I just downloaded this app and purchased the full app right away, however, could you adjust the sensitivity of the empty shape? You have to be extremely precise for the empty shape to "accept" the one you are dragging to it. While my 3 year old is doing an excellent job at dragging the shapes to their place, most of the time, if it's off by a nanometer, it gets rejected. This seems to happen with the shapes that form an object/animal. I hope this makes sense, feel free to contact me.
Not great. The fifth level in the game (the one where shapes have faces and bounce randomly) opens and then glitches and we have a blank screen. So sad because it's the one my daughter always clicks on first. Would appreciate a fix ASAP. Dave and Ava's videos are the only ones my daughter likes and I have all their other apps which work well.
My toddler is left frustrated because you need to be really precise on putting the colored shape over the white one. I think especially when the kids are the ones playing you should make it less sensitive. I like that it is educational but I don't like how my kid didn't enjoy it. We ended up consoling her after a 30 minute long tantrum.
the app is nice, as its teaching my daughter shapes and matching, however every time she completes moving a shape to its coordinating spot, the next shape set doesn't appear and she can't play it. It'll be worth 5 stars if they fix this issue.
It was really better than expected ... However, whenever they win the characters should say something cool and encouraging and when they loose ...something like oops try again, you'll get it next time ... kids adore fave and Ava and love hearing what they have to say sometimes ! More user interactive and won't seem that frustrating for young kids
It's a good app for learning shapes but very basic by Dave and Ava standards, the number app, alphabet app and animals app all feature Dave and Ava characters where as this doesn't. It's a bit disappointing as my son loves the characters and he seems less interested in this.
The app has issues. It has stopped working effectively. After my daughter plays the first shape... I am left with an empty screen. What is going on with this app??
Horrible Customer Service!!! I purchased this for my toddler who showed a little interest in it but now he wants nothing to do with it. I tried getting refund from Google and they won't, directed me to the creator. Tried the creator and they refuse to do anything with purchases. Horrible service. Makes me sad because I used these videos in my classroom, I won't anymore.
The app is really glitchy it freezes and shapes are missing so you can't move onto the next game without refreshing and losing where you were up to.
I'm sorry but I still can't understand what part of free means pay?? My son is only 9 months and he's in love with dave and ava and he responds really well to the didn't ways of teaching of the alphabet numbers and even shapes and I decided even though he's 9 months I will still get the apps.. But I don't understand where the credit card and linx info comes from
When my little sister playing its always loading and only music. If i go out from the game the music still not stop so i uninstall. My sister doesn't like it, there's too much purchased game

This app is amazing but the others kinds of games in it doesn't work but its okay cause we watch videos of dave and ava on yotube well im a 7 and yael is 1 😃😃😃

This app is very unresponsive on my phone in the sense that, once I load any of the shapes and match with the corresponding shape, the next shape takes a long while or doesn't load at all. All you left with is a blank screen with a music playing in the background. Kindly look into it. I really annoying especially when we are playing it with my son.
