App fails on blue tooth pairing (Google pixel 6). The in app pairing screen starts, briefly shows the weight from the scale, but then returns to the main menu without completing the pairing.
Your app is full of "bugs" it doesn't save data... Every time I open the app the previous data is gone... Pointless really... I must take screenshots to keep my records...
Finally got the App to work with the scale. App was not displaying the readings at all on the first few attempts. You have to connect the scale via the Leaone App when Bluetooth on your phone is On. Do not try to connect the scale via the Phone because the device will not show up. Simply follow the instruction booklet step-by-step for Pairing, even if it is not worded correctly. When the 'GO' button is displayed, it is now paired. Always Press GO every time before stepping onto the scale.
Last week, I'd have given this 5 stars (it did exactly what it's supposed to, conencted reliably and had an easy to use interface). Since the latest update, it's basically a brick - open the app and it comes up with a page of "T&C" text but no way of accepting this or proceeding to use the app. I've tried removing and reinstalling and it still doesn't work. It's basically turned my smart scale into a dumb scale. This needs fixing please.
Thought this app was great and had been using for a few months without any problems, unfortunately with the last update, I cannot get past the terms and conditions. No facility to agree or move on. As others have said recently, even removing and re-adding doesn't help. I purchased these scales specifically to use this app to aid my weight loss, the only thing it is helping me lose at present is my temper!! Please fix or at least reply to these reviews with an explanation??
If the scales are fully charged, everything works well. If they don't have enough charge they revert to ordinary scales.
Well, it's been over a week since I last checked in. I uninstalled and re-installed the app at least 3 times now. In reading the reviews, I know I'm not the only one with this problem, and yet there is no acknowledgement of the problem, nor potential fixes. This is beyond lousy customer service; and a systemic issue that is not going to get solved. Where I once was happy with the product that you advertised as doing so many things, I'm down to 2. Thanks for that. I wouldn't purchase again!
Just bought this product but unable to use it as the app will not allow me to join. Crashes every single time. Don't buy this product. I will be returning it as soon as possible. No stars
The app doesnt show body fat etc. Only shows weight & BMI. Am using Samsung A8 phone. The scale seems to be inaccurate...? One moment it displays a certain weight value, the next minute, it shows a different one. How to get this fixed? The least the manufacturer/app developer can do, is for the weighing scale & app to do its task well, measure weight accurately. Even if the app doesn't delivers what is reflected on the app's details here. Kinda regretted buying this. So disappointing. Would truly appreciate if the app developer follow up with all the feedbacks here. Thanks!
glad scale was cheap because the app isn't very good. can't change email. had to re-sign up with new email. only get weight and BMI and nothing else. wont let me change goal weight, just keeps putting an anorexic goal on there instead of a healthier weight. also it force closes when I try to connect Google Fit. Contacted help but didn't hear back.
Won't let me install and use this app unless I allow access to personal information on my phone. If I select deny permission it won't install. So I can't use the scale. Fix the app so everyone can use it. That's why we all bought it. We should have been informed of this prior to purchasing. If permissions aren't changed, then refund us.
I am only able to get weight, no other parameters are being registered. I am stepping on the scale with no socks on as required. I don't understand why this app needs any of the permissions. It won't function unless all permissions are granted even though the information about this app says permissions don't have to be granted. It's very suspicious.
Does what it should. Could use improvements to the graphs and support for Samsung fit
I absolutely love the Barelli Smart scale and the appkication. Very simple to connect and use. Just found a issue and we cannot upload photos to the profile though it shows you can. Have tried multiple times but does not upload.
Just purchased a set of digital Bluetooth body scales. Found app and installed relatively easily but app continuously freezes and displays 'app not responding' when I add body details or try to apply a profile picture. An essential tool to help follow a healthy life partern and believe the app needs updating and problems fixing. App installed on Samsung S10
Installed using QR code. Only got 2 readings as per some other users. Uninstalled then reinstalled via play store. Worked once or twice but then back to weight & BMI. Very frustrating and disappointing. Feels like a scam. Wouldn't have bought scales had i known they can't provide the info they're supposed to. UPDATE! You need to stand in your barefeet to get all the readings.
The scales show your weight but the app stopped working on 19th April 2021, when you tried to update privacy policies. So you cannot view or record anything on the app. Update 18th May 2021, the app has been sorted and all working well again.
I've been using this app for over a year and until now it's been great but for the last few months when I weigh myself the app says to stay on the scale as its reading and nothing happens it simply continues to say its loading, it's incredibly frustrating.
This app was updated 4/19/21 and it is no longer useable since there is no way to get past the update message. Also, if you get in the measurements seem to be off since it tells me I need to lose 90 lbs to get down to 120 lbs - no way is that correct.
Was working fine but no more after an update it put up a privacy page which has no area visible to click to cannot get off the page making the app and scales useless. Hope is fixed asap or a return scales. Not happy app doesnt work at all now. Emailed company, no reply
Would have given it a much higher rating as was really good but now can't get past the privacy policy as there's no way to agree to it. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but is just the same. Wasn't much point buying smart scales
For me the scales appear to bind successfully with my phone using the Leaone app, but the app doesn't show or record my weight. I've reinstalled the app and tried to bind it several times. Each time it seems successful in pairing but the main screen doesn't pick up the weight down on the scales.
