This app is so good. The only thing i would recommend is adding a challenge for a set period. But i like that if you extend the duration of the workout there is more exercise variations that are added to the workout. Thank you so much
I like the app as it's nicely build and it alerts me visually and vocally of the next move. What I would like to see is with each week more intense exercises or a change in them since the body adapts to repetitive workout and it no longer gives results.
Really the only way this could be improved is by having a body/muscle diagram where you can tap a muscle group and pick the amount of definition you want there, and then receive a workout routine targeted for that.
This app is super making my gym life much simpler because I don't have to pay money to go to gym ,so I really like this app since I am really looking forward on having good looking legs and which is what the app provide for us.
Love I can share it on Google fit. It's convenient I can create my own program when I have time and then I can use the program already there when I don't have time. I can use a quick exercise when I don't have time and I can use a longer one. I haven't experienced any kind of shut down of the program. Absolutely wonderful!
No significant adds, plain, graphical and ready to go whenever, wherever you can squeeze a little workout.
I really enjoy the options available on this app. How you can target areas of the body you want to work on and set a timer from 5-60mins. Helps remove excuses!
This app is good but sometimes I mistakely skip a exercise then it wont come again instantly but changes the exercise and I cannot skip the waiting time if I try then the exercise will change

It is absolutely wonderful! Except to text-to-speech function. The excercises are really good!
Just right! I work long hours so it's nice that I can set how long I want to work out for and still feel as though I did a workout without all the jumping and running around. And if you like the workouts they will remember the routine and you can do it again the next time you get on. Thank you.
I'm really enjoying this app, it's easy to use, there's loads on there, and you can start small and build up your time. I'm doing some stretching and some exercises every morning now; i feel better for it, and I'm enjoying it so i do it. Thank you!
Simple I like the concept. It doesn't take it easy on u with long breaks but it does let u control the length of the work out

This app will make me have thighs and my legs are like chicken leg they are not fit they are lame and I always go to the gym but I remain the same.day after day everyday but nothing has changed since t always at the gym but I hope this app will help me make sure that the app works the best.i will exercise every day .
Its a good app but there should be the level increase by choice which you provide by choice but nos of exercise may not change only difficulty level change
The app is really easy to navigate and the workouts are good for beginners. Highly recommended
I've only been using this app for a month but I like it. I like that it shows you how to do the moves and it counts down for you. It's pretty easy to follow since I'm a beginner.
Can't pause the workouts but they are straightforward. You do as many reps of each exercise as you can, within the set time.
It's been great it really pushes you i wish it would do more amount rep excercises that would be ideal but this app has helped me a lot i would recommend this to anyone
Why why l need feedback quickly because ads are ruining my workouts. I was fine with them at the bottom, but now thet fill the whole screen please fix that it is now annoying
It's a great app i love i it i wish they can give us a few seconds to change From left hand to right 3 seconds for example

Really good, nothing else I have to say besides it has very good exercises for all parts of the legs. Very helpful for a keg workout
I have a genetic neurological physical condition. I cant do hitt exercises. I can't jump and have balance issues. Which can make it hard to get an intense workout. BUT.....this app has several options I can do that really push me! Several more are easily modified or I can just switch out one or two exercises and continue with the routine. I love it!
