Learn Cyrillic

Even if you're not planning to learn any language that uses the Cyrillic alphabet, knowing how to read the letters can be incredibly useful. Say you're on a vacation or a business trip to a place where everything is written in Cyrillic -
- being able to read what's written on signs and menus will improve your experience substantially.
Or, if you are actually planning to learn a language which uses Cyrillic, learning the alphabet is a great start. Don't be dependent on seeing transliterations into english, but immerse yourself in the native text.
