Legacy Health
Use the Legacy Health app to quickly find a Legacy location, link to your favorites (Legacy locations or medical providers), log in to your MyHealth account (your personalized health record) and store important “In Case of Emergency” (ICE) information for first responders.

• Find a provider: Look up doctors by name or specialty. Sharing function allows you to send location and provider information to friends and family by text and email.

• MyHealth: A secure login gives you access to lab results, appointment information, current medications, immunization history and more, for you and your family, on your mobile device. *You must first create an account through your health care provider in order to access your information. Just installed this app. It wants to send an error report, because it crashed on first time opening. However it will not open.
App won't open. I click on it, it flashes and then closes. what's the point in downloading the app if it won't work? Please fix it.
App keeps crashing without developer updating the website. Sad, MyHealth App works great for me and is an important part of my ability to organize my Healthcare Providers and appointments.

It would not open at all.
Does not work on my Samsung S9 phone. The app crashes on opening and it does not stay open, it crashes in the provider section. I had this app on my S6 phone and had no problems. when will this app be free of crashes? Really frustrating to be unable to use this app to its fullest capabilities. Who may I contact to fix this? Getting really angry that I have not been able to use this app without it hanging or crashing! Have tried off & on since June 2019 to use this app to no avail!

Nothing works. I pressed on all different options and it just stays the same it doesn't load at all
Can't even get started!!! I installed the app and continuously received app error messages and the app continuously asked if I wanted to report it. After 5 error messages, this app is worthless and I deleted the app from my phone.
