I cannot recommend using this app for watching the live stream. Apart from the constant buffering, which was not caused by my end, this app was constantly crashing. The stream would disappear and go back to the home screen. Pressing the live button caused the "video/audio" popup to appear, and once video was pressed the screen would go black then return to the home screen. Consequently, I missed the first 20 minutes of the game. I want my 5 pounds back please !!!!
Downloaded the app to watch back parts of Saturday's game which turned out to be a painful experience, as the stream cuts and resets to the start of the clip every couple of minutes, possibly when connection drops or phone orientation changes. After manually having to forward to where I was five times or so, I gave up. Full screen mode also doesn't work. Video playback aside I found nothing apparently wrong with the app during a brief inspection.
Could be great, but.... I can't tell you the number of times I have to restart or reload the app when it comes to listening to match commentary. I have a weekly subscription and without fail it always brings up the message I'm not subscribed. It is frustrating that something so simple does not work. Please concentrate on fixing this then, add additional content.
The content on the app is great! The problem with the app lies with their video streaming component, I can stream videos on platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram very easily but the Leeds app seems to be throttled by something and the videos load very slowly. Often when I am watching the videos they will stop and buffer multiple times, this is shame really and it needs fixing.
Videos constantly crash after opening and a message appears saying an error occurred please try again later. Very annoying and about time the issue was sorted. Do the devs ever actually read the feedback and reply to at least acknowledge they're trying to sort it out? Please try to sort ASAP.
content looks great but as with some other reviews every time try to watch a video crashes after seeing about a second. great for listening to radio commentry of games but not beingg able to watch videos very frustrating. Devs need to look at reviews might look good at average 4.7 but lot of 5 star reviews with minimal content.......
Occasional unplayabity of highlights videos but otherwise more or less solid. Once only offered video stream which was an unnecessary battery burner while listening to match commentary at work with the phone in my pocket.
Most issues have already been mentioned in the reviews which concerns me as the club are not doing their best to correct the mistakes. I have an S9 and the videos simply do not play and constantly say 'something went wrong' leaving just the audio of the video in the background it does work for S8 though Also it's now not letting me log into my account again after putting in my details, I have taken to using my partners account because that works
Fab app. Great timing for stories, news and results. Shame they made extended highlights a pay for option, I really liked that part. I watch the weekly show and podcasts. Best part is the pre match alerts especially for U23 games, like to watch them. Keep up the great work
Notifications are a waste of time. I just got notified of a first half goal from a match that finished 4 hours ago. This happens every match. Other apps such as BBC Sport or Livescore manage to send notifications in real time so why can't this one!
As with others I also have a Galaxy S10 and am having the same problems of the videos playing only the sound but no vision. I am able to play videos if I go round the long way and log in on the LUFC site, but we have apps to be more direct and responsive. Clearly there is a problem so come on LUFC and at least advise us that you are aware of this and dealing with it. I notice that you are still taking my money !!
The thing that's missing is casting to TV. Also, to watch on a PC, as the desktop website throws javascript errors, the guaranteed method to pay for a match and watch is to pay on this app up front, then log on the desktop, go to LUTV and hit the play button as it recognizes you have paid and can stream without errors.
An absolute con, 38 £00.99 payments taken from my account. Considering I've only had the app for a year. A total nightmare to contact and when you do get a response they tell you that the repetitive payments is the computer trying to catch up with your payments? I wouldn't of even given it 1 star to be fair.
Video doesn't play on my Galaxy S10 only audio playing in the back ground. Having read some of the reviews, it appears that lot of people are having the same problem. There seems to be a common theme here, come on developers try and sort it or at least reply to some comments, so we know you are listening to us.
Video content keeps crashing, also get duplicated sound. Otherwise it would be a good app. Just tried to watch the full match replay of the game v Stoke and it's frustrating when it just doesn't work
Have emailed no reply from the developer. Since a recent update it opens but states it does not recognise a location. So cannot watch any videos and even news items are slow to appear. Please fix .. was working ok up until March 2020
Works OK on my Tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab S), but lack of screen rotation is a bit of a bummer. Also it keeps saying it can't see my location even though that is switched on? Used to work on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini), but now does not!
What's happened, this app was fantastic but since the Swansea game none of the video content has updated, so there is no pre match or after match comments no build up etc from ex playersIs no highlights of the games, is this part of the update or is there a problem Had to go to one star because it's getting worse now it will not play any of the videos just goes off and says try again later, been like that for weeks now. Some answers someone, wouldn't take a chance on paying for a live game
This app is a very convienient and nice app but the thing that annoys me is that everytime I play a video, it just stops whilst playing (a few seconds in) and so i can not watch the leeds videos i want to watch properly - please can you sort this out
Be good if videos actually play without errors and all you get is sound no video. Going by other reviews seems to be common problem not being retrified. £10 to watch games, advertised as only way to watch it on the app but yet doesn't work.
Hardly ever works and when it does it has glitches...all other live stream= no problems.. They should allow live audio for tgose when this isn't working. Won't play videos never mind lutv , it just crashes.
Poor easy to use yes but when you try to watch videos they start up then stop with message sorry we have a problem this has been happening more regularly and because of this I've stopped my subscription to lutv needs to be sorted out

This app used to work perfectly, but now it's a waste of time, same old complaints sound but no video replays just keeps saying something went wrong on my Samsung phone.
Unable to log in to the app. to listen to the audio coverage despite paying for a subscription. Tried resetting the password and reinstalling the app, neither worked
None of the videos work. No picture, only broken sound. Comes up, 'something went wrong.' Tried reinstalling it, but didn't rectify the problem.
Amateur. Rarely plays videos without crashing and giving the 'Somethings gone wrong' message. Only gets an extra star because the non video content works.
Exceptional app. last season 18/19 it has every news update, video's including everything from training to interviews to Jansson playing video games. Now for the 19/20 season update they've got the live Championship table, fixtures and more!! Definitely worth the add for any Leeds fan. MOT
The content on the app looks great but every time I click on a video it goes to load then crashes and says there was a problem. I've never see more than 1 second of a video on the app despite re-installing it multiple times. Very frustrating as there's lots of content I'd like to view.
