LEAP -Keyless Electric Scooter Rentals

An extremely brilliant idea for a start up. Really helpful for sightseeing places in a city where transport is a major concern and very costly. However, you guys should also check the Driving License of the rider before providing the vehicle to anyone. The absence of mirrors (which are obviously stolen) is highly inconvinent for the rider. Also, what if we get stuck in a traffic?. Think of some other way rather than charging per minute since that would become really expensive.

Used it once. Pathetic experience. Battery started showing low in middle of ride. Had to drop in the midway. Not comfortable sitting. Due to low speed, its hard to drive when speed is required ti get out of the way from other drivers. Hard to find the station as no real time gps info available in app.

Leap is one of the best transoprt option for daily commute. it saves ur money and earth too. its very convenient and awesome. also the service is too gold and price is resonable. thank you leap team, have an awsome journey ahead, and looking forward for to see more.

The concept is good but the app is not fully ready. The very first ride was showing on the app was just 600 meters away but after reaching the location couldn't find the scooter. After enquiring with the support team via app come to know that the scooter was non functional. Second time the reply was we are not servicing in that area. Why did the app show the availability on the app for a non-functional scooter and that too on a non serviceable area. Don't go live without doing all the testing.

Good idea and implementation but poor app performance , takes a lot time to change state from vehicle start to stop vehicle , end ride . Can improve here . All the best !! great overall .

Just had my first ride, amazing experience. Would love to have more locations added so that we can take it for a bit far as well. Good concept and easy implementation.

Good and convinient. But they charge you for vehicle which dont have charging. If any vehicle not enough charge. Why that vehicle is on locators. Only after scanning barcode you get to know that vehicle is consumed all power. Just for that you have to pay 10 rs. It is a serious issue that you people dont want to resolve

This is a wonderful app which provides you a better transport facilities to your destination..with the area..with a affordable rate..It is helping me allot... And i am very happy using it... Disgusting!!! Complete headache...Its better to use bicycle instead of this bike, you will reach sooner... Improve your services and modify your features regarding app... usability is zero, if you think your app is good but unable to use by customer, then it has poor quality...make it user friendly in next release...one more question " What if the bike gets a puncture..should i repair it in the middle of the road??" and who will pay for it??

Make sure you are ready to be charged for their faulty vehicles. I was charged for a vehicle which didn't move and ride was ended in less than 2 mins. Now they want to do the technical investigation before refund as if I am lying for 2 Mins ride where vehicle was at the same place. Insane

amazingly brilliant! please increase the number of spots and vehicles at different venues asap, as it's gonna be very useful for commuting to places nearby...

For once and while it is good. But I have faced issue 3 times. So be careful when you start ride sometimes it doesn't shows on the app but bike will start on your login. Thanks.

Perfect solution for traveling around locally. its perfect time to forget pain of bargaining with other travel modes and travel self. Must download .

The application has a bug, its stuck after asking for no. Contact no is always switch off. The location of the bike are uncertain.

Hi Team, Kudos to the green initiative. But I would like to bring to your notice that the KYC tab in the application asks for 16 digit adhaar number, whereas the government has issued only a 12 digit adhaar number. Kindly take it up on priority

poor feature, unable to avail the service due to poor performance alas I must say you guys should invest some time here to improve the app and their feature as well. Hoping the positive action by your side

Difficult to search bike location plzz give the name bike spots locations or just click on a bike and app will show the route to form our location... it will easy to us to find a bike near by ...... 👍👍

I love using leap ride its very cheapest rate from other vehicles providers... It is very easy to use.. And safe for ride also.... And important thing is that no need for bike license...

Their vehicles aren't dependable as we won't understand the range to which we can use the vehicle. Vehicles in their fleet isn't maintained.

first of all congratulations & thankyou so much for such inovative idea & very good startup. as if now it is very good service but things must be improved in future like 1) speed should be truely 30 - 40 KMPH 2)charges must be depend on timing + Km(whichever is highest) ......... just like ZOOMCAR 3)More stations & range ( Hinjewadi...baner...pune station ..nigdi) 4)improvement needed in App accurecy

why some one will pay per minutes? simple and logical question. In Bangalore you can find a signal in every 100-200 meters and huge traffic jams. How come this is profitable for a customer. In my point of view, some one will drive it very fast to save couple of minutes. Business should help customer to think in positive manner and this pricing model will corupt the consumer thought process.

No vehicles are shown it just says we are working on it and thanks for showing interest trying from 2 days nothing is happening
