IMPORTANT: This app will ONLY work if you have the IR Blaster hardware. I do not have time to look up which ones have it and which ones don't, so I left the app compatible with all phones. ·····Please,····· please do not leave a bad review if you don't have the IR Blaster hardware! I feel I'm getting a lot of reviews from people with older phones or tablet with no IR blaster. There's no way I could make it work with such devices! I would appreciate your consideration in this matter. THANK YOU!

This app is for the Chinese RGB LED light bulb (MagicLighting). And as of v1.0.7, it will also work with the generic (Chinese) 24-Key LED RGB Strip light! Sorry, the 48-Key version is not supported! (See the Settings page for switching)
I'm sorry, it won't work with Sylvania or other name brands, because I do not own these remotes and cannot import the codes without possession of the specific remote.
Confirmed supported devices:Galaxy S4 Galaxy S5 (And most newer Samsung phones)LG G3
Others may work, but nothing else is guaranteed! (You must have a phone with an IR blaster, with open-source drivers--HTC will not work, unfortunately)The only device I own and tested it on is the Galaxy S4, so please don't leave a bad review if it will not work on another model, or if the layout is wrong for your screen size.
If your device DOES work and is not listed, please tell me so I can add it to the list!
Background: I had tried all the free RGB LED Remote IR apps, and none of them worked for my specific LED bulb, and noticed in the reviews that it didn't work for a lot of other people either. So I ripped the codes from my own IR remote control ("Magic Lighting Remote Controller"), and started learning how to create my first app.
This application is ad-supported, and there is a link to donate in the settings. I have ads because I need to recoup my costs ($25 developers fee, not to mention the many hours of learning and debugging of this app).
If the response to this app is good, I will consider making an ad-free version, though I'm not sure if it will be a separate app, or in-app yet.
With that being said, if my remote controller does not work for your LED light bulb, I am sorry. Please don't leave me a bad review though, thanks.

I recently lost my led lights remote and tried using other apps but they were complicated and didn't work. But this app worked perfectly and all you had to do was download and press on. I was actually surprised it worked as I wasn't expecting it to work. Anyways this was such a useful app 😃
Description doesn't mention my phone works with this app, so no reasonable expectation for that, but also doesn't mention that it would require an iron blaster to work, almost no phones have that and you could save the trouble of trying it out uselessly. My bulb is also a Bluetooth speaker so since phones generally have no ir capability I assumed it would have to use Bluetooth control, but apparently it doesn't. Bluetooth connection and speaker are working, just not this app.
This app is just a picture it does nothing except just showing the picture and the three little dots in the corner that has settings but nothing on it work. Like some e - girls might of lost there remote and now they cant make the tik tok like respect the drip karen.
It works exactly like the physical one. It'll support any phone with IR blaster in it. Was too lazy to replace the cell, thought of giving it a try and to my surprise it did. Kudos to the developers!
amazing app! great for my 4" led cube from Amazon. I'm using a Samsung smt800. yes it needs an IR blaster to work. that's infrared. if you don't have one there's literally no way to interface with it. 👍
All that you need. Just make sure that your phone has an IR Blaster or you can say remote control. I downloaded it to control my LED lights and it works brilliantly.
Works perfectly with my bulb! I was surprised that it actually works, even without wifi. I do have an IR sensor on my phone.
ITS NOT WORKING AT ALL I TRYED EVERYTHING AND THIS WAS SO BAD. On real remote there are more colours, more options. But on this one there's nothing. And I can't even control my lights.
App doesn't work with my phone but only because it doesn't have an IR blaster. I realized AFTER I installed the app lol. But seems like a well designed app and judging by the ratings it seems like it works too. Kudos to the devs
I lost my LED remote and i panic, but search on google play store LED remote and so many LED REMOTE APP...BUT IT DOESN'T WORK. but this one does.And it helps so much🤗
good app, works as expected. but unable to goto settings after entered into full screen mode.
I keep losing the remote for my colour changing light bulb, this is a fantastic app. Worked straight away. No complaints.
Superb, Great app, i tried installing another app but didn't work, but this one worked instantly. Is there a version without ads that i csn buy? If not please make one without ads
Works with Mi A2 lite and a LightMe RGB bulb. The Red and Green channels are switched for this bulb though. It would be nice to have a setting to assign buttons to commands.
laying in bed with my S5 phone and accidentally left a LED colored ambient light on. felt around and couldn't find the remote. my phone has an IR blaster and I wondered if there could be an app and lo and behold here it is! and it works. thanks & goodnight...
