This app is not working properly. Every time I click on my classroom to input an observation, it keeps loading and it never opens.
I usually love this app, but have noticed it has a lot of bugs lately like not letting me select students or issues scrolling. Since the messaging feature was removed on 12/24 (and reinstated 12/30), the messages tab has not returned to my device. So right now it's good for sending quick reminders and posting activity but not much else. I hope it gets repaired soon.
A really useful app, but some downsides are I have to refresh the page every time I want to put in a new picture in of a different student so it won't delete the previous one. Another on is I have many book that the app does not have, and there use to be a feature that let you put books in by just title and author.
I used the app for over a year and loved it as a provider. Any time I had issues I would contact their services and they would fix it. Lately, i have been having more issues and they couldnt fix it over a week so I moved to another app that is showing the parents what their children are doing with no hiccups.
Learning Genie help to communicate with parents and doing great observations
Like the idea but is ridden with bugs. It stopped letting me sign in, will either say it failed or the screen stays at the log in. Customer service suggested updating, changing my password, all the obvious things i had already done and had failed.
In the beginning I had a lot of issues, we fixed the problem and for the most part working great. Since the newest update our families have had so many issues and so now instead of communicating only through learning genie I am having to communicate through other ways. Most importantly LG allow us to log in on multiple devices, that would help me alot. Would love if our families could get their issues resolved in a timely manner.
After the update it doesn't work on my tablet
This app can be helpful but there are ALOT of bugs that need to be worked out. We are one the phone at least once a week having them fix problems so we can continue to rate our kids with DRDP.
Great app. Works great to communicate with parents who speak another language. Very user friendly and amazing tech team. Thanks for making this awesome app.
The app is a great start. I am however getting frustrated with having to uninstall and reinstall to keep it working appropriately.

This app is great when it is actually working. For some reason when I let me sign in.
We have 150 families and they love it. unlike hi ma ma it immediately updates during the day.
Great daily reports but constant updating or it will won't record your information to parents. Constant worry during Covid when parents are anxious
Too slow and too logs out frequently

I am generally happy with the main functions and features of the app. I do have one suggestions I really hope you would take on board: please include a feature that enables portfolio records to be added from activity/engagement posts.
Love the app, great customer service. Just wish it let you check children in/out by clicking on picture. Like attendance, that would be perfect. Also, when I add an activity it would be nice to have options like the subject, ex fine motor, gross motor, science, art etc.
Very powerful childcare management system! Its the best out there. Add the attendance module and nothing on earth will beat this app!!! Well done LG team.
Love the Learning Genie when it works!!! UNFORTUNATELY, when I attempt to open the app it forces me to exit out without allowing me to update any of my observations; therefore making me fall behind on my paperwork! HOPE it gets fixed with sufficient time for me before my DRDP's are due!!!!
It used to work fine. I used to gett notifications of messages from families but this last week I missed several important messages due to not getting any notifications. Ive checked that Notifications are enabled on my phone, I've reinstalled the app, I looked online to see what might have gone wrong but nothing works.
