Hello! It's perfect school for learning English, for me it's the best. About mobile application, when I copy word for translation the page refreshes immediately. It's very difficult to full in the gaps with the microlessons about music, page scrolls up. I have Android mobile phone, maybe this is the reason?
I had a subscription with ABA English and recently I wanted to renew it. I paid the renewal however my money gone to a different account . At the moment they taken the money but I do not have access at the premium version. Customer service is almost nonexistent and they sent me emails to rate them rather to solve the issue. As I paid by PayPal I opened a case to recover my money. It is a shame as course is quite good but if you have a problem they are not keen to solve it.
Can't use, even the 7-day free trial? Why there's no option to continue learning? I don't have any account now to any of those chosen payment method. Do I need to create one now payment method to pay now even if I didn't try the 7-day free trial to know how it works.
Almost all the content is paid, so I consider it a bad application. It is necessary to expand or make all content free to attract more users and to outperform the rest of the competing applications.
It's not working. its totally waste of time to.when i log in with Facebook or email etc it's says oops!!! Sorry there has been an error. Please try again later. Please fix it neither i uninstall it.
I'm really glad I'm an ABA English student because it helps me feel confident when I'm speaking English and it also helps me recognize grammar mistakes,I will keep to continue using ABA English app.
The app is one the best, but I want to give you a suggest: include an option that allows that we can save in "Favorites" some lections or videos, for example the video of Grammar in unit 80 (like I said, it's an example). In that way, we can find the material that we need very quickly, even when we don't remember where it's the exact unit what are we looking for.
It's the best app to practice and improve English. It is very useful.
I've just pursed a subscription and was disappointed by the app...the exercises don't work well, sometimes it's very slow sometimes it's ok, I don't know what is the cause. Listening and speaking exercises don't work well either, sometimes you put a button to listening and the phrase just suspends and you have to wait 15-20 seconds and after that nothing happens....very annoying!
That's absolutely excellent 👍 app which can help anyone to learn English. However, you should be acquainted with English before you start using this app. What's more, if you're a total beginner it's better to use this app as a supplementary tool with the help of your teacher. Plus, it wouldn't be excessive if you used Dictionary with explanation of the words since in the Vocabulary section there isn't an option to figure out word's conception. As a whole, I am fully grateful for the developers.
I like the app in general, but there is one problem that irritates me very much. Every time I need to translate one word I have to leave the program and go to Google translate but when I reopen the task it would erase all work I've done and make me do it all again, even when I open the app and the Google translate in a split screen view. Please, fix this problem or make every single word with a definition so it will keep learning fun and easy! Thank you.
I'm a PREMIUM USER and I feel so disappointed with this ABA English course. The ABA Film is OK, but the speaking and writing are bad, the pronunciation is unclear and in some cases not well pronounced indeed! So I feel UNCOMFORTABLE. At the final exam in every Unit in many exercises in the sentences the blanks doesn't go with the alternatives, so the sentence doesn't have sense even with the right answer. I hope you improve your service.
The app has a didactic that was interesting at first, but over time you get stressed because it is poorly made, simply broken. The fact that you can only use the download while the app is open is counter productive, because if I want to do the module later when there is no internet, I shouldn't care if the app is open or closed. But the worst of all is undoubtedly "speaking". When you start talking, if you leave the app for some reason, it doesn't matter how long, when it comes back it doesn't save progress. You want to hear EVERYTHING again, and theoretically speak EVERYTHING again, both offline and online, this takes too long and makes the "flow" app broken and inefficient. Not to mention that in the offline lessons, when you do the "listening", at the beginning of the sentence you cannot understand it directly, only online. The app's navigation is terrible, I don't feel fluent, everything takes time to load regardless of the speed of your connection. Not to mention that the web version is different from the mobile version, as it has different modules. So, for these reasons and some others, the student's learning is left aside because the didactic intention is even good, but without fluidity and with poorly developed development mechanics, I think your money is not worth it in this app. I've been using the app for almost 2 years, before I had 5 stars, because the app only gets worse and discourages me, that's why I'm here to say that there are better apps, apps that flow and that are free, because paying this is not worth it.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT. STRONGLY SUGGESTED. The contract is automatically renewed after a year. I have just known that because I've just been charged something that I don't use any longer. It's quite demanding to get in touch with them. The site as well has no page for cancellation of the subscription. I am completely discontented. Also, I found the activities boring and tiring, lacking creativity.
I have been using ABA English online course for several years. Because I have a yearly ABA Premium subscription, I can review, practice, and improve my English at all levels of the course. Nowadays, my level is higher than intermediate, and due to studying ABA materials, I am more fluent and confident speaking English. I need to learn more advanced things like the use of phrasal verbs, idiomatic expressions, two or three new tenses, widen my vocabulary, and practice more conversation, hopefully with native English speakers, for becoming, I hope not so long, a 100% fluent English speaker. I would like the course to offer more practice conversation.
For android platforms old versions working was good, but updated after 5.0 all of the new versions working so bad
I'm happy that I found this app, the learning so excited, topics are interesting and different. I only can recommend it for everyone, It's worth it.
The app has some issues when smartphone automatically turns off the display. In these cases, you need to go out from the section and then enter again, to continue the execution. But everything else and the methodology are good. I just think that should have a mechanism to detect you weak words and suggest practicing as is done on ABA app.
VERY BAD, IT'S WORSE. I've just purchased for a subscription, and i cant play the video whether online or offline. I'm using the latest version, and have really great connection. When i open it via PC , a message pops up " video not found or access denied " What a trouble application. Please fix this soon. I've sent an Email. Will refund it within 48 hours from now of there's no solution.
I purchased premium access for $99 AU It worked fine in the first week. But somehow suddenly it change to free access. Now I can't access it anymore. Tried to contact and get it resolved but NO ANSWER from them. No email. Tried to call twice and no answer! I want my money back!!! Very disappointing.
The content is good and relevant for that particular level. the user experience of the app is pathetic and super slow. For every action it loads. if the user is inactive for 15mins the whole app loads again which is more frustrating. There is no way the content that is visited second time loads quickly. it is advisable to read such content on the browser at least it will stay longer and not load the content again & again. my rating is for content and not for the app.
That's a great English course to improve. It's my second time paying for this course, however, I realized some update has been put on. It means, some interesting things were cut off. For instance, the part in which you can practice the pronunciation of each word we see for the first time in the short video was off this time. It helps a lot. But I'm sad we don't have this part anymore to practice the pronunciation and meaning of new words.
I've been having some issues with the app. From time to time it is difficult to have it working correctly. For instance when I login to the app the first screen is showing nothing and when I finish the activities haces men is not showing my results. Apart from that, I've learned a lot. I will recommend it to my friends for sure .
