Would be a 5 but the new update drains a lot of data by getting rid of the ability to download the lessons please bring back the download option

Absolutely fantastic idea. This is by far one of the best and most entertaining ways to learn Spanish, the new update is great, the interface has a nice polish and the achievement system is very motivating. The lessons are getting more fleshed out. There are still quite a few errors here and there, typos, mis-clipped audio and the grammar lessons are pretty glitchy, but this app is getting better and that's amazing to see. I'm excited to see the library of music grow.

Mostly free to use. This app is awesome, the learning experience is very good and easy. It's enjoyable to learn though music, however the music library is small compared to the amount of songs available on their youtube page. Most of the more exciting and upbeat, latest songs are only available for premium users. I switched phones and re-download the app, only to find that some songs which were available free before are now only available for premium users. This app ahold be a smooth representation of the YouTube channel. Users need more songs to choose from. But great job otherwise.

This app is riddled with spelling errors. It is a shame, the lessons and interfaced are organized intuitvely and beautifully. But man, those spelling errors really irk me (english words). I am happy to send screenshots to the developers. The worst is the pricing page, where they list $44 (approximately) for 1 month, and $11 for 1 month. My goodness. I'm assuming the $44 price is for 12 months, or for 1 year. Well, you gotta write that correctly!!!!

I absolutely love this app! I've been listening to Reggaeton for 10 years, not really comprehending the words until I would translate the song then I would kinda know what it was about but never fully learned it. Lirica teaches the language to you in a way that fully egages your brain to make comprehension easy. I feel like I learned more using this for 3 days than I did in 10 yrs. Thanks! (Only wish there were more songs or a way to request certain songs be added). Otherwise awesome app!

The menu of downloadable songs cuts off a bit on my pixel 2 and the translation lags a tiny bit, but this is app is exactly what I've been looking for since I started getting into spanish music. I must have listened Nuestra Canción a hundred times this past year and I never knew what it was about! Looking forward to a bigger library of songs in future updates.

Price £4.49 a month isn't that big a price tag but there are countless YouTube channels doing the same thing for free, and with the limited song choices this app is not worth it *Function* To learn a song it plays each part line by line and you have to select the words on the screen in the correct order. But the audio cuts off before the last word is fully sung. With deduction you can figure out which word it is, but this detracts from the purpose of the app, being to learn by listening.

The fact that you have to pay for have more lessons and the app even don't work well is a fraud. Is a good idea, the way they try to teach you, but some times the music get frozen or it cheap going but the lyric doesn't change. They should try fix the app before put the advertisement in Instagram because we download the app with good expectation and end up with something still in working progress. I reapit the idea is very good but it should be fixed.

Could easily be my favorite language learning app! I was so excited when I found it. I've known the song Suavemente like the back of my hand, and yet I still learned something by going through this app. But for some reason every time I try to get the premium version it doesn't work, I don't really like the other free songs that are offered... I don't know if it's a bug, or if it's a problem on my part, but I've tried a dozen times. Also it'd be really cool if you could request certain songs.

I like the idea, but some words are cut off on my OnePlus 6, some live lyrics are not in sync. Also some spelling errors. Which is a bit weird for a an app devoted to learning a new language. I think first on the list should be fixing the word format, because the cut off words make the app unusable in some cases..

I have used almost all of the most popular language apps on the market for learning Spanish and I find this one to be the least boring. I wouldn't really recommend this app for an early beginner but it is definitely one of the best apps, if not the best app for learning Spanish at the intermediate and above level. At B1 or above level you need to start training your ear to pick up the sounds of the language from native speakers and you would be hard pressed to find a better resource than this.

Isa. S. Apr 12, 2021

Way better than other language learning resources like Duolingo. The format in music really helps to remember a lot of the content. The only thing I don't like is some of the Puerto Rican songs can be very difficult to understand. Other than that, the app's idea and its execution are really good.

great learning tool. teaches ear training and comprehension. multi faceted approach to learning Spanish. I like this app and found it a great addition to my Spanish learning apps. This COULD be 5 Star app but not ready for prime time but don't let that stop you. There are no critical bugs. when picking lyrics sometimes the tops and bottoms of the words are cut off. . will sub when it matures. my comprehension of spoken Spanish has soared since I started. Needs more songs.

Rya. D. Aug 4, 2019

Though I've made progress reading and writing with Duolingo, I continue to struggle with listening comprehension. As a gringo who loves latin music (norteño, cumbias, bachatas), I always wanted a tool like Lirica to learn via music. Without knowing about Lirica, I searched the app store with the terms "music learn Spanish" and found what could be my favorite learning tool yet. One note I have for the developers: Can you add more classics and styles of music (maybe even some corridos)?

Fantastic. Worth every dollar but on my new device, the app does not acknowledge my subscription. This is a google bug. However, I am unable to email through the app on either device. I love this app but my old phone is so damaged I can not make use of the app. Please fix. I have requested a refund through google and with renew if nothing is done in time. Gracias.(renewed. Back in business. Love this app)

I absolutely love this app. I use Duolingo everyday but this is such a fun way to learn a language! My only complaint is, I signed up for the free trial of the premium version for the intermediate level, and there's only 11 songs. Is that all there is to access for premium, paying members? If so, I don't think it's worth paying, which is a bummer cause I love the app.

This is a really great app and a great way to pick up new words and phrases in spanish. I used it for a few days and loved that it included Monsieur Periné. Unfortunately i dont use it as much as i would like because of the mobile platform. I would be much more willing to pay for a premium subscription if there was a desktop interface. I would love to spend an hour a day with this content, but not on my phone.

J. C. Mar 27, 2019

This is a really good app! The way of taking parts from the song and teaching you vocab and grammar is really effective, more interesting and much better than other music video based apps I have tried, I'm really impressed!

Dyl. r. May 16, 2021

Really good app i enjoy it thoroughly. However one thing that bugs me is the song lyrics are not literal translations making it more difficult to read and understand the lyrics. But thanks for an amazing app regardless.

Jac. P. Mar 7, 2020

Downloaded for my Pixelbook. In any mode (windowed, fullscreen, portrait), all the font is ridiculously huge and cut off, hard to read. Needs to be updated to accomodate tablets. Quiero aprender más español! Edit: it's 2020 and this has now been fixed! Thank you!

Tai. T. M. Jun 4, 2020

Probably the greatest language learning app ever. Incorporating music into language learning is such a genius idea. The only problem I have is that the app keeps crashing on my Chromebook. It works perfectly fine on my Apple device though.

Dia. L. Dec 29, 2019

the app doesn't work, scrolling is fast and takes you to the same spot over and over. am not a beginner yet it didnt let me increase my level. Did not get to chose song, it chose for me. But it would not play it, so I DELETED the app.

Man. Oct 9, 2019

Normally 5 stars, but there's a really bad bug at the moment that closes the app a few seconds after I try to open it, without fail. Hopefully this is easy to fix, since I love this app and would like to continue using it!

A. G. u. Dec 10, 2018

I have only played with a few of the beginner songs, but, I like the app. It highlights useful vocabulary words and uses engaging music. So far, the only negative is that the songs are not at all kid friendly.

dam. May 29, 2020

The app is extremely laggy. In the times portion the music sometimes plays without the options being on screen. At times the music does not play but the choices appear. I enjoy the concept but it is far too buggy.

Deb. B. Sep 28, 2021

How to learn a new language? Music! This app is perfect, with both Spanish and English lyrics highlighted line by line as the music plays. And there are neat quizzes and challenges and videos too!!

Pet. F. Mar 1, 2020

I signed up for premium, and tried to access the Your Plan page on my Samsung, and it will not load. It keeps crashing. And not it will not load the regular app pages at all. Completely useless. Wish I hadn't bought it.

Car. A. Jan 3, 2021

I have learned some vocab and grammar from the app, but the app is best for listening comprehension. The app does not save your accomplishments when you close it and sometimes forgets that you learned a lesson.

Ter. R. Jan 29, 2019

Incredible learning tool. It makes me excited to learn and provides certain vocabulary that I wouldn't otherwise learn. I have learned every song! Anxiously awaiting the update!

Mit. K. Feb 29, 2020

I love it. Some great music I've never heard before and that is always good. But, for me, learning to sing the words seems to stick with me better than just reciting things and doing puzzles. It is also far less boring.
