League of War: Mercenaries

Good concept, but needs work. The timer is too short, several times I'd have a decisive win, but the clock running out cheated me. Months later, still no change. I'm seriously sick of losing a battle when all I needed was 2 seconds, and literally had an entire strike force destroying the enemy base. Especially when I burned several million in game currency just to get a barely winnable match, or had a win streak going. I mean, the battle was already won, and they cheated me over a timer!

The Aesthetic of the old game was better and much more detailed compared to the simplistic graphics and futuristic style of its second iteration. Gameplay is simple, it's the same, I don't like the new mechanic of rock paper scissor based on color. The old mechanic is way better, units having multiple weaknesses and strength not dictated by color. Balance is also big issue, but not new on a p2w game, the unit you can carry is also limited to 4, too small, I wish they add an accuracy mechanic.

It could be good, it needs more tactical depth, and the whole leveling up and ranking up the troops is poorly implemented. It all comes down to having an army whose level is higher than your opponent's and that's all the strategy one is required to master, the end. On a positive note: the game does look gorgeous and the animations and effects are well conceived, well done in that department.

The game is fun and easily addictive. It loses a star because the game servers are unstable. One day they'll be fine, and the next day, the game disconnects every 20 seconds, and I've confirmed through multiple connections that it wasn't a user side issue. It loses a second star because of a lack of intelligent pathing of the units. It's extremely aggravating to have your infantry get stuck behind your artillery and not move to the front when all the need to do is move to the side.

Played the game for a long while. But there hasn't been updates to it for a good while, dev can't seem to have a new version without more bugs than features. Once you get dark ops units, you wait for way too long to get thorium (1-2 months to max a single unit). Game can be frustrating if you base your squads on chance of getting skills to fire. One nice thing is you can go pretty far without throwing cash at the game. If you want to achieve top 100, it's still doable, not out of reach!

I enjoy the game. However there is one major issue that I have with it... players cannot deploy a unit more than once without having to wait for a cool down timer to expire. However, the AI teams can repeatedly deploy 3 of the exact same unit instantaneously. I feel this makes for a very unfair advantage when trying to complete missions when the strongest unit can be constantly deployed. Cool down timer should apply to ALL units... by players and AI alike.

LOVE THIS GAME BUT WON'T OPEN FOR 2 WEEKS NOW, PLEASE FIX. It briefly shows the monkeyfun logo then closes! Help! I want to give 5 stars as this is/was my favorite game

Good game, with nice graphics. Original was better, though. Less complicated, with no colors. Could use a rework, as well. There's instances when I can't compete with anyone in a pvp, due to the closest competition having better ranked units at 30%+ higher value. You have to spend all your in game currency to find out you have no chance.

It's a good simulation and like all games, money is encouraged, and you have to get a WHOLE LOT OF spare PARTS to upgrade your vehicles for one thing and the other negative I've found is that the battles get cut short if you don't overwhelm your opponent quickly witch ruins a bunch of battles. (it's getting hard for me not to UNINSTALL this thing)

It seems like the major flaw is that you have three minutes to finish a battle or else you are forced to accept defeat. This means that if you want a defence based team you will lose more often because it takes longer to win. So the game forces you to choose a team based more on offence so you can win a battle a fast as possible before the 3 minutes run out. This can take away from the strategy aspect of the game.

Great play, Graphics are nice 3D eye catching. Packs are steep in price, Time builds can take a very long time, If you have patients this game is Awesome

Terrible connection,drops,lag,no updates in more than 5 months company sold changed name and hasnt done a thing for the glitchy gameplay so here is your new rating

You'll never get a game who promises"NO PAY TO WIN".. this game doesn't but delivers big time.. after $700 plus I can promise you I'm more frustrated than when I started the game.. My advice: Play till you get frustrated and then move on to the next one.. DON'T GIVE THEM MONEY AS YOU WON'T DO ANYTHING WITH IT.. you'll just think you will..

This game is fun for a short time. The graphics are great with nice 3D models and good design, and the game is pretty fun. One thing I really like is that the units get some addons to their model everytime you rank them up. Balance in this game is okay, but p2w is huge. You got a nice selection of units from 5 categories, which can be one of 5 types (each type has a bonus against a unit category). This game is fun until about rank 3-4, which is when the progression stops and grind starts.

I used to love this game but to continue through the campaign you have to change out your army to either tanks, men or vehicles etc. makes it incredibly frustrating when you've spent all the time and other troops upgrading your army to not be able to use them. it is also not set up to gain better troops when you get to this point.

cool game simple but challenging at the same time i like how tactics really count. There has been alot of times where if i am at a similar strength squad or just under power and there was another 5 sec battle time i would have won so an extra 30 sec or 1 min would be great but it is not a big issue as it is only close like that if you do not have a dominate squad. Also a translate button in chat would be cool

Not a bad game except SERIOUS connection issues with server side. Constant restarting, majorly glitchy gameplay due to server side bugs. Of course this is a pay to win, whales everywhere, which makes game not fun but more grindy than anything. UNINSTALLED.

After spending nearly $1 000 on this game i cancelled 1 in app purchase because the game glitched during the purchase process. Than purchased another because 1st didn't go through. Than both came though so i cancelled the first. They developers of the game than cancelled my account for fraud even though it was their fault because they always glitch out due to slow servers. Contacted support on 3 different occasions to rectify the problem. Still no word and still no game. All the money gone!!!

Can be fun with the exception of unfair rules to make you feel cheated. The campaign has stages where certain unit types arent allowed but the ai is stll allowed to use them. Sometimes the ai already has units on the field and halfway across before youre even able to start. Theyve got these win streak challenges but it requires energy for a match! So its really a challenge to see how much credits youre willing to spend NOT how many you can win in a row. PVP is EXTREMELY unbalanced!!

after the update of may 17 th 2019, my game stucks at the loading screen, and it wont open, i tried several hours of waiting, tried restarting the game, nothing happens, always stucks on the loading screen, overall the game is really good until this point on which i cant play the game because it wont open, fix it fast, i have an event to attend to and support my team.

The game itself is great, but the customer service is terrible. I lost me account, and they could not restore, on top of that I had proof of purchase, and they did nothing to either give me a refund for their lack of ability to get my account back, or to give me the currency back in the game. Both options would have been acceptable to me. I will be reporting this lack of refund/currency return.

easy to learn. so far in the first few stages and Im advancing quickly but cautiously. Game has difficulty levels so it does become very challenging but without being frustrating. I only play on and off for afew stages, few minutes. Short and entertaining.

It's bad enough that it's totally pay to win, but even worse than that is the fact that the developers sell accounts. Most of the fully leveled accounts on the game were purchased from other players that have multiple fully leveled accounts. Those "players" are developers...they are making money by charging a lot for the gold, but then selling fully leveled accounts for a few hundred dollars. I found this out after doing some digging, and unfortunately after spending far too much.

First I love this game but soon my love becoming fedup. Cause soon I discovered that this is the only game who developer eager to see you loose and keep on losing. They will put you in difficulties at every angle. You have to fight with far greater opponents, with far better units and abilities and if you can overcome that, there's a time limit to make sure you loose. The only way you can win, coz the AI is quite stupid. Dont bother to buy gold, coz its so expensive and upgrading also the same.

Decent so far but have not been playing for to long BUT it's pretty cool and worth a peak!!! So far also not a pay to dominate game so with out lots of loot you can still complete!!!! My suggestion is " give her a go and decide for your self but she will say it won't be a waist of time cause the fighting is pretty cool and graphics are good!!!!!
