the app needs a LOT of improvement when it comes to settings, my video has a 144p quality lately (even though I fixed the settings to be in HD) in some videos the audio just mute by itself ( and I know it's not a problem with my cellphone bc only in this app that its happen) and my screen also turns off while I watching the videos and its actually kind stressing, hope you guys can fix asap.
I am abselutly sorry to say that this app is not working. So many times i tried to enter into the app, it shows as "user name or password you entered did not match our records. Please try again". It was wrong. When i saw the display I changed my password and tried to open. But again and agian coming the same display.
Perfectly happy with it so far. But you all really need to add in more videos to this series. If you can't get it to work, please use the username demo and password demo to unlock and run it. That is all that is required!!!
It's very clear and I like the videos Also, I would recommend to add a "voice", instead of make us reading the instruction of the exercises
The app seemed a good resource to teach English and get students involved using technology. However, I can't sign up. Any reason or explanation? Thanks.
The demo login info sent in the email was incorrect. No capital letters! My boss who wasn't paying attention logged in using lower case letters and was able to login. Made me look like a clown -_-
Thank you How i can use the app please...? It requires email and password but it doesn't provide sing up just sing in!
It doesn't have any item for signing up, and it doesn't work without signing in!! How could we use it when we can't sign up??
I downloaded you app but not able to sign in as it does not has any registration option and without registration i enter the wmail id & password it shows, don't match with record.
Can't sign up. There is no option to it. It seems to be interesting to help my students to learn English.

I'm trying to access but the app is asking for username and password. There is no place to sign up, just sign in. I'm a teacher. There was some instructions saying to contact some NGL representative. So whom do I contact and what is the contact information ? I'm from Malaysia.
Why it does not work on MacBook while it's working on other laptops?

I have exactly the same problem as Raghava Sukhavasi: it keeps saying invalid username or password when I'm sure it's the correct one. I'm a teacher so, should I phone your office in Uruguay?

This app has changed my way of learning from videos. I do like the way vocabulary, grammar and listening activities are presented before and after you watch the videos. I will share with my students. I would be great if you add more videos, I mean, there are just 4 videos and would appreciate if you include more every week maybe.
