about soc... update: totally stopped working. "unknown error (401)"...
More reliable than the native Nissan app for remote controlling my Leaf. Not the prettiest, but function is far more important.
Has consistently worked, including on Android 9. Looks a bit dated but the functionality is there.
No longer maintained. Pro features inaccessible on newer Android versions. Too bad, was useful.
Sadly, this app is no longer updated. Since July 2019 it can't connect to the Nissan's server. The only well working app is "My LEAF".
Simple but lacks the trips and consumption/charging cost information. But glad it works. Pls continue with the updates, Gyaathar.
Better than the official app from Nissan for getting battery charge status and setting the climate to pre-heat the car. It's a bit quicker.
Crashes on Google Pixel 2 (Android 9) but still better then original Nissan App. Widget doesn't work at all.
Stopped updating a week after I downloaded it and paid for the full version. This app should be taken down.
This app has fallen into disrepair (nearly 2 years) along with the Widget and no longer works.
used to work great, but as of 12\2018, it times out when trying to retreive data from server.
Was a brilliant app for Leaf owners - better than Nissan's own app! But sadly it has stopped working and the developer cannot change the code so it's back to the terribly slow Nissan EV app for now!
This app was better than nissan EV but not anymore. Cannot manage climate nor charging. Needs an update fix.
Forgets to log into Nissan's Japan server, which is the only server that works. Widget doesn't work. trying to get refund.

It generally works, which is more than I can say for any Nissan app!
Useful front end for the awful Nissan EV connect app. It does many of the same functions but does them better and adds functionality (such as updating charge status when plugged in.). The widget is the most useful thing of all which saves so much time viewing the vehicle status or turning on climate control. That said, it hasnt been updated in nearly two years and has an error where you have to manually hit the "login" button to fix every few days.
