Lebara KSA

It won't let me check my plan's details. The app work ok for the most part but it lacks details, and values are high, especially considering that there are no signal bars almost anywhere. Edit: I keep losing small amounts of balance when I switch to another phone. I can't see my package's details and forcing me to update consumes data!

I downloaded the app. I put in email address and password. It wouldn't let me in. It said email address was incorrect (it wasn't) and it said mobile number was invalid (it wasn't). It also said password was incorrect (it wasn't). I can get into my account through the website ok so why does it tell me otherwise on the app? Absolutely useless!!!!

Every time when I need to use this application it needs to update. My Moto G 2nd gen. Phone doesn't have enough storage to the process. What's the reason for this frequently update. Do I need to suffer from your trial and error? Or should I throw otherwise perfectly working my Moto g 2nd.gen. phone to keep this application. What do you think.

Worst carrier ever used, people can't hear me properly. sometimes vouce drops for good time and sometime they hear robotic voice. always have all the bars but network quality is very bad ..... this is first month and I am porting my no. as soon as month is finished.

hello everyone, I want tell you an important thing you should try it then you believe me, lebara app has no security because everyone can add your lebara number in lebara app and easily steal your data history contact and very easily can transfer balance from your number to his number without asking the owner. because here is no security anyone can add unknown lebara number in this app. be careful because i already tried it and added unknown numbers in this app without permission.

The old UI is better and easy to use unlike this one. The breakdown tab is not working and the dashboard is too complex to use.

New update is not working properly. Apps stops working automatically. Please check the bugs. When ever i try to login with my mobile number and password it say welcome misba then apps automatically close. Why it is happening.

worst i have registered online due to the app wasnt letting me i went back on the app trying to work and i kepted saying invalid and u didn't work all if u guys think this is a good app then no I've seen the other reviews and what u guys replied ita obvious u guys arent doing anything and just telling us to call the support line. we just want this app to work and one of my friends told me Optus is good plus there app actually works if this app doesnt work ill soon be changing and telling others 2

The bundles are pretty expensive. Can you please make the bundlen that is:unlimited mbs for 1hour,costs 2 or 3 riyals,this bundle is on other sim cards it is verry good, please consider adding this bundle and make more updates to the app. Thanks

Worst experience ever with any network app ever. Tried to login from this app many times but still says your email Id is not registered. Though, getting mail from the lebara onthe same registered email ID. Seriously pathetic.

It is keep crashing. Can't do recharge. Older version was simple and fast. Android version is 10

I started getting the error message "Something Went Wrong" everytime I open it a few days after updating my Lebara KSA app to this new version. Hope this will be resolved ASAP. The old version never gave me any issue.

please bring the older version back. no option to, check data balance, custom data selection... showing something went wrong can't open it

This update is not being logged, I'm trying, but not being able to login. I remember the password. Because i have written Not even taking fingerprint Help me to login

The update version is not working....there was log in my account but when i updated it its showing me that regester/log in again...when i am putting my phone number it's show me "number is invalid" but my number is active...whats the problem?

I can't recharge with mada from the updated app also some plans not working my friend ask me to recharge his no. Not working either. The problem with the login I've changed my password and now works perfectly.

I have been try to open lot of time but its not working... i call the center lot of time to fixed this issues as per them there is problem i need to update on my phone i did but until now this not working..

Good application and Lebara give excellent fast 4G service and call rates are low. Data offer also more better than other networks. Thanks to Lebara

Horrible app, I neither accepts my email address or phone number all it says is that it is invalid. Terrible app, how am I supposed to check my balance regularly?!😡😡

What's is happening ... I am trying to download on 4g network but .. very bad result it is very slow network like 2g network .. please do something .. I am suffering ..

The lebara network has been in a very bad state for the past few days. Therefore, we are very disappointed in the lebara network. So please keep the network up to date.

Very helpful App. Awesome service, specially with the 50 GB package. it is really a big push to the best. Very happy for being Lebara customer and very satisfied.

This not as good like old app, this can't show bundles and offer like local pass, please copy the features of the old app.

it's doesn't accept international Visa/Master cards, I've tried multiple cards and all of them are blacklisted!!!!

When I press on subscribe an error show me that the balance is not sufficient. Eventually I used dialling codes to subscribe.
