I've played a lot of trump games especially Eucher and 500 but they both have bowers. In bridge the cards stand for themselves and is a different kettle of fish Thank you for explaining Bridge to me and how difficult it is to win without a plan
Wow - really impressed. Great examples and in-line questions to test our progress. Yes I do plan to buy the later chapters. Having not grown up playing any trick-taking games, I really needed to see the breakdown of the logic behind so many basic concepts. The issues of transport and blocked cards was exactly what I could not grasp in some of the live classes that I've taken. I'm still not getting the right test answers, but I assume it will click eventually!
Just what I was looking for to get better at bridge! Very clear lessons followed by quizzes that reinforce what l learned. Nice clean interface. Would love the ability to highlight some lesson points in yellow and take my own special notes in each lesson chapter. Or at least be able to either bookmark lesson pages or copy some lesson text to paste into a note pad on my phone.

I find this an extremely worthwhile app, and well worth the price for additional modules. The excercises used to ensure a solid foundation before moving on is excellent. It has certainly improved my bidding!
I love this app. It is very, very basic but for beginners it's great. I play four majors (Acol, I live in NZ) but I needed to understand 5 card majors and thanks to this app I do. Im doing quite well at Bridge (for a Beginner), at least partly because this app got my playing off to a good start. Keep it up.
I always wanted to play bridge but didn't know how to play. It is the best card game which is based more on your cognitive abilities rather than luck and i love it for that. Legends like Bill gates and Warren Buffett play and recommend this game. I was always looking for this kind of guide but never found a good enough app. Maybe people don't appreciate the game enough. You have provided appreciation and a brilliant beginner's guide to this game and I thank you for that.
Teaches the basics but the cards during the tutorial are glitchy and dont appear with their values on them or overlap so its hard to know what the example is talking about. Uodated the review to 5/5 - developer was quick to respond and fix this issue.
It's a good tutorial for bridge, but one star less for a very high price of each lesson after two basics, which are free. I think developer consideration about the said will be make the learning app more popular for new comers in bridge.
Loved it, many thanks. In fact I used to play bridge, never competitively or anything, but some. It's hard to believe but I had not played since 27 years, basically since I did my military service back in April 1993. I wanted to remember and restart playing for a while now, and this app was just what I was looking for. I'm hoping to get my family hooked so we can actually play on table 😁
Perfect bridge-teaching app. The average 4.3 is unfairly too low. However, I really hope the readers can get a good discount to buy all the paid chapters together, like other apps.
I haven't ever reviewed an app, but this one is so good it deserves it! VERY clear instructions for a somewhat complicated card game, helpful examples, no ads. Awesome!
It says free but only the extreme basics are free (something u could Google in seconds for free). Anything other than that is split into multiple lessons that u have to buy individually.
If you know even the basics of bridge this is worthless as a free app. Only two lessons are free and a Web page can teach you that much without using your bandwidth for the download of all the potentially more useful lessons that must be purchased. Avoid unless you want to pay to learn
Easy to follow, with many solutions for problems that baffle beginners. I have tried others that get confusing by citing the "official" name of any given play. Please!
Excellent app for those who are seriously eager to learn Bridge. Irrespective of the bidding convention followed, the tips, tricks and instructions provided will bring in overall improvement to the player. Good job.
This is a great app.. I went through it completely three times. AND I took the Mid-Term Quiz . BUT I need the next half of the course!! How can I get it?? HELP!!
Still some issues with downloading previously purchased lessons on Android but remains the best online teaching app currently available. Very user friendly
1st two lessons so basic, you really don't know enough to start. Then $3 per lesson after that... only 4 more lessons & only on bidding. If lessons were $1, I might consider purchase

Top notch instruction with reinforcing examples to quiz your understanding. I just began learning bridge a year ago and have found LearnBridge an invaluable tool. I purchased all the additional lessons and, even though I haven't completed them all, I have reviewed others multiple times and will continue reviewing them until I feel confident in my mastery of each concept. I'm amazed that something so well done and thorough cost so little. What a deal! Highly recommended!!
