Additional watch face apps do not load some complete function. For example, some are missing day indication or hour, minute and seconds hands missing. Needs more digital watch face options. Phone app gets stuck trying to install background apps. Connection between phone and watch will drop out and messages or calls won't go through. Please make more stable.
It does not work at all. Went for a run this morning doesn't show any distance ran only steps. And keeps on disconnecting and inaccurate. When setting up I do all the sync but nothing is sync. Can't get msg and call alerts at all. Worst watch and app, thanks to my phone built-in health app managed to record my run. It's just now a watch for time. Bluetooth connection is on but when I click sync data it says device not connected.😡😡😡
If you are planning to buy an M3 fitness band, or any other fitness band that requires this app, DON'T!!! This app will only function for a short time (if at all), then stops recognizing the band. Now you have a fitness band that won't export it's data and you can't even adjust the settings. I can't even "spring forward" to adjust the DST time on my watch. Until this app is fixed or the M3 band makers design their own, stay away from the M3 style bands and this app.
Almost all here have connectivity problems. Shops selling smartwatches with this application in mind are been fraudulent. Surprised nothing has been done about the complaints here. My smartwatch connected for about two weeks, (of course disconnecting always but reconnecting), however it no longer connects, phone can't find it anymore. This seems to be the general complain. Those who spend valuable money to buy smartwatches using the application can't get value as the application doesn't work.
WORST PRODUCT EVER. This app will not even open on my phone (Google) It keeps stopping. The other app from Lefun, Lefun Health does not work either but at least the app opens. If it connects to my phone then the band goes crazy. When it disconnects then band is ok and I can use it. It will not sync with the phone app and is just utterly rubbish. JUNK TRASH CON!
It doesn't sync, nor will it download. I have the app that was listed in the instructions, and that doesnt work. itll take my blood pressure, pulse, and O2 readings, BUT it doesnt count my steps nor calories. on top of that, it keeps saying something about suspension window. please fix the App
i quite like the interface on this app, it is very easy to find, however when paired with my dt19 watch it does not update the weather, im in uk and weather is stuck on NYC, i cannot find anywhere in the app to set the weather origin and finally of all the watch faces in the app push only one seems to work ok all the other have missing hands.... otherwise i would have given the app a 5 star rating.
i have been reading the other reviews & it sounds that you all do not even try set the app up right. Better than that you all should see if your phone is conpatible before buying it. This may be the problem. Also, take note of the dates of the reviews. Keep in mind it was just updated. The app came out in April of last year meaning they are working the bugs out. Work with them!
It was keep crashing and freezing, but have checked the error message at report and realized that it was Number Format Exception. if your number setting use comma as a decimal separator, it wasn't work. I have changed my phone language from Turkish to English than problem solved. Development team should consider localisation...
For android there are so many issues. Won't change to 12 hr clock; only gives steps, heart rate and blood pressure. It won't stay connected or auto connect, when phone is near; no miles/ft or kcal burned for steps walked. It was a waste to get this fitbit.
I find it's very difficult to connect the watch to the app. I need to disconnect bluetooth connections to allow visibility of my device in app .... by sometimes it just works and I really enjoy the app ,but still wish the app would just connect with phones bluetooth to allow connections.
App doesn't not stay synced to phone. Always losing sync and you have to always try to reconnect. It doesn't automatically sync like other watches. Also when you get a call the people on the other side can't hear you The whole app needs improvement before I will use it.
When the phone is in a different room than you are the Bluetooth drops far to much. I have to keep uninstalling the app and reinstalling the app just to reconnect my smart bracelet/watch to the app many times in a day. Plus the battery just doesn't stay charged up enough.
nice interface, poor function. needs to have English editing performed. some functions do not work, this could be the fault of the watch not the software. if you purchased the watch from LEFUN return it NOW. Save up your money for a working watch .
It was great the first day, it doesnt reset your pedometer for a new day it just wipes the day before and starts at the last step taken from the day before. It constantly disconnects, I've tried everything to keep it connected but nothing happens.
1 star b/c I can't leave "0" . WORST APP EVER. Got a new smartwatch that said I needed this app to help with the functions on it, well its S***, the watch works but the app does nothing but fail & does a "force to shut down" EVERY TIME I try to open something on the watch so it errors out & not work. I even took the app off my phone & tried to reinstall it & then it kept saying it "wasn't able to install". I suggest everyone stay clear of this app & find something else. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!
Just... Ugh. This thing will not change the weather to save its life and forget about setting an alarm on the watch. You need to update this app more than what you do. The current version isn't cutting it and It renders the watch useless. FIX IT!!! NOW!
App needs updates. The app bluetooth devices list pops up but getting it to connect have fun with that. I tried resetting power and connecting bluetooth sometimes it finds device but it will not pair.watch looks cool other then that. Please fix your apps bluetooth connections functions. Please fix ANDROID bluetooth connections in app cause it freezes but suddenly all these watch pictures popped up on my picture galary
after a full week of trying to get the app to actually count my steps etc, i still cant get it to work..it is connected to my phone..it is saving input that i type in..it is talking to my phone to find etc..but not doing anything i purchased it for..because it is actually working, they will not replace or refund unit..$30 down the drain
This is a Chinese smart watch. So need to pair with Chinese phones. Otherwise what is 8 hours even you spend 80 hours it will not connect with your phones. I tried with Samsung it doesn't work. But when I used realme phone within 30 seconds its connected and working. Chinese
My watch is connected to my phone through this app, and my contacts aren't being synced at all, my messages and sound is not syncing all the time.. I need you guys to fix this problem with your app I am not happy with this at all
Doesn't work on any of my devices. App stopped working on smart phone Won't talk to iPad Time won't set Not water proof Good idea. But not a good buy. The device doesn't work as expected. Only the main point responds.
This is a waste of space! Won't synchronize with watch except to notify you constantly that it is connected so the watch battery and the phone soon run out! I'm looking for some other app to hopefully connect my DT19 smart watch successfully!
Worse app ever it doesnt let you sign in with ur own username so you can maintain the data, Bluetooth in the watch keeps on disconnecting even if i put the phone in my pocket, kindly update your app and improve your watches
This app is terrible it keeps closing on me and your second apps has too many advertisements that I had to take it off I can't deal with all those advertisements every time I open the app. Do you have another app that could be used other than the two I mentioned?
I spent eight hours trying to get this thing to work. It's not like I've never set up an Android watch before. First, the manual that come with the watch is unusable. The type is smaller than microfiche. Even with a magnifying glass, it was unreadable. The apps don't work. I had to reboot my phone 87 times to get it to connect. It does connect, but it disconnects a second later. Totally useless. And there is no way to get the dial face that was in the ad. China is trying to gaslight us.
