I've meant to learn the languages I'm learning in the main app, mostly focusing on learning more words, but the list of supported languages is significantly smaller here. None of my languages are supported, which is quite a bummer. Great idea, but doesn't work for me to achieve my goals.
It is god idea but maybe I couldn't understand to get the perfect way to use. Some time when facing the floor and the app recognise flat surface . I have to keep the mobile monitor above my head level to see the animation . Try to improve the app. Where it is funny and helpful. Appreciated .
Impossible to select needed language for learning. When I select 'I want to learn'' and set French, it changes to 'Je parle' as I speak French and changes all to French. After first step I was unable to go further, as it shows 'Поставить' and icon that I should put phone on the table/surface. And nothing happens. Switched it off. Sorry
I like many things about this app. However i bought the 33 language premium version and there are still sections which tell me i don't have access, unless i but the 33 language version. This is very frustrating as i have loaded and reloaded, but it still doesn't recognise my purchase.
The idea is brilliant but it is slow and you have to keep repeating yourself. By the time you get the chance to move on you could lose the will to live. Once this app has been used a lot and some of the bugs ironed out I've no doubt it will be fantastic. At the moment I personally find it hard work to get on with.
What a brilliant app this will be once it's been updated/bugs worked on. Absolutely brilliant way to learn. I can't wait for the super smooth version. I appreciate how new it is and a little work on it ...it will be the perfect way to learn
The AR often does not work. One cannot reposition the AR easily at all. The app crashes often. The AR does not add any value to the learning at all. The voice recognition is ok.
Learning languages with Mondly is fun. But I was disappointed to find only three lessons in Mondly AR - Hello, Restaurant and Hotel reception. In the photos on the application download page there are animals, planets... I don't have them.
Can I learn Chinese with this app? Looks like there is no option to do it. Second most spoken language in the world and no option for it. How can I access Chinese? Chinese is also one of the most difficult language to learn and Augmented Reality can help me improve my chinese. Please email me if Chinese is already available and I change my rating. The other language that I am interested is Japanese and maybe Korean.
The idea is great but the app still need a lot of improvement. For example, I can start where I left off and it stops working in the middle of my practice it's very frustrating
It does not even open after installation!! It tries to open, but crashes and close. ☹️
Amazing!! The AR is super cool, as long as I put it somewhere near my head level, I can watch it without errors. Rlly helpful;)
After struggling to get it to accept a flat surface, the lesson started but all I had was my camera? It said she was showing me a picture of a lion. If I took off my camera it went back to the homepage again. Deleted
Does not work with Samsung Note 9. No real explanation of how to use the app is provided either. Mondly is a great source, but this app and their presentation of it leaves much to be desired.
I wholeheartedly recommend this course. It is both enjoyable and rewarding. It makes learning a new language FUN! Thank you Mondly!
This AR app option in addition to the vocabulary is app is really cool! Please add more conversation like buying food, renting a car, or any daily basis conversation.

This app crashes every time I use it about midway through the lesson. I've tried several, each time it does that.
It doesn't work on my phone, Samsung Galaxy S8. Stuck at "find a flat well lit surface" but it only shows a black screen.
No Chinese???? I dont even get to use this for the language I'm studying. The normal mondly app is great, but this one isnt as fully built.
The screen was flickering constantly, and the pictures I should have been seeing we'rye never viewable.
AR will not start can't start lesson ,nothing happens. I'm paying monthly €9.99 that is Premium it says l should have access to all three but don't...have l misunderstood is it all included, or not? Thanks
App makes error while selecting lang to learn. I select Russian then option changes. Cant select - I speak Russian, and want to learn - Eng. Fix it please
Nothing happens when pressing the button to place an object. Basucally no documentation or tutorial. How is this supposed to work?
Downloaded apps part of premium package but able to select language. App freezes and won't allow selections.
App crashes and speach recognition is not working that well. Lady always says the answer is wrong without providing an answer
Pretty cool and it worked well for me - there are only three lessons for greek so far, would love to see more.
Hi please add Mandarin Chinese in pinyin. When one chooses Russian, the menu translation gets all confused
Its very successful. It really helps you to talk communicate and understand.
Works great! At first, it confused me though... it said find a flat surface and I did, it registered it too and then at the bottom of my screen it said, "place." So I placed my phone on the flat spot assuming that's what it meant but then I only had a black screen and I remembered reading that issue in another review, so I thought maybe it wouldn't work for me either then, but I picked up the phone and also bumped the place button which then I saw an animated woman appear lol. Works great!
