Last update removed the ability to add requests on menu items. I always ask for my wings extra crispy (and for the record, I always typed, "please," because I knew the person making them might appreciate it). Guess that's no longer an option. Your wings are better crispy, so you just lost 3 stars from a loyal fan. Think of it like a fix-it ticket; I look forward to crispy wings and a 5-star review.
The app doesn't sync with their phone orders. So the app will tell you it will be ready at a certain time, but you can wait more than 30 minutes more than the time given. Extremely inconvenient, so I'd recommend deleting the app and calling directly to get a more accurate time.
Love that I can order via app, but it's not intuitive. First, it should ask for pick-up time at the end of the order, not before. Half the time it will tell me after I complete my order that the selected time is no longer valid. So instead of rushing a user through their order in hopes of completing it before the pickup time is invalidated, why not ask for pick up time as the last step? When ordering a pizza, why am I forced to choose "no modifications" if I added toppings? Doesn't make sense.
The app totally screwed up my order. it kicked me out and I had to start over with an empty cart. When I go pickup my order they had the original order that got kicked out plus only a portion of what I thought I actually ordered. Cost me an extra $42. I will never use the app again.
App is decent and easy enough to navigate, when it works! Constantly uninstalling and reinstalling & even that won't work sometimes. Super inconvenient.
it makes it to complicated to order from your favorite individual franchise Ledo's, I was so frustrated I simply and sadly ordered Domino's instead. please get rid of the world has enough apps pizza app not need simple webpage will do.
I installed the app for about 2 minutes then uninstalled it. Couldn't get locations to populate or really do anything. Very useless.
I would love this app if it included all the Ledos locations but my location is not there. Before I was forced to use the app I could order online at the LaPlata location.
It is absolutely amazing to me that people have been complaining about this app since 2017 and nothing has been done to fix it in almost two years. What happens instead? They attach it to the website and make it a requirement. Boooooooo!!!
This app does not include all of the menu items. As such, I can't order what I want using it. This seems like a truly basic error. Fix it!
Doesn't include all locations. Useless if you want an actual location nearby.
Painful to use. Navigation is awful and causes you to restart your order. Fire whoever built this for you. I love your pizza though!
I can't order drinks. Also, when I get to the check out, it says another order is already opened! So I have to call anyway to place the order.
Worse app in app history. By the time you get to the checkout you exceed the checkout time, then go to fix checkout time...bam...locks you out. crappy app
It's okay. Won't let you customize subs when ordering. It's easier just to go to website.
Overall decently convenient, but I do wish that I could pay with a gift card via the app.

there no menu much less prices I'm assuming they sell pizza but how would you know?
I used to be able to order online, but now it forced me to download the app. There are no photos of the menu items, you can't change/remove unwanted toppings in the calzones, and have to make a pizza from scratch if you want any changes to a craft pizza. Online ordering allowed for us to pay cash when we picked up, but app requires payment. Plus after all of this, and trying to place the order, I get a message that there was an error and I have to call to place my order. So frustrating!
