Learning Kanji

buggy as hell. most of the tests don't display either the answers or the questions, making it almost useless.

I would have given it 5... but anything on the blue section it doesnt show on my screen... :( the idea of this app seems enjoyable though but i can play it

Please fix the app... good concept but the blocks are empty... makes it pretty useless... Uninstalled right after trying... didn't u guys test the game before launching it?

Despite being quite effective due to its short lessons, there are some bugs that need fixing. For instance, when you're in lesson 3, 6 and 9, you can not enter the next lesson by clicking the arrow key. It requires you to return to the home menu before selecting a new lesson. This doesn't occur later into the lessons, though. Also, when you're in lesson 18, which is surprisingly the last lesson, it allows you to enter the bug infested lesson 19 which is not available through the home menu. Could be longer.

This app helped me tremendously when it came to kanji, and it's very user-friendly. I was able to learn all of this is less than a week (but studying hard and consuming a lot of time was a factor). I really want them to make an app for the N4, because I can't seem to find one that is worthy enough. But other than that, it's totally worth 5 stars.

I just wish they would add audio to the quizzes, so there would be more repetition. E.g., have the audio clip auto-play on the pictures quiz. Also, the lessons are extremely short. You could go through this easily in a day and not really learn all of them. But it's good for repetition.

The main gripe I have after 2 minutes of use, is that, the app uses kanji numbers in the pictures, but the translations you must match them with are in your native language. For example 六 [roku] must be matched with "six" instead of [ロク・roku] which goes counter the established model of trying to associate an image or idea with the words in a desired language.

It seems easy to use, but some of the images don't work so when you do lessons you have no idea what you are clicking just hoping for the best. I hope it gets fixed as I would like to continue to give a try... Just want to be able to see what I am learning.

I really, REALLY want to enjoy this app. It looks perfect to helping me start to learn the language. Unfortunately, the blue boxes with words in them on the Picture, Word, and Connect activities do not show words at all, rendering them impossible to complete. I really hope this is fixed soon so this can get the five stars I want to give it, so please get on that.

I find it was convenient, fun, easy and fast to learn Kanji. However there's one mistake I manage to spot and that was the meaning for 'ushiro' which means 'behind' but instead was taught as 'after'. Overall, it's a great app to refresh one's Kanji.

Kana and images are not showing, I can see the english words but the boxes where I should see the description/japanese words are empty. My phone has japanese installed.

Love it! Only issue is I think there should be a choice between Romaji and Kanji on the last test/game. Also, it would be helpful if you added a section or something to how to write some things, like Sunday, it is extremely complicated and I'm not sure how to write it.

I was unable to do anything in the app as most images were missing. I checked multiple levels and I've reinstalled the app. It looked good, I'm sad it is broken :(

It is diffucult to make any sense of this app; epecially when the language preference is set to English and every thing comes up Vietnamese. Also Kanji do not appear on the screen. This app needs alot of work. Uninstalling ASAP.

The app works really well, only something crucial is missing. The kanji won't appear in my phone.

for beginer, don't use this app, you need an app doesnt have romaji to help you remember hiragana better

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S8 and the app does not display any characters for me other than romaji (the other text fields are just blank - Japanese keyboard is installed on the phone). I used to love this app on my old phone, but cannot give more than 1 star at the moment because of this.

When I open the app and choose unit 1, and choose learn, it says ichi and as I try to choose ichi nothing happens as if its frozen

I learned and memorized the numbers fast, less than 10min, but yeah back button won't work wish you could fix it...

I tried it for 5 minutes, until I realize I can't see the pictures on the exercises...So I'll wait to see if it a bug and gets fixed other than that seems pretty cool

This looks like it would be a super useful app. Unfortunately, none of the Japanese scripts are visible, which sort of defeats the object of the app... Have uninstalled and reinstalled, but it made no difference. Nexus 5, Android v. 6.0.1
