This app does NOT show the correct fee to add funds to your account. The app lists a $3 fee, the fee is actually $5.95. You only find that out if you call to inquire about the wrong charge. They also stated they are aware the app shows the wrong fee.
useless...horrible! Website not available. Office closed even though it's still operating hours. App shuts down on login screen. Phone automatically disconnects when trying to add funds or even pay with card when inmate calls. Absolutely NO WAY TO PAY! Beyond aggrivation! Totally worthless "communication" company! If I could give negative stars I would rate it a -5 star app and company.
Do not use!!! Buy minutes over the phone, this app charges a "tax" in outrageous amounts on top of the 3.50 service charge. If u purchase mins at 888# instead, they charge only 3.50, they mention a tax but it is not tacked on to total amount, maybe in certain states. The app takes the outrageous tax EVERY TIME!!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD
It's always something wrong when I try to sign in. Couldn't add money when I received an inmate call. I have an Android phone and I'm not sure all of the bugs are fixed.
It is very difficult to understand this app it allows you to create a password and then for some reason it doesn't recognize it and you have to reset it with a temporary one, i had read the reviews but I decided to give it a chance when logged in I was instructed in the email do edit and reset my password thats a failure, the process fee and not only to mention you cant view your balance I feel like ive been robbed I now understand the frustration and why the poorly reviews
DO NOT download this app, it will rip you off, and wont show you your balance or information. For example if you put 5 dollars, it will charge you a total of 11 dollars plus tax! Its a scam, who knows who will be getting your money, but it certainly won't go to phone calls with your loved one.
This service is unilaterally designed to cost u $$$ and delivers limited service. There's no way to know if ur using it properly until u discover u have wasted your money trying to set-up the services they say they provide. It's not a sham, it's just not designed well becuz it assumes that you understand how the various DoC complexes work, & assumes that you already know what u are trying to do regarding establishing the connection for someone in a facility.
I would rate it NO stars if I could cuz this app is completely useless to me. I can't view my available funds. And my facility in CA does NOT let you communicate by video visits, send pics, or send emails.
OVERCHARGES. PAY THROUGH THE PHONE INSTEAD. I PUT $10 AND WAS CHARGED $18 AND SOME CHANGE... THE TOTAL SAID 14.88 ANYWAYS, AND I LOOKED AT MY BANK STATEMENT AND IT HAD CHARGED OVER $18... THATS LITERALLY A SCAM AND THEFT... IT DIDN'T SAY 8 EXTRA DOLLARS IT SAID 4.88 WHICH WAS ALREADY PUSHING IT. OVER THE PHONE ITS ONLY 3 EXTRA DOLLARS. I'M SO MAD. I ALREADY SPEND ALLOT JUST TO TALK NOW $8 EXTRA.
I can't login at all. I can't receive calls from my son in jail. The app says it has a System.Collections.ListDicttionaryInternal.
Everytime that I have tried to use the app for my account on my phone it says either error or dictionary something it won't let me log into my account now. I'm like what?!
terrible. i couldn't even make it past the log in page. it said i already had an account but i never made one. and when i tried to make one it wouldn't let me.
Cannot access my balance. App is QUICK to save info & take money but seems to FLASH BRIEFLY account info then I cant retrieve it!!!!
This app is not good, it's all generic I cant even add funds thru here have to go to my browser I download this app to do video visits and it won't even work!
I've made several complaint's about not being able to view my profile so I know how much is still on the account. I only have this app because my fiance is in jail and our daughter talks to him every night. I haven't gotten any sort of response any of the times I've complained about issues.
scam!!!!! I was told to download this ap and add money to speak with my daughter. after I started an account and added money, they told me that facility doesn't use this service. then was told by a representative that the "processing fee" is non refundable! so they basically will just take your money and tell you they will do nothing for you! No REFUND! BEWARE!!! THIS HAS GOT TO BE ILLEGAL! AND A VERY BIG SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!

This app is usless. Wont work nonmatter what i do. Called customer servixe and was told it was me because they could log in. This compqny is so irresponsible .

This app is Garbage. Plain and simple.
Because someone who had my phone number before me used this service, I cannot use this app because I can't reset my password without putting in the old associated email address. But I can't create an account because one already exists. Based on the other reviews it seems to be a useless app anyway. Update: called the phone number on their website to get my email address updated. Their customer service is terrible too. Was able to use app but it doesn't show anything useful.
