More than just a CPD tracker – add other types of entry as well such as ideas for your PDP or feedback you receive from patients.
Entries can be categorised to your different roles and you can set up your own tags. This allows you to demonstrate your spread of supporting information across your different roles and areas of work.
Select your profession and the app will be tailored to suit you. For example if you’re a nurse or midwife the app will conform to the NMC guidelines. If you're a GP, the app will mirror what is required for your appraisal.

Crashes everytime you load content or add. Simply doesn't work on this Android device

Crashes every time I try to put a learning log.
If it worked off-line to record entries, that would be a bonus. Otherwise the app and the desktop version work really well and make the appraisal process so much less painful. Thank you.
Not able to search for activities based on tag. Would welcome contact from developers if I'm missing something here.
Love the options and details that you can customise but is missing the ability to attach a photo for evidence and to export/print a summary otherwise would give this 5 stars.

Crashes when you try to add an entry... useless as it is.
Good but basic - great potential Please add the ability to add an attachment to each entry, such as a photo or pdf scan of a certificate, course details or reflections.
