This app having such a high rating with all the significantly high numbers of negative comments is kind of top shelf comedy. I don't really use the card but maybe twice a year just for credit purposes. I actually pay more in annual fees than I do purchases lol. However, I'm giving it 2 stars because it is seriously lacking modern software. I mean what I use it for serves its purpose but really!!!! No debt card payment options??? this app is all but officially bedrock.
This is literally one of the worst designed and worst performing apps I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Every interaction requires a code, every click of a button comes up with, "An error has occured", it constantly signs you out while actively utilizing it. I sincerely can't understand who approved this. This is why you need to outsource the creation of an app, or at least hire an expert to design it, because to call this app flawed, would be an extreme understatement.
Garbage credit card. You know it's a scam when they have a super early cut off time for payments on the due date. My better credit cards don't have this issue ever. I used this card to build credit, then one of the first to cancel once I had established credit.
Doesn't show recent transactions but there is clearly an increased balance since last statement. This is still occurring, it takes almost a month for recent transactions to update. Payment posts but still shows due. This app needs some help!!
Does its job but a pain in the rear to use. Whats the point of an app if it takes longer to use. I have to read add my payment info everytime even if its already verified and saved. Sometimes i have to add the entire crefitcard info even when I haven't messed up input. I dread paying this card every month because its such a pain.
updated to 4 star for Biometrics.. No ability to schedule an auto pay from inside the App, its almost like they are a dishonest lender looking for late fees. Basic app overall, balance, transactions and "customer service" available. No fingerprint password, so using Lastpass is a must.
horrible login experience, literally the only app or account of any type I have anywhere that requires typing in a password so you literally have to go through password reset every time you try to login, not only is their authentication process over 10 years dated, the recovery/reset process is as well & requires you to physically have the card; to be this outdated, it must be volitional to charge late payment fees 🗑
Some of the options are overshadowed by other options. For example, I cannot CLEARLY see the balance because something else is written on top of the amount. This issue has been ongoing, hence my calling to verify actual balance.
Just like the Blaze app (same bank, basically, and the same app as this, for those who aren't familiar) this app is sorely lacking by not having any kind of biometric login authentication. Having to type out my 17-character password every single time I use the app is annoying. Please get with the times and add fingerprint login.
With my first payment their account verification service GIACT wouldn't verify my personal account . They tried to charge me 4 dollars over their screw up. Luckily I have a joint account that I could use. Some people don't have that luxury of having a second checking account.
great app... card is cool...a lot worse ones out there for bad credit....got my increase to 600 so it's a work in progress... I'd recommend it as I has 12 credit cards as far as I can see all the ones I can get with a now 620 credit score....2 years ago it was 430... around 480 I got this card or 500.... I have so many because I had small starting balances... 300 and 500 limits only but now most are 750 a few are 1000..one is 1050 ( surge a great card ) and one is 1500... petal is also good.
App was easy but the Company is completely trash. I used my card once and paid the balance off in full the following week. Fast forward not even 2 months later to me receiving a letter stating my account was closed. Called customer service and apparently the fraud department needs to verify my name is on the account I paid with(it's my bank account for over 20 years). They need me to verify it's my account but in the meantime had no issue accepting the payment. I recommend no getting this card
Easily locks you out of access with one wrong attempt to use password. Have to reset everything with card info. Not very convenient if you don't carry your card with you. Needs biometric login.
Change your password system!!!!! 10 damn digits, plus special characters, capitals, low case and number is absolutely ridiculous! I have to change my dn password Everytime I log in because SUPPOSEDLY it was put in wrong, but when I try to put it in as my new password, it says I can't use previous passwords!!! Fix your damned app!
Those so is nota good as I would like but so much better than what it used to be. Thank you so much to the developers for making an app that works and works correctly
This app needs serious attention. I can't log in or retrieve my password. It's useless. This is the 2nd time I've been through this. You had more than enough time over the months to fix this. Rediculis.
It would be Nice to be able to Make Payments With My Debit Card, From The App. Also, Be Able To Apply For Credit Line Increases As Well.... Thank You.... Need to have an Option To Pay By Debit Card....
It's easy to use. Only thing I don't like is having to screenshot the confirmation #. I need the confirmation# so I can keep it logged in my bill book
This app makes me get a verification email then makes me change the password just to get a other verification email just to log in. Way too difficult to use
This credit card has a very easy application process, they give generous credit line increases once good payment history is established, and the app is easy to use. Thank you for helping me reestablish my credit.
I love my card with legacy, I have only one complaint with my visa, I am an OTR truck driver and my card gets its use alot,but the company that issued it only allows me to make 2 payments a month,and as busy as I am,I should be allowed to make atleast 3 payments a month based on my balance at the time,I with they would reconsider this option, I stopped using my card so much because they put limits on me, and I dont think that's fair! But it is what it is!!
This app is exceptionally user friendly and glitch free. The Legacy First National Bank app is also easy to read and simple. Definitely worth 5 ✨
Totally Meh. Balance and available credit take too long to update. Biometric security needs to be re-verified by a second step on a seemingly continuous basis. Overall use feels klunky, not fluid, and it seems like the page might have been top notch...around 1998 or so. Like I said, Meh. Yes, I can pay my bill online. No, it is not a pleasant experience.
