It is the best app with superior configurations and flexibility, (even much more than physical notification LED) for OLED screen type phone without notification LED ( e.g. Samsung note 10, 10 lite, 20 etc) . However the power consumption is as high as 22% against less than 0.1% in case of physical notification LED or a similar app aodnotify consumes ~2%
Doesnt work with android 11 on lenovo tab. Cannot grant notifications permission. App will not open without this. Works fine on android 6.x to 10.x.
This was a real disappointment and a waste of money. Tried the free version (on a Moto G7 Play, Android 9) and the basic functions seemed to work. I bought the paid version but one of the upgraded features that was important to me did not work. Tried the beta version with the same result. I sent an email to the developer and received a bounce back message that suggested reading the FAQ (I did that but it did not help). Sent several additional emails during the next week but received no response of any sort, which was surprising after seeing the developer's response to posted reviews-- I was expecting some degree of support but I got none. If the free version works for you and does what you need, that's great. But don't waste your money on the paid version. And based on my experience, don't expect to get any support from the developer.
Works good. BUT SICK OF IT constantly telling me to purchase the full version! Are you guys that hard up for money??? Uninstalling now! DEVELOPER... The one that started 30 minutes ago telling me to allow permission to keep on top of other app. I close notification and in 5 minutes it's back. Been doing this for 30 minutes nonstop. While trying to use other apps it pops up and blocks what I'm doing until I close it. Not fun when playing a game and lose because of this. So ....
The app has great potential, and can become a great app in the feature. Now I'd like to point out a few things. I didn't see a way to prioritize some notifications above the others and I find it interesting it prioritized low battery notification over charging, and another thing I'd like to point out is the LED blink manager. Its great it'd allow the app to use the built in LED, but my phone doesn't recognize a source, and therefore wont allow it to be installed as it is from a unknown source
It's Awesome. Tried the free version for an hour. I was convinced it's the one for me so I bought the full App there and then - no mucking around. I've tried other apps of higher ratings, they either did not work totally or partially in my Umidigi phone. This one - settings are easy to do and not many. My grandchildren and I loved the Random LED Blinker. It floats around the screen at timing rates I desired. It can also be set in different sizes and colour for each App. Thank you Mario.
It's useful but needs lot of improvements. In my SGS10e, it suppresses the AOD when charging but it's date, time & battery percentage don't refresh automatically. The text size of the time, date & battery percentage could be adjusted seperately. Lastly, while charging, the LED light for charging & that for a notification could be merged into one. Thanks.
The App has a slight bug in it when i used it in the LED light mode where it controls the actual physical LED light. It would make the LED blink as you set it up to do but after it quit blinking it would never turn off when you turn on the lock screen. Mario is working on fixing that. So I went ahead and switched over to the Screen LED mode and it works great. Just uses more battery life that way. So i am going to upgrade to the Pro version and use the Screen LED while Mario gets a fix ready.
On the previews for the app it said not to give a bad rating, if you have any problems, you should email the developer and they would contact me. Well I did email the developer, almost a month ago. Never heard back and the problem is still there. I never had any of the Developers for Google apps ever contact me back when I had a problem. So I don't know why they even give you that option.
While it is promising I regarded the creator's idea to try the lite first to see if we like it. Honestly, I like that. The few apps that it picked up, almost every app said PAID VERSION ONLY. but the few it allowed on the Lite I can't really seem to get an idea what it will do. My main option I wanted was a continual reminder. Flashing again, sound again at intervals. I see no such on the Lite. And I don't know if it's on the Pro. Colors do not seem to work. Mine: LG Premier Pro LTE I honestly can't rate it right away. But I hope to find answers to these questions. I will come back with a 5* rating if I can get it going.
Most Features behind Paywall Is easy to use; but using it for anything but basic apps costs 2$ one time payment (however, in app the premium is listed as a premium subscription on my device). Heck off. Even after developer response, the app is less utilizable than other similar apps. Consider downloading another app, if you just want colors so you can avoid missed texts. If seeking a barebones app, its serviceable. If not, there are better options, for free.
Great app!! I bought and tried the pro version in the past but couldn't get it to work on my last phone, so I reverted back to the free version. I am now using the free version on my new phone without trying the pro version because it is perfect for my needs. I appreciate this app so much that I regularly 'donate' $3 to the creator every year or two. Great app and perfect for my needs!!
This awesome free spp was all I needed, which was missed calls and texts. Also does GMail. Free version only shows some ads in the settings, never seen an ad otherwise. Works by illuminating the screen, so I used the settings to time out the screen alert after an hour to save battery. Took a little time to learn how to use it properly. In 15 years of using Android apps, I have never left a review but this app literally saved me from buying a new phone that had notifications. Thanks developers!
It didn't work and, worse, after having me turn off notifications from all my apps, now they are not working as before (LED doesn't blink, neither on or off, or only blinks green, now). Edit: restarting didn't help. Reconfiguring apps kind of worked, but now colours are all messed up (I don't know any more what each colour means and some apps block other apps' LED notifications when they are accessing it, what didn't happen before).
Good app for alerts of email and messages etc. Does seem to be a little harder on batteries but overly so.
Absolutely indispensable for me, so hats off to the developer. Bought full version. It annoys me that this isn't part of stock android, as it requires a lot of information access for a third party app. Note - "remove ads" only removes ads; you need to buy the pro version to get full features.
An earlier version of this app worked beautifully on my LG V20. I don't know where it went, but I downloaded the free version recently, and it worked only when the battery hits 100%, but not before then. So I went back in and bought the Pro version. Now nothing works. This was a great app before, but not recommended now. I do not speak German, but I think this question is asking what kind of phone I have. As mentioned in my earlier posting, it is an LG v20, presently updated to Android 8.0.0. If I am misinterpreting the question, please ask once again, in English. Thank you.
Initially worked like a charm, paid to avail extra features which proved useless because it doesn't work at all. The app keeps disabling itself even though all permissions are allowed and no matter how good the screen test looks in the app, when it comes to actual functionality, the app does not work at all. Do not download. Waste of an app..
My previous BlackBerry allowed full control of led notifications, I was hoping that this app would be able to provide some of that functionality. Unfortunately the app did nothing, even after allowing every permission possible it was unable to turn on the led even for a missed call or text msg. Uninstalled immediately after revoking all permissions. Shame it is very difficult to find an app for this purpose... BlackBerry was able to incorporate it directly into their phones with no 3rd parties
Fantastic. I bought the complete version but I rate it 4 stars because I would like, please Mario, that this could work completely as a hardware led. I have a ZTE Axon 20 and all the screen is OLED, so I would like to stop the app just with the power buton and wake the screen and no with double/single touch or back button. Could you make that? Please. Cheers
The app may use more battery than I'd like but I depend on the notification lights to show me I have email or text or missed a call. After using for a month I think I will be buying the full version so I get messenger and other app notifications I need. I can't imagine what Samsung was thinking by removing this feature from the phone but at least there is a workaround.
I would of given this app a 5 but lately it doesn't work. I've reinstalled it and played around with all the features. This used to be my favourite app. I can see other ppl are complaining too. It needs to get fixed. Both versions you have at the moment aren't as good as the as the old versions
maximum notifications are crashing. 1) when the screen is off many times it didn't work nd when i turn on my screen it immediately again send me the same notification. (I've turned on foreground run) 2) when screen is on sometime it vibrates again and again. 1st my default app vibrates then LED blinker send me notification 2 times. and when i check my notification it was only one message. sometimes it works perfectly (huawei mate 10 lite)
It does what I want it to do which is flash a notification on my pixel 3a phone that doesn't have a led notification light. It flashes on the screen however it drains the battery if I have a notification flashing for a long period of time and I get that, makes sense. I'm thinking it's the adds that run in the background that take up some battery juice and that if I buy the "no add" app it will no longer drain the battery! Can someone confirm This?
I am using this app with a Galaxy S10+ as an alternative to the Always On Display. I wanted to get get notifiction icons on the screen, without the battery draining time and date. LED Blinker was easy to set up, and works perfectly for this purpose. Very satisfied.
Wanted the app to work and it's fine for notifications on missed texts. Only works occasionally for other notifications (even though the in app test says all is OK). Emailed the developer several times and only received a automated reply - there is no support even though I paid for the Pro version of the app.
Brilliant! I have been searching for something like this to replace a previous, different, app that stopped working on my Nokia phone. LED Blinker Notifications Lite is superb. The settings are useful, it works as the developer states, and I am very impressed. So, thank you for this excellent app. Appreciated.
everything's great and free except that I can't turn on the screen properly by pressing the power button (but I can still double tap). I love how it works even on power saving mode and you can customize size and position
