Not sure about investment suggestions but this aap is like bhool bhulaiya. You invest and then you struggle to find what is the performance of your fund. I placed a withdrawal request and can't find a status regarding the same after 3-4 days. So you talk to a bot that says you need to click on calendar that is not clickable. Not sure how much helpful people find this app but one thing is for sure. You keep it simple and people find it friendly. You make it cluttered, people avoid it.
I have been investing in scripbox almost 5 years but for past last 10 days I can see clear discrepancy in my dashboard profit/loss amount and journey profit/loss. My dashboard shows profit 21898 Investment journey shows profit 38286 I have been following up with their customer care for past 7 days and they confirmed it is technical glitch and dashboard amount has to reflect with journey amount. They till now not able to resolve the issue.
After update, the app has become totally unusable and extremely frustrating. Scripbox started with aim to provide hassle free and super simple investment experience. But after latest update, it's all over the place. Its super confusing, extremely buggy. No proper notification to user on investment success/failure, no status update on verification of family member account etc. I have lost all my trust on them and pulling out all my funds and advising friends and family the same as well.
I am reducing one star because recently Scripbox has introduced a lot of change to its app due to which its entire app has become very slow....sometimes I feel terrible using the app as everytime I open it, it takes enormous amount of time to load. This app is the slowest app in my mobile. I seriously want some change towards its app development and as everynew functionality you bring slows the app down. Please do something about it. I don't want to open it on browser everytime. Do something.
As on 12.04.2022 Using this app since last 2.5 years. Since last two months I am unable to pay my SIPs due to some bug in the software. Secondly, the some data in application is not easy to get i.e. you have to go through several interfaces in the app to see that Data. In this regard myCams app is excellent. Please simplify and rectify.
Hey Guys, I'm using scripbox for a long time and it was reliable. But now, I am on android 12 and the app crashes frequently. Currently, I'm uninstalling and reinstalling as a workaround. Hope you fix it soon.
Please keep app very simple as possible, we just want to know how our investments through scripbox are performing, not all the junks lik gold, nps, etc etc ... to address that there are many apps in market. One suggestion is that instead adding all junks options to everyone,give option to users to configure there pages on app.. that helps many who are not interested in external investment.
After update app becomes unstable. I am not able to open it. It closes automatically. Even automatic SIP deduction also displays some technical error at scripbox end. Totally frustrating.
Horrible. I had an upwardly account. Ever since my account has been migrated to scripbox, i am having severe issues. Simple things like money is not getting debited from my bank account on scheduled day. There are lots of other issues and i think the only option that I have now is to withdraw my entire sum of money and invest somehwere else.
The application and the company seems trustworthy and have been with them for over 5 years now. Investment is very easy and SIP setup is great. Withdrawal has been made difficult but is still available.
App was working 'okay' previously but now it keeps crashing- have been trying for last one week but I just cannot login and check my investments. Tried uninstall and reinstall but didn't work
Only 2 star because of poor user interface. When I started SIP first time it was easy to use now after many updates it became complicated. Unable to understand most of time.
No email support and no app support for the incorrect address. No one answers over the phone or takes the call. They fetch the address neither from Aadhaar KYC nor from PAN KYC. In the name of automation, they create uneasiness to customer and in todays era, they ask for physical documentation. Highly disappointed. The app is so outdated that they cannot process e-verification via Aadhaar. There's a spelling error in the address done by Scripbox for which the end-user has to suffer.
All features best, and also recommendations but please share detailed video's and steps for switch old funds into new best recommended funds. Please, and also create a simplest button for switching fund near invest more button or details button.
The App has been repeatedly crashing the last few days. It doesn't even open up anymore on my Samsung phone.

I am unable to open this app today. It is showing the message as " This app is stopping or not responding" . Please resolve this issue
The App crashing regularly. Not even opening sometimes even after upgrades.
Recently, after a few updates, while opening the app, it does not request for biometrics. It asks for entering the password manually. Once you uninstall and then install, it works fine for few days later again biometrics is disabled. I don't understand why??

Cannot import external investments. Been trying for a few days. On manual upload it throws the error, "error decoding response body". Tried sending an email as well as instructed, no use. Tried uploading in both web as well as mobile app
choice of funds is unclear. no explanations given for allocation and recommendations. Update 1: posted on 26th july. Yet to hear from them as on 30th of July

This review is for the app and not the service : Of late, UX on getting worse (compared to earlier better version). Its rule #1 to do research with end users of what they want to see. Instead they seem to trying to solve problems no one reported, and doing it wrong way. e.g. The time period for graphs is now very tricky to select as you have to click slightly away from it. and fingerprint scan randomly goes away and have to use password or pin. Amateur development team from the looks of it.
