Works well, quite fun. I improved my asm skills a lot. -1 star because the documentation isn't very complete or easy to find. The app includes docs on the 6502, but not on the app/simulator or assembler portions.
Great app! Intuitive to use, great resources for learning. A great environment for experimenting and understanding the tutorials I read.
Great app for its ability to assemble on my phone. The C64 takes me back to the early 80s. Ive always wanted to program using assembly language and this app is spot on.
I like it! I'd like to see some system-specific versions, such as 65c02 modified instruction set for the Atari Lynx.
Fantastic learning tool. Wrote a sprite drawing program in 2 days of learning. Perfect for the budding coder who wants a look at a lower level of programming.
Pretty good, tho runs very fast. Wish you could slow it down. Adding loops of NOP or something doesn't work so well.
Ok so the line numbers dont line up at all with the actual lines which is a really big no no. The debugger option does nothing. Running On a galaxy s10, if that helps.
Learning a lot, works well on the whole, however, won't save program on s7 phone. On save, returns "no such file or directory"
I noticed that if you do "cbs #$47" or any other number string, the app crashes. But other than that it is amazing!
A very well done application based on what I have seen till this moment. I haven't written a program yet so I can't evaluate it 100%. Nevertheless, I repeat: what I saw was good!
Amazing tool for learning. I've been dabbling in assembly here and there for a few years now. This app has helped me progress a bit further in my studies. It's fun too.
[Upd9/8/19 mailed you what you need to repl. issue ] So I went and dumped the C64 chargen rom into lines of dbc $xx, $xx ..., put a comment and a label chargen: in front of it, hit save and then ran the assembler. The app crashes during assembly. The character rom is exactly 4K. That said, with some 500 lines of dbc, 8 bytes each, the editor also becomes sluggish and unusable. Besides all that, you didn't document the assembler pseudos like dbc, all you give us are a few samples and the tutorial
So far good, but the buttons in the debugar don't work
This seems cool! But can you make a 68000 assembler that assembles into Sega Genesis roms? I wanna make a homebrew Sonic game for the Genesis! Also, the Motorola 68000 assembly is the easiest one to use!
Great app i got a better understanding from reading and doing the tuts since im into programming would like to see another app for the snes cpu i wanna code for it as well
A wonderful way to learn 6502 asm, and a good place start with Assembly, in general.
Nice little emulator. Pleasant way to do simple tests.
The name says it all! This app has been a fantastic way to learn 6502 assembly.
Crashes when tapping "Next" in tutorial, unusable app
Absolutely great app for learning and creating an app with 6502 assembly
Best learning tool + best assembler + best GUI
Simply awesome app. Thanks for sharing this!
Probably the best app to learn assembly.
Amazing app. Really good tutorial.
Would be really good, but the app crashes while typing certain things. Renaming a variable crashed it, typing CPY crashed it once I pressed P, and I'm sure there are plenty more I couldn't be bothered trying to find. Also you can save ask files, but can't delete or rename them. Find another app.
