this app is great! i had it in my phone for a while without using it and today i decided to open it and it is really amazing. you can practice reading, writing, speaking and listening according to your hsk level in a fun way. you can also get free stuff just by using the app and doing lessons which is great. i may get the vip version if i can, but the free version is also really nice and helpful.
I can not believe how the app still doesn't have direct filtering of comics depending on the level like 0, 1, 2..etc. Also every time I update I need to sign in not that there's that much of updates but... Though the app offers what seems to be literally the most enjoyable and effective ways to teach a language. I really wished I had this for other languages that would have made learning languages a lot easier without losing motivation since you have an entertainig method. Great concept.
There are so many bugs! I can't use the app in this state. And 90% of content requires a subscription. But it's full of bugs! 🥺 Even in the comics! 😭 But this is definitely the only way to learn Chinese for real. The rest is just... Preliminary stuff. Learning by reading a comic book is simply the best way. And when there is audio for every line, and every word - this is heaven for anyone who wants to learn Mandarin Chinese. Stories are Funny, witty, cute, and makes me smile.
Purchased their premium course but it wasn't finished and could never get an understanding of when it would be complete. Now cannot even login because of Facebook browser embedding
Fabulous! So very great contexts in an attractive way of teaching, both formal and colloquial (practical) conversations.
I have to hate because I love this app when it opens, but I haven't been able to open it consistently since my last Android update. The only way to open is to uninstall and reinstall. But it only opens one time today way. I emailed help twice and they haven't responded. Will update rating when the problem is fixed.
I paid for 3 months subscription and just realized something. Some comics simply don't get updated anymore, despite the fact that the story is far from over. There is even one comic I found that consists of only one chapter and has not been updated in 3 years. Please keep updating the contents to give us a reason to renew our subscriptions.
Seems decent. I wouldnt say great for beginners. But an interesting way to learn. The reason for 1 stars, is i cant register, nothing happens when i put in my email. I sent them a message but it bounced back saying their email doesnt exist 🤷♂️ theres a lot of features that are limited unless you login. But because it wont let me register..it makes this app pretty rubbish
I really like the idea of the app but it's hard to navigate, not organized by skill level, and interaction is hit or miss.... Often need to click 10 times so to get a definiton to pop up.
Wow. One of the best app i have seen for learning chinese. Its an all arounder and has everything i need. Writing, listening, grammar, speaking.....it even has comics! Highly recommended. Features available even without registering is quite a lot.
It's a good app. However, it needs more mangas for students at the upper immediate and advanced levels. Currently, there are not many mangas in such levels. And sometimes it's quite lagging.
A good learning app or Chinese learners. It provide Manga Comics and we learn by reading. Many functions, but not suitable for absolute beginners. If your have enough Pinyin knowledge and know some Chinese words, this is the best app to continue your learning path!
So cute and amazing!! Easy to learn, and you can communicate with other people. It's also a safe haven and a learning center all in one!! I absolutely love this app, and I wasn't even asked in notification to leave a review, I rarely do this. This is the app to download! 😁❤
Nice concept. Will probably buy a subscription at some point but currently the app just feels unpolished. It's really slow on my phone, to the point where it's almost unusable.

It's a great app but since the last updated I can't log in from their privacy policy because it doesn't have any agree bottom. So I sent I sent an email to the creators but they didn't responded anything should I delete.
Can't even register. After I type in the verification code, it won't let me make a letter password on the first line. So, I made a number password and guess what? It crashed.

I am sorry for any inconvenience but the app keeps forced close after I updated my phone to Android Pie 9 (my phone is Nokia 7 plus, a Android One phone). Please kindly fix it, thank you so much.
This app is great to get used to reading chinese. It allows for flexability, however some of the audio could be improved.
This app would be great if you didn't have to pay for literally all the comics, you can only see the first one. I wouldn't mind ads since the app is pretty good if you don't mind paying, I guess this is not for me
Can't register. This pops up when I tried using my Facebook. “URL blocked: This redirect failed because the redirect URI is not white-listed in the app's client OAuth settings. Make sure that the client and web OAuth logins are on and add all your app domains as valid OAuth redirect URIs.“
Getting better with the registration but content stopped updating for quite a long time now. Many comics stopped updating 2 or even 3 years ago. Pretty unreasonable if having a VIP account.
I love the app! But the view is terrible. I can't accept Privacy policy and that's why I can't use the app appropriately. So annoying 🙄 The only button I see is "×".
I really want to like this app, but it has a lot of problems. 1) too many unfinished comics. Some comics have just a single chapter, as if the artist/writer gave up. The library of comics looks large until you start noticing almost all are unfinished. 2) the difficulty is random and frustrating. If you want an HSK 3 comic, you'll get way too many words from level 4, 5 & 6. Two different HSK 3 comics can have completely different difficulties. Core app functions are fantastic. Needs content!
