• Two-way Communication: The watch can be inserted into a Sim card to call or receive incoming calls, and children can communicate with their parents anytime and anywhere.
• Location: The watch have multiple positioning way (GPS, LBS, or Wi-Fi). Parents can track their children's location in real time through the APP.
• Voice Chat: Watch and APP can send messages to each other to enhance communication between children and their parents.
• Pedometer: Watch will send steps information to APP, record kids’ movement every day.
• Safety Zone: The App can set up a safe zone. When the watch leaves the area, the watch will send a message to the App.
• Call Limit: To protect your child, you can turn this feature on in Settings. Then the APP will block calls that are not on the contact list.
• Do-not Disturb: During a class or training session, the watch will automatically block any incoming calls when this feature is turned on.
• Location History: You can record the history of where your child passed and where they were.
• SOS: Simply tap the power button twice to send SOS when your child needs it.

Can't add contacts. Only pedometar available in app, no other functions. Admin is set to some other person, can't change it. Doesn't do what it should do.

Better connection after complaining and contact app support, but the watch constantly 'searching network', Frustrating. The network coverage is good, I don't know whether app or watch cause that.

The app works reasonably well. It allowed for easy pairing to the phone, and I was able to setup a list of contacts and set the appropriate time zone. The location tracking can be wonky, and you have to wait at least 2 minutes after hitting refresh to have an accurate reading, but the tracking history shown in the app is correct for the most part. My problem is that I don't get any notifications. My wife gets power on/off notifications, SOS messages, and notifications whenever our son sends a message. I don't get any of these. If my son activates the SOS on the watch, I have absolutely no idea and no way of knowing that he even activated it. This is a glaring issue, as this feature was one of the selling points. I have no way of knowing if my son is trying to contact me unless he calls me. What, then, is the point of the voice messaging? If I have to manually check it to even know I have a message, that's not really messaging at all. The iOS app seems to work well, but the Android app leaves a lot to be desired at this point. I just hope my wife is around if our son ever needs help.

Works better than when I downloaded it months ago. I was disappointed when I wouldn't receive notification for messages, only for video calls. After I sent back feedback, the following update included the notification for SOS, location, and messages from my son's watch. I'm happy with the app now, and with the watch.

No longer Tracking. Only tracks sometimes if your in an active call with the person wearing the watch. This is currently not useful for tracking. Rarely works. It could be the watch that performs tracking. The watch and app came as a set. I also see that the watch I purchased is no longer offered on Amazon.

About to return the watch, App notification does not work. I do not get SOS notifications nor video calls, chat, etc. Reinstall app, allowed all permissions and also factory reseting the watch all failed to get it to work. It doesn't block dial out. So from the watch, i was able to caall random number, say local Target store. Love the idea if it works properly. Sent support requests to tech. Support via in app. Not responding. Inwill wait a few more days before returning it back to vendor.

Frustrating. It's difficult to use and difficult to set up.I figured out very easily how to power down the watch when it is in disable power down mode. Settings are very limited. The watches will only call 2 of the 6 contacts I set. And the tracking is not accurate whatsoever.

Worked .....sometimes ......all the function did what they said it would......sometimes .......good idea better if it worked 100% of the time and I live in a small city with great reception and GPS location lots of data ...picture in the video msg Is as good as the callers camera but the camera on the watch displays a blurry video on the receiving end ...you can see who and what your looking at but not very clear (I do not wear glasses nor need them).

Going on 4 months of using these things for both kids. Easy to use and switch between kids, my favorite aspect is while they are at school I can listen to what's going on without them having to call me or getting in trouble. I LOVE these things and the app. So VERY helpful💗

Location feature is great however How do I get notifications from the app on my Samsung phone? Trying to understand how I know when my child uses the SOS feature, sends a message or leaves the safe zone. The app seems irrelevant if I'm unable to receive there's notifications. And yes, I do have the app set up for notifications thru the settings on my phone. I emailed the developers with the complaint above and they have updated the app to push notifications directly to your phone.

The app always says device is offline. I can have the device in my hand and it still says it is offline. There is a problem with the APP not the device or my service provider. It will NOT track the device and it says my child is in Coffeyville Kansas and we are in Alberta Canada. Got a different device same service provider no longer using your app and no more problems so I am uninstalling your app

It was working all fine for short while and now the video call, voice chat and uploading of photos not working. Would need to reset (format), whilst you lost all the photos taken, there is no option to backup your voice chat and voice recorded.

This is incredibly frustrating. The app keeps logging me out. The first time it did this and I went to log back in, it wouldn't take my log in information, so I had to create a new login. When I got back in, I saw that my original avatar was still there, under a wierd long number instead of my phone number, and that avatar is listed as admin, and I have lost admin power. I tried to submit a help request several times, but it just come up with an error message that says "email invalid" and won't send it, even though I am logged in with that email now. I am SO FRUSTRATED!!! I cannot access admin stuff now, and spent all this money on these watches and my kids are walking around without me being able to do stuff I need to do, and apparently there is no way to get ahold of customer service!! I is awful!

The app keeps telling me my son is out of his safezone and notifying me of his location which is our saved home location. ?? (Each instance the watch has been sitting on his bedside table.) I have even set the safezone to the maximum of 2000m around our house. Clearly even the 4G GPS location tracking is inaccurate. I also do not like that the app does not allow us to turn off the game feature or restrict usage. PLUS, alarm woke us up at 1am even though no alarm was set! My son terrified.

Ever since i downloaded the update today, the app closes as soon as I open it. I've already had major issues with it not reflecting an accurate location on my child, and always saying that his watch is in low-power mode when I know that's not the case because I just charged it and it shows a full battery and hasn't been used. I purchased this watch so that I could keep my child safe, know where he is and communicate with him, but for the last several weeks this app has been totally useless

Now unable to add any contacts, set to classroom mode or see any kind of activity log. My app changed on my phone. When I attempted to call for assistance a few months ago I was hung up on over and over. It's disappointing and honestly I have no way to protect my child when using this watch. He can dial any number from his watch using the keypad whether I've added the contact or not

So far a 1 star...the app will not load. I've cleared cache & data of my app store restarted phone and still will not install. Update- finally installed and works great. I do wish the watch would text directly to my phone and vice-versa instead of only via app.

Started phone, works great! Only issue is no notifications of new message from your child. You find out when you're in the app. Thats the only thing that needs to be fixed and this app would be perfect!

It used to work (albeit location not accurate where my child is) but was functioning to some extent now the app is not saving my WiFi, QR code (on the watch) to bind the watch to the phone is blank. Because of this the watch is useless. Even trying to submit feedback for help on the app it is telling me that my email address is invalid!!! Please rectify urgently.

Terrible. Everytime he wears it, it'll say it's in low power mode when it's not and won't let me adjust or save crucial settings. It's ridiculous 😑. Also there's not a way to disable games and the watch I bought that goes with this app has a terrible battery life

SO MANY PROBLEMS! 1. Calls only connect about 5% of the time 2. Location never works when needed most 3. Video calls worked once, then never again 4. Watch and app DO NOT communicate as promised 5. Can't add family members (list is there, but the add button disappeared after first use) 6. App made 2 profiles for me (one as admin, one as "follower"), and I can't change it. I can only call him as the "Admin", but he can only call me as "follower" I'm so angry my husband went for the cheap watch.

Love this app. It is sweet and simple and does exactly what my daughter (7yo) needs without all the extra internet and etc. I love being able to to peek and she where she is, especially if she is staying with someone for the first time. It really brings me security!

The product is garbage it gps's my daughter everywhere but were she is 10/21 if my daughter went missing I wouldn't find her w this app. Don't get this, i keep getting a message that the device is offline even though it can receive and send calls but I can't locate the watch most of the time. I wish they would work on this so I'm going to look for another product because that was the point of it is to know where my daughter is who's five. Gpsing her is a big selling point and I can't GPS her.

Watch not track with GPs, always says off network when trying to video. Did not come with extra screws or sim card. Bought sim card and service with tmobile.. worked fine for 2 weeks and then started to get the offline message.. checked with provider nothing seems to be the matter on their end.. watch still receives phone calls and makes phone calls.

Latest version just generates "Unknow internet error, please check network setting", including the app's feedback form! Everything else on this phone works perfectly.
