This is a well made app, but the cost is just silly for an alphabet. I get that $10 unlocks all the languages, but it would make far more sense to tier the cost of each language. $2 per language would be an easy sell, and $10 for all languages. That way people get exactly what they want and the cost per language would be high enough to justify it.
This app deserves full rating. Dumbing down the alphabet to this level , along with writing, flash card, fill in the blanks, pop quiz. Amazing. Can't imagine how much they would have worked to develop the methodology so good. Great job guys.
After really enjoying using the free content and learning surprising quickly (total beginner) I decided to purchase the full Urdu alphabet. As others have commented, it is on the pricey side. But since it is the most effective and helpful alphabet app I have found so far, I decided to pay so I could learn the rest of the alphabet using this method. If the price was a bit lower, I would have given 5 stars. I would suggest around the £5 mark since it is just the alphabet.
The arrows and tracing are very, very helpful. It might be good to understand tongue positioning a bit prior to using - for example the 't' in 'titali' ( butterfly ) the tongue is up against the teeth whereas the 'T' in 'tomater' the tongue is further back on the roof of the mouth
Not a thorough learning experience of Urdu, but it's good for learning the alphabet, very intuitive in design and fun to use. I hope they update this app with more vocab, but so far I love it.
Thank you!!! This app is an absolute perfect example for learning Urdu. It's a language I've always wanted to learn and have to, and it just helps with everything. First five minutes of use and it's a total super hero! And so easy to use!!
This app doesn't open in my device.It just shows the logo and which read (Write -Me) and that's it and nothing else no matter how long you wait .My Device is latest [(MI A2)is smartphone]and also there is good wifi and the problem is in the app fix it .
fantastic. animation, arrows and writing practice features are very helpful. Matching written words with pictures is most appreciated.
Well designed, but very limited in the actual content and no good options for refresh quizzes. Not worth paying for.
Love it. Very helpful the way is showing and letting u practice. Excelente that also u can hear the sound and learn vocabulary using that letter that is been learnt.
Awesome App. Very well done so easy to learn and to use but the cost of the app is realy high just for the language at $18. If it was cheaper thwn i would havw purchased it but definetly not worth the ammount for the alphabet.
Kinda slow on match the following and also we can't draw the symbols from the opposite direction (something I really need since I'm left handed) but other than that I have no problem, as long as I'm getting to learn the alphabet.
Great made app. Not worth the cost of it being so high for just learning the alphabet. Add more content for learning Urdu to justify the cost of the app.
Overly priced app. Demands money only after 8 letters. Uninstalling! Whatever answer you provide, it can not justify the pricing.

The gamification on this app is excellent. The excercises keep you engaged very much. I think it's the best app to learn urdu.

What is the meaning of paying for the app, if you're gonna learn only alphabets, not how to write words and sentences. I'm really disappointed.

I was having trouble learning the urdu alphabet. The exercises this app provides are great.
Wonderful app which actually helps learning. But in the third chapter itself, it starts asking fir money to unlock.

If you enjoy learning with interactive apps this is for you. It is a painless way to learn the letters of a foreign language. It teaches your 4 letters at a time with review so it is not overwhelming. My only improvement would be for it to include the sounds of the letters, instead of only the names. Beginner books that teach the script are difficult to see. This definitely fills a gap!
