Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken

First, make your rewards redeemable within the app like most other restaurant apps. Second, make a more clear indication of which locations are "participating locations". I can order ahead at my local Lee's but they do not accept my birthday reward, they do not communicate that until you get to the window to pay, and they don't offer an explanation as to why.

Great service and food, but couldn't use coupons in the app. App didn't specify that drinks don't come with meals either. I'll probably just use drive through going forward; to save money, time and extra effort to call in to let them know I'm there to pick up my order.

I personally love this app. The only thing I've found difficulty with is getting your rewards. Once you get enough of the legs. But overall it's a 5 star process every single time.

It doesn't let you order individual pieces of chicken or sandwiches, doesn't list everything available at each location, and when I go in the restaurant to get my food, they never even know I placed an order until I tell them and then they ring it up there and make it. Good idea tho and I love the rewards since I eat here a lot

Does not list all locations and has a very small list. According to other reviews, list changes. No explanation why all Lee's restaurants are not covered. Unfortunately I cannot use this app as the 7 locations within 10 miles of me are not listed...

Alot of improvements needed, but it works. Need to have the location deals listed once you choose your location to order from. Offer better incentives for ordering. I'm curious to see what I will get for earning the chicken legs.

App used to worked great, now all the Missouri location's are missing! I literally pulled up into their parking lot and the app tried to tell me there wasn't one in my location🤦🏽‍♀️Seeing other people's comments, it seems like many state's have been removed for no good reason...

I'm not sure what other people are having problems with, but it's consistently the best fast food app I've used, and makes online order/pickup extremely easy and pleasant.

Extremely disappointed with this app. For a place so good, I would expect so much more. This app has a whole lot of nothing on it. You also can not order online with it. You can not set your local store. Only "favorite it" which does nothing. Etc etc... DISAPPOINTED

Quick and easy. There is a comment section for items that are not listed. Reward is challenging, but a phone call will take care of that.

The Muskegon Michigan restaurants are not listed in the app. There are at least three locations in Muskegon Michigan. Therefore I'm deleting the app until those locations are included. I'M SITTING AT A MUSKEGON MICHIGAN DRIVE THRU LOCATION THAT'S NOT LISTED IN THE APP. WHAT'S THE DEAL?!!???!!! LIST MUSKEGON MICHIGAN IN THE APP!!!!!!!

Can't give it a zero. I have a lees famous recipe 8 blocks from my house and it isn't even in the app. It isn't new been here as long as I can remember. Very disappointed

The store doesn't start your order until you "check in" at the counter. Making this app less than useful. In this case the issue isn't with technology or the product but with the way they use it.

Would give it 5 stars, however, the full menu from my local Lee's is not on the app. It would be nice to see the full menu

The app is fine but the store so they say didn't receive the order so had to wait on it to be made instead of Grab & Go. 4 stars on the app & 3 stars on the store for not looking at there screen (Berea,KY) store.

I absolutely love Lee's and they are right down the street from where I live. I'm giving only 1 star because my location isn't an option on the app ☹️

The app only picks up locations in select cities and states. Not in my city and state, what's the purpose? I uninstalled it because it was useless.

Could be 5 instead of 1 if you would fix your app so that instead of ordering strips or classic i cpuld order your spicy. Might want to fix that.

Order numbers are a bit to long but they weren't super busy so it wasn't too confusing.

I like the app, it's convenient and fast. I just wish you would be able to order single pieces of chicken. Sometimes I just need to order a chicken leg lol..

App no longer shows my local Lee's as an option to choose. Worked wonderfully until about two weeks ago. Sent feedback through ap; no response. Since the Lee's restaurant is literally two blocks from my house, I know it is still open. Would gives??????

It's really useless! Hard to order when there is no menu to choose from...since kfc is not selling livers or gizzards or potato wedges/ now would be a good time to amp up your App and make it work...we live a hour away from the closet Lee's so the app comes in handy...if it ever works...Help!

Doesn't have any of the locations near me at all only 3 locations in ky altogether and is soooooooo slow I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP AT ALL it is nothing compared to the other restaurant apps 😔 I love Lee's food but come on this app is shotty

The most useless app I've ever seen. Why can't i choose the store i want to use? When i do it wants to send me to another location. No offers, no menu nothing so very useless.

Tried to sign up. Kept asking me to check my invite code. Don't have access to full menu. Limits what you can order. Just call ahead or go there. App is useless.

It doesn't even show you a menu! You can't order, pay from app or see coupons. Useless! Uninstalling!!

So easy to use, love ❤ this app. Saves time deciding what to order when ordering for multiple people.

Can't order, the neareat store is listed on the app but it is not an option when I got to "Order" and the search does not recognize my city..

Doesn't even show the location in our town, nor does it show the one about 28 miles away. Maybe update your info!

Doesn't show the location I'm in currently sitting in the parking lot.... I guess I'm deleting app and account unless you want to fix this....
