Enjoyable little title but performance is poor, hasn't run properly since Lollipop or Marshmallow. Android 10 is no exception. Needs an update.

This game plays like the perfect blend of classic platformer and smartphone puzzler. It has the music, controls, and reflex-heavy action of a game like Mega Man, but because of the seconds-long star-based level system, potability, practice, and perfectionism are integral components. My only wish would be that you could transfer data between the free and paid versions so you don't have to restart.

Great game but its poorly ported from ios with lots of waiting times. Maybe the users not wanted to buy it after seeing how its slow on the free version. Dont completely blame the customers for poor sales. Port the sequel properly and more people will buy it. People like you can make android platform better with good content. Not holding out on us because we arent using ios will pay off both for you and us users. Thank you.

I didn't realize a mobile platformer could be this good. I've always thought mobile games are hindered by clunky touch screen controls and emulated gamepads, but League of Evil somehow manages to have responsive, intuitive controls that do not detract from the gameplay. The art and music are compelling, and the mix of platformer and puzzle solving gameplay mechanics make for an addictive retro gaming experience. I highly recommend this game.

Controls done right on a touch screen. I don't even have to think about them like I do on other games. It plays well, challenging and fun. After killing the scientist there's a solid 10 second pause that's very annoying. The intro logo takes too long to go away.

Art style is great, levels are mostly good (short but somewhat demanding). Controls are okay, but that's the limit of a touch screen. What really bugs me is the flawed collision detection (especially with those hammer swings) and the fact that the game starts to stutter as soon as you repeat a level to often (on a nexus 4).

I used to play this on my iPod touch and I loved it.. A few days ago I saw it here and decided to buy it. The game itself would be wonderful but there's a problem that really frustrates me. Sometimes when the level starts one of the two direction buttons stays pressed even though my finger isn't on the screen yet. Please fix this, you'll get 5 stars, a much better review and a fully satisfied customer.

I am only complaining about the controls because I'd like to see more control over the character, maybe a more refined dpad or joycontrol. The arrows are spaced too fat apart for fine refinement, this is mostly noticeable when doing wall jumps, just feels clunky. Reguardless, this game is perfect in its delivery. Its humorous, old school, both in visuals and challenge, and is not for the easily frustrated. New school kids will give up quickly. Props to noodlecake. Also try bmx pumped, surprisingly fun!

It works very well with a smaller tablet like the nexus 7. Some of the levels can get a little repetetivebut since they're so fast it doesn't bother me much. If you like super meat boy then you'll surely enjoy this game.

Bought it for both iOS and Android. Blitz through the level to get the three stars and then replay to get the optional briefcase or challenge yourself to grab the briefcase while finishing on time. Great replay value. Excellent controls too. Short but challenging levels means you can play one or two levels quickly during a short break like an awkward elevator ride.

Frantic, annoyingly addictive, retro-style platformer. Some of the levels take an almost endless amount of tries to perfect them. But that is where the joy stems from..the achievement of completing each level with 3 stars and the briefcase.Top game. We want the sequels Noodlecake!

I had this game on my ipod, now I'm so glad to have it on my phone. The controls for this game are so tight, which is impressive for touchscreen games of this nature. This game is perfect to satisfy your Super Meatboy cravings. I can only hope that they also bring LoE 2 to Android, as well.

This game takes me back to the 16-bit era of Sega Genesis and Super Nintendo. The graphics and music are spot on. The controls are something other devs need to take note of. They allow for very fast, fluid, and precise movements that I never knew was possible with an on-screen gamepad. It truly is remarkable! It reminds me of Super Meat Boy which you can tell had an influence in this game. For only $1 every Android gamer should have this in their library.

Excellent game with simple mechanics but crazy gameplay. If you have ever played super meat boy then you'll definitely like this game.

I never get sucked in by mobile phone games, but this one is amazing. I own both on iPad and Android. Totally worth it.

Addicting, with excellent controls, with really hard levels. It brings you right to NES era, when you wanted to break your controller. Love this game.

Rob. M. Mar 1, 2013

When I open the game it takes a while to load and when I beat a level it takes forever for the little menu to open. Please fix this issue.

Dan. M. Jun 16, 2014

After I complete missions, it states that I have zero briefcases and zero completed levels. Devs please fix this! I don't want to have to stop playing this game.

Chr. H. Oct 14, 2013

Picked this guy up because I was looking for a Megaman-esque game, and this hits it out of the park. Addicting, challenging, and really well-made! Rapid-fire levels of varying difficulty keep things fresh and fun. DEFINITELY worth the 99¢!

Turns out as reviews can only be a certain length (as I just found out) so here's the short version. I'm a long time player who completed (all stars & briefcases except a few impossible missions) the game on iOS years ago however I transfered to Android so decided to do it all over again only to find out that I was playing the free version so when I downloaded the full one to finally finish the impossible levels it's an entirely separate game so I have to do it all over again (3rd time) How do I sync them??

A. G. u. Mar 28, 2014

Brilliant game, and an original take on a platformer, the levels get progressively more difficult, but satisfyingly! So many of them, and replayable too. Worth the money.

Noa. S. Dec 28, 2015

Perfect controls, clean animations, frustrating levels. Everything a good platformer should have.

Ger. H. May 22, 2015

Great game, loving the graphics, music, and impossible missions. Would be perfect BUT after completing a level it freezes for about 5-10 seconds before allowing me to continue, which gets annoying and can sort of ruin the moment sometimes. An update to fix this would be much appreciated!

Tom. May 9, 2017

This was one of my first apps ever. I played the free version and really wanted the full. So I scraped some money together and bought it. It's such a good action platformer. One of the best.

Gio. M. Dec 30, 2013

This is really awesome! Its fun but in some parts of the level its hard it took me 2 days to figure it out but this is fun this is like the 1st good game well...2 best indie game on phone.

J. W. Jun 23, 2013

Great soundtrack, responsive control, and awesome 8 bit graphical style. Waiting for transit or have few minutes before work, this will alleviate the dreaded boredom of temporary directionlessness.

Yas. S. Sep 12, 2015

Controls are very iffy, become unresponsive. I enjoyed the game previously though.

Ser. S. Jun 30, 2014

It's a very good game with one huge flaw: it does not keep saves on your account, so you have to start again on every reinstall.
