Learn German - 6,000 Words

Fantastic app. The word selection is excellent for beginners, all the way to advanced. The pictures really help me remember the words, as well as the various exercises. And using the application for flashcards of words learned is exactly what I needed to finally be able to remember the words permanently. I am now reading in German for the first time in my life without much struggle. Thank you so much for this app!

Excellent app. I love how it combines different ways to learn the words like vocabulary, word matching, hearing and writing the words, and images you must identify. This incorporates multiple senses. My only frustration is that it doesn't require you to hear the word, and write it out with its definite article. I would also like to see how the word is used in a sentence. Still, I have gone through all the apps on playstore 18 apps in all, including desktop apps, and this one is the best yet

I'd be willing to pay for the older version back. My app autoupdated a year ago and I stopped using it entirely. Uninstalled it about 6 month ago. I was with you guys early on and it was a lot of fun seeing you go the places you have with this tool. Update: I absolutely loved the word match with 100+ words, and it was so fast, and hard too. But now it's too sluggish and easy...

A very good app until the latest update which now does not show most of the pictures. The pictures have been an important part of the app. Losing them makes a complete mess of the approach. Now with the latest update sound has also disappeared in a lot of cases. Where both sound and picture are missing for the same word the app is useless.

I wanted to purchase the intermediate level vocabulary because menu is quite handy, but I changed my mind when checked out how it works: awful records of random voices, often in an extremely low quality, and just terrible, creepy, ridiculous pictures. It deserves maybe one tenth of its price, nothing more. The free version is completely pointless to keep as only 4 words are available for each section.

This is my third application to study languages. They all were dedicated for different goals. First app was about pronunciation, second was about grammar and this one is about the most important part - vocabulary. I spent more than one year with first one, half of the year with second and I still felt lack of words to start speaking. With this awesome bee 🐝 I believe I can extend my vocabulary and finally start speaking!

a wonderful app! it resembles a parent helping the child through in every step of walking. First getting acquainted with the words and their pronunciation and step by step letting you stand on your feet. I would just recommend one additional feature in the final writing exercise: remove the articles and add one button, by hitting it, one can view the article if s/he can't remember, therefore can't write it, simply because learning articles in German is as difficult as learning the words.

It's nice and easy for beginners. Great app.

A very good app with a years improved a lot but there's one flaw. I'm opening the app and bang, I have only basic levels and option to restore my licence. I close the app and opening once again and voilà, I have my all levels or...I still don't have and have to close and open again. Can you please fix this problem? I'm having a few full licences from your company but in all apps is the same problem.

amazing for learning phrases and sentences, BUT ITS BUGGY, in the review mode is endless exercises, which its so frustrating. also in the fill the blanks exercises, alot of times the letters is not registered, so i have to repeat it again and again till it's registered. and one last thing, ADD DARK MODE.

I am regretful for buying the premium purchase, handsfree audio mode is not working and not showing all the words, they told me to wait for the next update which has been more than 2 months and still no update or anything. I dont recommend anyone to purchase the premium because the features not working! Still waiting for the handsfree mode to show all the words and nothing!!! Dont install dont buy it, it's not as quality as Busuu or Duolingo, they can't even fix a bug for months 👎👎👎

I like this app, but I don't get the difficulty level of words. I will just give the example of the "Europe unit". You learn words of countries such as "Monaco" or "Moldavia" in the beginning level, and the big, and more popular countries like "Poland", "Sweden" or "Ukraine" in the intermediate level. I don't know about you, but to me Monaco and Moldavia are not even intermediate-level words but hard-level, and Poland, Sweden, Ukraine should be basic. Same with the other units.

Very good app & lots of help me for german learning

This is great application and I like it a lot. I would suggest one improvement, it would be nice to make articulation of articles optional. But we have already talked about it. Thanks a lot for all your effort!

The app does not allow you to start at your level without paying. The content is very limited compared to the others. Subscription is very expensive. Download the other famous apps instead this.

Since the actualization, there is not possible mark a word as favourite. Also there is not a option "all words". So, I must to go 1 per 1. Father, mother, dochter, child. I can delete father and mother. But I cannot reunite dochter and child with anothers. I want to buy to not do the games. But it is useless. For what I want all words and sentences, if I must 1 per 1. Before I marked all as favourite and than when I learnt put off of favourite. Now is so slow that only works for slow-learners.

I am a bit upset that I found out AFTER i paid that there is an newer, better version of this app. I paid for the outdated one...not a good feeling. Would be nice to maybe get a refund and be able to put the money towards a subscription for the new app.

Most of the words are not showing up for example "Outdoor activities" and "Home entertainment". The German equivalent is missing in the app.

One of the greatest apps ever for learning a new language very easy to use and evenafter first day of using this app you can see the result . (Keep it up) . But im from iran and because of sanctions im not able to buy the premium version of it its so sad.👍❤

The best app to extend personal vocabulary. If compare to competitors, no one provides such support for studying new words.

In my opinion this is the best language app. I did like the older version better but I like this one also and it still beats all the other brands. Love this app.

This app seems to be in a hurry.. first of all you have to separately download each and everything and then once you download the words just run.. before u finish understanding and listening to the first word it's already in end of the lesson.. what's your hurry? This is a learning app.. you must teach words and sentences slowly and clearly.. too bad.. uninstalled

I'm hoping to learn german using the hands-free mode. The issue is that the English translation is highlighted but it is not read out loud. Only German plays out.

Great, makes learning words easy and organized. Doesnt offer plurals, 'die, der, das' questions for words, and the free version is meh

Edit: thanks for the update. Awesome to have one app for all. 4 to 5 stars! Is this replacement of previous apps or enhancement? It is confusing which one is more relavant. Content seems to different too. How do you advise we use this app together with 5000 phrases and words?
