Since last update do not receive any alert notifications anymore for messages. Very dissapointing been using the app for two years with no problem till now
Mandate update for April 30. You add a QR scanner but then get rid of parent observation feature. Less convenient for parent help add child progress to drsp
It's frustrating that some of the messages or notifications don't get on time. Sometimes I received them 2 to 3 days after they were posted
Requires calendar access even though our school doesn't use the calendar function. CAN'T EVEN LOG IN WITHOUT THAT ACCESS, even if it's revoked later.
Very unstable for Android's and not intuitive. I receive push notifications, but when I check the app, the notification is not there for hours. Sometimes it says I have no children. It's not user friendly, at least not on an Android device. I only have the app so I can get updates from the school.
Since the update it does not show my child on it anymore
It generally works, but: - Confusing menus - Often requires manual refresh of feed even after clicking on a notification - No way to disable sounds - Automatically creates calendar events (if your school uses them) unless you deny the app calendar permission EDIT: lowering to 1 star since you can't login without giving calendar permissions to the app.
Downloaded the app and set up an account, and it never opens! It's constantly kicking me out the minute I open the app to check for any notifications. Very disappointed that it keeps failing to run.
Requires permissions to make and receive phone calls and access to my calendar without explanation. Not acceptable. If the app has features that write into my calendar, please make them optional. It should be common practice to explain your permission requests and to not make all features of the app dependent on acceptance of all permission requests.
After the update 2 things have happened. Ive lost all the pictures of my daughter that were in the app. And I had to compleatly uninstall the app and reinstal it to have the new "2way communcation" work on my phone. Not really happy with the app.
Very easy to navigate
After mandatory update the app will not open at all. I have uninstalled it and re installed it numerous times and still don't work. Before this I liked tha app, lived seeing what my little one is doing at daycare while I'm at work, but now I can't.
So many bugs. I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling to fix issues but the issues come back in just days over and over. If it was not for that I'd give 5 stars. All us parents are having issues. Even teachers
I love this app! It helps me stay connected with my son's teachers. Allows me to text them through class time to see how my son is doing do to medical conditions and also to inform me of his daily activities. Also it allows me to get classroom pictures. Haven't had any problems with it.
Since the "mandatory" update, the app won't even open. Now it's useless and I can't get the photos from there any longer. Shouldn't have to tried to fix something that wasn't broken
Mandatory update and now it won't even open it just closes right away and stops working. (Update) I Uninstalled it and installed it again and it works fine now.🤷♀️ hopefully it stays that way.
Downloaded this app 3 different times and it still wont open! It shuts down before it ever opens. I've sent feedback for a week and it still doesn't work. Very poor isn't worth the time! I urge you not to purchase this app if you are a childcare agency!
Worked okay but upgraded phone to pixel 6 pro and the app force closes when trying to view videos. Either not optimized for Android 12 or the pixel. Other photos can be viewed fine.
Love this app. Keeps me updated on my son's progress and teachers sends me photos or notes during the day...
Ok, since it kept crashing, I reported it. They updated it today. I then updated the app, it crashed again. Long story short... Don't update, just uninstall and reinstall it, it works for me now. Moto Z4 version 10 os
After mandatory update whenever I go to open the app it immediately crashes and I'm not able to use it again. Very frustrating.
Won't let me see my messages. I have to deleting it and reinstall sometimes to get it to work. It is a good app I like it just needs the bug fixed.
This app suckss!!! I wish my daughters school would choose another app! Its so fustrating I cant upload pictures its supper slowwww ! I stuggle to see the videos ! Something I dont even want to upload anything because it simply just doent let me and its so time consuming. Zero stars if I could !
lots of issues with the last update. child name menu is skewed upward so it's hard to switch between kids. messages are totally broken.
this app was pretty good.. it just often didnt notify me so I'd constantly check it. now it's horrible and we will likely find another app. cant see messages or any activity unless I redownload it. please fix !!
We can never tell when there are messages or notifications on the app. Not the school app we would choose. The teachers don't even know how to work it.
I've been using this app for 2+ years now. I haven't had any issues with it. I have always been able to get notifications and interact with my child's teacher. It's a wonderful app to use. I appreciate the fact that I am able to see what my child is doing and what activities are coming up. Since the changes during the pandemic, I have been unable to go to the events to see my child, so the teachers have been sending photos and videos through the app for us and I appreciate this app for that.
