To redeem a special offer it tells you to do it at check out but, it offers no option at check out. Sesame chicken with Asian noodles and the noodles had more flavor. Disappointing
The app doesn't allow me to receive reward points at any time. I have requested help several times through the app I received several replies saying someone would get in touch with me after days no follow up has occurred.
I'm so so so very upset for the past couple months with this app. It originally worked on my phone and now it sits on the loading screen not changing even after an hour. I had a lot of points on there but I can't use them and I love to eat here. There NEEDS to be a place on the website to access the points and rewards instead of just on the app for problems like this. It's so very upsetting and frustrating ðŸ˜
My initial review was put in during moments of frustration with the app. I am putting in another because after deleting and reinstalling the app I did get an updated version which appears to have corrected the issues I was experiencing. I am not 100% sure because the location I was attempting to order from was closed, however as near as I could tell from running a "practice" order the app did not shut down when I reviewed my wok and added email offer to the order. Updated review is pending.
Poor app. Intrusive and when you get in, no viable menu to look at. Mobile ordering at at local location nonexistent. I'll eat elsewhere.
It never gives me the fortunes to earn free stuff. Stopped using it a few years back because it didn't work. Tried again today, but couldn't redeem and of the points once again.
App used to work well. Now I am getting emails about rewards I don't have. Last week I had an email saying there was a BOGO offer in the app. Nope. Today it says I have a birthday surprise waiting in the app. Nope. What a disappointment. The first BOGO offer since the pandemic started and I couldn't use it. And no birthday reward. The only thing I have in the app currently is a free entrée that I earned.
App is ok, but the rewards section is glitchy. Most of the time the circle that shows the number of rewards covers the spot where you have to click to redeem them which prevents you from doing so. As a mobile app, the display needs work.
recent update has lost the ability to access my rewards. The rewards button is greyed out even though it still shows a little (1) for 1 reward available. I also lost the ability to scan and earn new points. I emailed the app support team and will update this review if it gets fixed
This app doesn't let you notify the store that you ordered from that you are missing items when you don't receive everything. They steal your money because I have gone to customer service on the app and they don't care, it has been at least 2 weeks since I ordered and didn't receive an item I ordered, I let customer service know and no reply. So I would STRONGLY SUGGEST using doordash (typically this is the company I use for food delivery and they will reimburse you for items you don't receive).
Was unable to finalize payment information. Otherwise easy to use.
The app shows coupons that don't work most of the time upon checkout with the statement that pops up that "it's not valid with this order." And the stores when you call them can't handle giving you the coupon when they know they are applicable to the order. The company has lost from me a hundred or more alone because I cancel orders when people at stores don't honor coupons that are valid.
It has since been a while since I had chosen to dine at Leeann Chin, so it was my first time using the LC app, and I have to say, I am truly amazed with the level of customer service I experienced along with how delicious it was . I will definitely be dining more at Leeann Chin using the App and curbside pickup and love the convenience and service it has to offer.
Terrible app. never works and when it does your points disappear or offers do not work as listed.. Leeann Chin is running themselves out of business. App always crashes, cant use points and zero help from company on issues
After opening the app in Android, a circle with a number appears in the lower right hand corner that quickly grows in size until it covers the right half of the screen rendering the app useless.
When you try to use the rewards on a delivery/pickup order, the app crashes. For normal orders, I haven't had an issue yet.
Most of the time you can't even get the app to do anything but try and load. There is no way to check for an update either. I have had to uninstall and reinstall this app multiple times. Each time it seems to get worse.
Can't find tip option but other than good app
Other food chains could learn from this app. It's perfect. Works great, every time. Don't change a thing.
Does not load -- just showing a loading screen for several minutes. Deleting app and ordering from different place.
This app use to work all the time but unfortunately the last month of trying to log in and getting into the app is not working at all.
Takes forever to go through steps then errors out. Impossible to create an order. Oh well. Uninstall.

Not sure why this is still on the app store when signs in restaurants say the rewards program is shut down.

Invalid order error after each attempted valid order. Edit: After reinstalling the issue is resolved.
I keep getting error messages every time I scan a receipt so I don't get credit
The store is open and says open for delivery but when I go to put my order in it says the store is closed or they can't make it before they close. How about an app that works when you're trying to order something would be nice
