Learn Urdu Language with Master Ling

I really like this app. I am enjoying learning to read the Urdu script using the phonetic English and English translations. The activities are great too. One thing I struggle with is reading the script on my mobile. If you could make it bigger by default or have a setting in the app to increase the font size that would really help. Even the ability to pinch zoom in would really help. Thanks

I wanted to learn Urdu for a friend of mine and this is the only app I found that offers it. It's very easy to use (quite similar to Duolingo). I'm picking up words quickly and can even say a few basic sentences which has impressed my friend.

I've learnt sooo much with this I'm from the UK so I really wanted to learn and it's amazing since it's for free

First gamified language app I've seen for Urdu that has a similar interface to Rosetta stone and Duolingo. I've been looking for this for years. Thank you for making it.

Mostly great, however, there are some mistakes and inconsistencies in the exercises, which do come up quite frequently. Not a big deal for me as I have some experience with the language, but could be confusing for newcomers. Great to see Urdu being supported.

It's voice for chinese course is too odd. And all the course doesn't even start with alphabets, they just begin directly with sentences. Don't waste your money on this. They just give you 2 chapters free and then you have to purchase rest. I prefer Duolingo over this. This app is just nonsense.

Seems like a great app especially for learning urdu however im a student and wish i could have a student plan/ price for the pro.

Really like the option to turn the phonetic spelling on and off, and also being able to tap to hear the word or sentence spoken out loud. Very well designed app!

Edit: seems to require an account now, therefore lowering the score. Looks very promising. In the first dialog, the blank spaces for the missing words are not in the right place though?

Amazing and easy! My Fiancee speaks mostly Urdu and this is the first App that was actually acurate and broke it all down. He has been so surprised how much i have learn in a short time. This teaches you how to pronouce, read, and write Urdu. Highly reconmmend!

It's good enough for complete beginners. No explanation of grammar whatsoever. You just quietly tap words you recognise.

Hi, I've been having a problem with the app, I've finished the speaking, writing and exam studies but the other lessons are still locked. Why is this happening?

Love the app, dont like the false advertising in the description, only introduction and basic sentences is free to access the rest you have to pay

So far alright. Wish it taught the alphabet better for other languages, but is a useful tool among many.

it is good it is just so annoying for the fact that you need to pay in order to learn more can you please change the app in ourvhase please that would be fine with me if not then inwill rate it with a straight up ZERO 0

It's pointless up until you have to start paying.i was using this all to start learning Urdu it was really good. Then when I realised I have to start paying I uninstalled it.

can't use. first time said loading lessons never did and now open app stays on opening yellow page cant even get in. will try again tried like 20 times already

This is great! I'm so happy this app exists for overseas Pakistan's who are trying to read and write Urdu and not just speak it.
