It only allows so many texts for $2.99 per month. (10 texts for $2.99). That is back to 1990's. Forget it. I'll get text free. Unless it is unlimited and you keep the number, NO way and I didn't even use any texts and asked for a refund and they refused. This was within the first 10 minutes of purchasing. DUMB!!
This app stole money off my card, they made me purchase minutes from the beginning, afterwards notified my "number was expired," then prompted me to pay 9.99 monthly subscription, I went on ahead and did so, And they never gave me the minutes I paid for nor did I receive anything for my monthly subscription, In fact the app tried to make me spend $10 more on another pre-set number. The hell with them. Awaiting refund now.
This is the best app I've ever used for a second line. You have to purchase minutes and texts, but they never expire. I only use this app for craigslist sales and any other type of transaction where I don't want to share my personal information. Great app!!!
Why would you PAY $$$ for Sub-par service(or lack thereof) when TextNow is FREE. So is 2ndLine from them. You're just stupid or a brand fanboy if you're still paying for a digital "second line" for texting or calling. It's freaking 2018-calling is free from so many many apps, if only you'd join this century...
Cannot change numbers when necessary (and charges separately for it), and now signed up no way to cancel subscription extremely disappointed.. Nothing really separating this from burner
purchased free trial and picked a number and it's still not working keep telling me to pick a number after I did don't know if I need to download a another app worse feature add for keepsafe please help me with the issue I'm having thank you
Terrible!I bought a subscription on another device but I want to use it on this phone and I paid and I cannot download it to this phone or a rip off I thought I could do that on Google apps apparently if you buy this you can only buy it use it on the device you downloaded it on originally
Worked very well no annoying ringtones set by developers clear as a bell reception, immediate text delivery& reception.

in their privacy statement they say share your information with "... other companies under common control, in which case we will require those entities to honor this Privacy Policy." they also say "we may send you Keepsafe- related marketing communications." i do not want to pay for ads, true u can opt out but why give out personal info and ads by defalt to people that pay you?
I paid and didnt get any phone numbers too and now I seen someone has the same issues .. Money not matter how small dont grow on trees . fix this pls

I've only had the app for a few days and it's been working well so far. My only complaints are: #1- when someone leaves a voicemail, I can't get the sound turned up very high to hear it. My voicemails through my regular carrier are more than loud enough. Can't set that volume in the app at all. Would also like a way to be able to sync the calls to be able to be used through my car audio without forwarding them to my regular cell number to be charged for the minutes. Otherwise the concept is great!
