Learning the Wu Shu Movement

Wu Shu uses various movements which of course can make you sweat. HAWA has summarized various basic Wu Shu movements that you can do at home. This movement is the basic movement that you will always do in wushu activities. Ma bu allows balance and strength to be developed into more complicated movements. This movement is done by standing while stretching your legs, slightly wider than your shoulders. Bend your knees so that you are in a position like almost sitting on a horse. Gong Bu (Position Down) Stand in a lunge position, where one leg is in front of the other leg in a straight line. Turn the sole of the foot in the opposite direction, with the toes pointing to the other side.
