The app is useless. Do not work. The remote control too, do not working. [edit] The problem in my case was the led controller box. Just open the back cover and then gently touch/move the bluetooth receiver. Short circuit malfunction and poor quality materials. I think the controller box will last for a few months, not more than a year due to the low quality.

Work as it should with the lights. But when you connect it through bluer tooth, it forces your phone to disconnect and forget all other previously connected devices. So everytime you use this app, you then have to go and reconnect and pair any other device you use.

This app functions perfectly IF you can actually connect it to a blasted control box. From what I've experienced after several weeks, this app needs to be at LEAST an inch away from the control box to even have a CHANCE of connecting successfully. And even if it does, don't count on maintaining that control, because you're going to lose that the moment you move even SIX INCHES from the control box. Functionally useless in my opinion. Would be FAR better off if we were just given a controller

Light worked okay for about six months but started having issues where the colors were all opposite each other. The last update though has completely broken it and rendered the lamp useless. I turned it on and it was stuck on static green so I thought I mess around with the modes to see if I might be able to get it unstuck. We'll now it's stuck flashing random colors and I get vertigo with flashing lights. Just get the more expensive lights so you don't regret it.

Bought Christmas lights online that use this app specifically. The video when purchasing shows all kinds of different light shows you can do. When you get the led lights and download the app you can't even use more than half of the modes. What a waste of money and time! Next time I'll go buy my led light strands at an actual store. Ripoff!!!!

You have rendered the lights in my fish tank I have been using for over 3 years completely useless. The new app now sends my gradient profile and the lights flash to confirm then total darkness. Please fix

It will only pick up the leds very few times even when uninstalling and installing the app, turning off and back on the Bluetooth, disconnecting and connecting the lights from the power source it won't connect. I have to have my brother with his iPhone turn off my lights sometimes because it won't connect to turn them on.

Shocking - Doesn't work correctly. App developers don't do much to fix issues with it. Pointless app when not working. Thanks. 👎💩

Terrible app. The UI glitches and an older screen usually superimposes over the current screen. The app loses connection when I reopen it without telling me or scanning again. The options are really uninspired. Whilst some of them are definitely cool, it lacks really basic options. There is no cycle through red - like colours, this is only achievable through the lengthy custom option. The custom option has no save function so you need to redo the lengthy process for each new custom mode.

Lights activates by voice and high sounds when BLUETOOTH DOESNT CONNECT JUST PLAY MUSIC OR TALK LOUD CLOSE A DOOR OR OPEN TO SEE. THE EXTRA CORD PART ON ASSEBLY DIDNT COME WITH ANYTHING CONNECTED 2IT. THAT MISSING PART MUST BE WHY BLUETOOTH CANT CONNECT. SHOULDNT HAVE TO UNINSTALL 4Xs.Also remote didn't work after first time turning on when colors next to each other displayed opposite color. But ok I changed battery never worked again until I used another lights remote.

This app is not working at all. Can't connect the device. Uninstall and install a million times still not working!! This is garbage, waste my time and money, I'm returning this 💩 !!!!!

This app is laughably bad. It's so so so broken and out dated and horrible. The connection process is garbage, avoid any and I mean any brand that uses this app to control their lights and save years on your life of stress.

Use to work flawlessly, then an update to "fix problems" came out and all it done was created more problems... i'm about to just buy a blue ghozt controller and be done with this controller.

This app worked immediately and easily for me to connect with the LED flood lights I purchased. Uses Bluetooth protocol. -1 star for middling UI

Well it was kinda difficult to figure out how to do the thing but once I figured it out it was pretty straightforward, however I recommend you don't hire colorblind people for the colors because some of the colors are off by far. Light blue is apparently purple and green is red.

When you try register every time you get the code after the 60 secs is expired and you can not register. Why do you have time set for verification process even if you have why not 2 mins or 5 mins as getting verification code via email takes more than 60 secs.

Some of the functions forces the app to close unexpectedly, need to fix the problem. And can't connect to the device anymore

Not the greatest app, but it seems to work. Sort of. Make sure your GPS is turned on. I do not know why it needs GPS to connect to Bluetooth, but that's the only way I've gotten this darn thing to work properly. This could be why many reviewers are having problems connecting to it. Hence all the 1 star reviews.

Does an ok job. The lights themselves aren't great. One of the strings of lights I bought doesn't work. The app would be better if there were instructions on how to use the settings. What does "shake" mean and what is it for? What are buttons K1-K4 for? Etc.

App worked well for one day then quit. Yes I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, even refreshed the screen as instructed, still nothing. Thank God the remote works or I'd be stuck with inoperable lights. Please fix this app!!!

disconnects and doesn't transition smoothly :/ Won't even connect anymore smh Now app is force closing Possibly the worst app ever created

I hate the update now it doesn't do what it use to do why ?can you please put it back to the previous light blinking options or can I just use the old version before the update

Sometimes it doesn't connect and it says there's no device when there is. So weird bc on normal settings of my device it shows there's a Bluetooth connection to the Leds but on the app it doesn't identifies the connection.
