Learn Japanese Offline

Very useful as a phrase-book on our recent trip to Japan. It's a good companion to Google Translate, because you can store frequently - used phrases on the Favorites page. Also, it seemed to be a little more accurate than Translate. But you need both, as this only covers pre-defined phrases. Note to developers: I wish the Favorites page were an icon on the home page, instead of requiring one extra click to pull up the menu.

Many of the words are hard to pronounce and I can barley memorize them. One thing I recommend I maybe adding a test at the end of each day (if the user was learning something) to test how much they have mastered and in the spots that are trouble to them, give a tip on how to pronounce the word. I think this could improve tour app big time.

This is the best app by far with pronouncing and memorizing. No problems at all with it, it's easy to walk yourself through it, it's easy to memorize the words, ect. This is the only language app I have had real fun with out of the 7. Great job, keep up the awesome work! I recommend.

amazing! this app is really good for beginners, the only problem is that if you search up a word then click on it, it says the incorrect word, so you have to go to the category to find it. other than that its great! (if you dont want ads, turn off your wifi and mobile data, a lil trick i found while playing with another app haha)

Really impressed with this app as once you've installed it you can essential learn how to communicate in Japanese see a lot of potential in actual sentence building with it would have liked if a feature could be added where you need to ask a certain phrase you can type it out and it gives you the exact translation but other wise I'd rate it higher as If I could

This really help me and I recommended others using this but I would recommended if you put more courses like while I was trying to understand the app then I saw things like "learn English" "learn Portuguese" I click on it then it lead me in plays store I realize that you have to install it, really want learn Spanish but my storage is full and I can't download it anymore and I don't have another gadgets to install it

Wow it's a great app. You can learn basic conversational Japanese and the UI is simple and neat. A recommendation: If there was a way to practise actual speaking skills then it would help tremendously in learning. Similar to Duolingo with the voicing exercises in the Spanish course.

Really user friendly app. I like it alot. However I search for a word/phrase I don't hear the correct saying in Japanese for it. So then I have to search for it regularly which usually take up time. For example say I search for thank you. The Japanese phrase "arigatou" comes up below the English phrase "thank you", but whenever I click on it for a pronunciation, all I hear is konnichiwa and that's "hello/good afternoon". Please can you fix this

Something's Not Right... Overall, this app is good. However, since the latest updates the UI isn't fun to use anymore. I liked the UI in the previous versions which was much easier to use. We had almost all the control in our hands, be it hiding english translation or hiding kanji. Please bring that UI back.

It is amazing if you are someone who wants to learn japanese properly. The words and sentences in romaji and with the sounds is absolutely perfect. Please if possible do add a feature of dictionary with romaji also. Overall 10 stars!!❤

Everything you need to know as a beginner is here. 18 categories. I love this app because you can hear the pronunciation and see the writing in both Japanese and English. It doesn't have any games or quizzes which is great. It doesn't have any adds and you don't need to sign in. I think anyone with this app could learn Japanese in 1-3months. Love you app and human. This app is fine I think, there's a lot of basic words and phrases in japanese but as what I've said, only basic words are there. It would be more useful I suppose if you would also put a lessons how to learn the alphabet and how to combine the words.

I have always wanted to learn Japanese but I never found the perfect app who can teach me everytime I download an app it came out so boring and soon I have to delete it but then I found this and I can say that this app can make me an professional in Japanese . I liked the way it all is sorted and easy to find I don't have to roam the while app for some word it may be simple but it's attractive and the content is always on the same place no annoying adds or anything I loved it

I love it. It helps really well with vocabulary and daily conversations, but for learning hiragana and katakana and actually speaking and writing, it doesn't help you very much.

I'm going to Japan with my friends soon and this will help me a lot! I wanna show off to my friends on how good I am at Japanese 😂 But honestly, I recommend you guys to download this app! The categories are also very efficient. There is even ligh and dark mode. I personally like dark mode better so I'm so happy this app has dark mode. It is so much easier to learn Japanese like this and we don't even need to pay! Thank you so much to the creators of this app ☺

it's good all in all but there are a few issues that will need to be fixed like some words for example belt, if you were to uae the search part instead of "beruto" (which i still have a hard time pronouncing) it says "ka ni chi wa" and there way be more bit i only now noticed.

it's enough complete. There are such a facilities such as english word, japanese word, and the read of those japanese word, also voice (for accent / how to say it) learn around basic japan, which is make u easier in communicate first. This app may really important to communicate in basic

It's a good app to learn Japanese on your own. Moreover it is offline so you don't have to worry about not having Internet connection. You can learn it whenever and whenever you want with this app. Just download it and be sure of improving your Japanese.

Exactly what I was looking for. Speaking only and normal speech. I can progress at my own pace and repeat as often as I wish. Excellent learning for traveling.

ill give a 5 star coz it's really helpful. like it's easy to learn basic japanese phrases and words. also you can use it offline, and easy to memorize. it's fun coz it has categories and i suggest if you want to learn japanese start learning from the basic. this app is very helpful and fun hahaha, you must dl this hephop.

Could be the best app, but crashes constantly, I bought the no ads option within the app but keeps crashing so I cleared the data on the phone, got the app working and the ads are back. I will change my star rating if the Devs can help.

I love this app so much you can hear how you spell the words correctly, and then is alot of words but for Biggeners and some words is for advanced but the app will inprove if there is more useful words that has a place in japan so tourists can get there way around but overall it's pretty good 👍

Very useful app for learning Japanese. Still better than other In-app purchase Japanese learning tool. If you dont want to pay to remove the ad, you can still use it unlike the other one's.

well organized phrases. navigation is intuitive. audio assistance is very good for those interested in learning the language.

I paid to remove ads but I still get ads, also after using and closing down I have to clear storage otherwise the app will never open, crashes instantly. Other than that it's a great app. Using a Google pixel 5 for reference

Great to use if your a weeb .It has the basics like hello ,has intresting topics ,food related, its like a Guidebook in Japanese. simple but very effective app.just wish you could add custom words

This app is amazing,i have 2 Japanese friends and now i can finally talk with them in Japanese,i learned enough to have a lengthy conversation in about 1 hour,its so easy to use and this is the best app i have ever used to learn Japanese,all the others required pay but this one was free and im just so in love with this app,i definitely recommend downloading

The app is easy to use and absolutely useful. One problem is the sudden burst of ads then and there but over all its a great application.
