App did not launch on quite a number of occasions. Interesting courses though. Just need some help getting to them. Please fix. 🙏🏻
Honestly, it's not too bad. There's always room for improvement. Right now it's asking me to update but after being redirected to Google store, there is no Update button. Cleared cache but same result. Tried reinstalling but was prompted to update again. 😅
this app eats your time and attention from your real task. lessons and programmes are not easy to find. does not work in DEX mode. make it more intuitive. MAKE IT COMPATIBLE IN DEX MODE SO THAT I CAN SAVE MY EYE SIGHT ! ;(
Was working fine until the update. Now the page for me to select my interest doesn't show anything. So I can't select and if I don't select, I can't press next to carry on!
Utterly Worst terrible application ever. Always logout by its own. Reset password will sent to our workmail (which some of us doesn't have access during offwork timing). When resetting it takes a long time to receive the password. Developers dont idlers way too much. 2.3 stars ya
Stuck in a frustrating endless loop of prompting me to update the app and opening an updated app. Unable to use the app at all. Same after uninstalling and reinstalling.
I couldn't start the app as they prompt me to update. The moment I click update then it went to playstore to but there is no update button. Instead open button was seen and this cycle goes on and on. Please address this issue.
Having problem to access into the module, it always prompts for an update. When click on the update button that bring to the Google store, it doesn't shown any updates is available

Laggy, unintuitive, and frustrating. The SCORM self-assessment sections are especially annoying - the app takes a long time to respond after you tap 'Submit'. The only reason why I have this app on my phone is because completion of certain modules is "mandatory". The app also constantly crashes, which adds to the amount of time I have wasted on this.
Fast to load and easy to use app. If it could have additional filter by category and pricing with sort by feature would be awesome so that i could find just free courses to attend. If the compulsory paid face to face course have recorded digital version would be great so that we could take them at our free time or during lunch instead of spending a few days or 1 full day at training. Thanks.
RUBBISH APPS. After resetting password first time can login after that 2nd time within a span of 5 minutes cannot login anymore keep promoting wrong password or email key. And now OTP sending to working email and now not inside office cannot have access anymore to the apps. STUPID AND USELESS APPS. PLEASE REMOVE FROM APPS STORE
Worst app ever. Unable to log in as it needs an update. However no update in play store. Uninstalled and installed still same. Waste of time.

After I clicked Let's begin, it took a while to load and turned into a black screen. It occurred on 8 Feb 2022, 8am. Please resolve the app.
After clicking Update bring to Open App. Click Open App brings to Update. Keeps looping! Frustrsting
This app has upgraded to new version. But had problem signing in. Keeps saying I had log into another device and tell me to log out. I make sure all my devices for this app are log out and used 1 only. But still error message pop out. Can do something about this? Also loading of page takes very long and sometimes even "hang". Damn frustrating!
The UI doesn't work well when your system font is enlarged - everything gets squished and cropped. So... not very friendly for more elderly users with lao hua. I'm using Poco X3 NFC, if this helps in debugging. Otherwise, the linkup with Udemy is great, opens up a lot more training content. Just wondering why the selection is more limited, compared to what's available publicly. Would be even better if whatever is available in the public Udemy, is also available through this.
When I select 'Let's begin' on the main page, it shows 'Loading' and disappears. This is after updating to version 2.0.6. This is frustrating. I am not able to launch the application.
Both the app and website keep crashing/hanging. I wasted so much time trying to restart the app and refresh the webpage. Also, my progress was reflected as 0% when i had already completed some modules. These are fundamental features that the developer should at least get right.
After login, cannot even load the landing page.
Hello, even though I have the most updated version of the app it keep asking me to update it. As a result, I can't access the app.
Few months ago kept getting redirected to Google play store for update whenever I access the app.. but there's nothing to update.. After I changed to new phone, would get kicked out of app the moment I select "let's begin" ... Can the developers look into the matter.. this app simply cannot be used.
Can't even login. Pl fix this buggy app.

Pro - one star for interesting courses Cons - it says there's download function, but nothing happened. Can't learn on the go as data is limited. Download function is impt! - generally nothing much is working. Time spent not updated, courses enrolled in not updated, must wait for a few days. Interface not intuitive. Looked like an app quickly developed, not carefully thought through. Users are already encouraged to download before it's ready.
Lousy cannot move forward without selecting interest. But the damn screen shows nothing! What is there to select and to move forward. Developer wake up!!!! Wasting taxpayer money!
