Wow, a big step BACKWARD for this app due to the change to bold font for each and every line of account transactions. Bold font is great when used sparingly to highlight important bits of information such as labels, keywords or search results, etc., but gratuitous overuse is tiring to the eyes and tends to make looking for data less intuitive. This is terrible...

Very inconsistent. I've been trying to deposit checks, and on some days they do get through. But more often than not, the back side of the checks do not seem to go through, and this app has me retaking the photo for the 24th time (not joking) and tells me it cannot read the back side. The frustration is keeping me away from this app. I'll just have to find time to go to the actual bank.

it was already hard to take a picture especially of the back...now it's even harder to do either side with the back of the check even worse and you have no control because the app takes the picture. it took 8 attempts before it would allow a picture. at least before you had control of taking the picture. going to be moving my account to my second bank because their app let's you control the picture you take and never takes as long as Legacy.

I love the update to the check deposit feature! It's a lot easier to capture a picture! The Legacy Texas mobile app is very convenient and a big time saver! This bank is the BEST!! I appreciate having all my transactions, balances and everything I need just by clicking on the app and entering my password! Thank you! 😉

This app does not show the check numbers after they are deposited or any other information that would allow you to identify them after they are submitted. When photographing checks in order submit them the camera flash can not be activated and the telephone flashlight is shut off when you photograph the check. This causes you to be forced to use room lighting which is often inadequate. Spend some money on your programmers Legacy Texas, the Chase app has had this stuff forever.

Since the latest update this app has gotten so much better! Depositing checks actually works quite well now. Previously if you didn't have absolutely perfect lighting, the check would not show the well in the app, and the check would not be accepted. Now it works quite well even with somewhat poor lighting

Works well, does what you would expect without issue. You can transfer money and view your accounts. Occasionally, the app is down. Very rarely though, not enough to knock the rating down.

Has everything I need without going to the bank. I've never had glitches or troubles of any kind, even after using the app for several years. Transfers happen pretty quickly, too. I'm pleased!

Makes paying bills so easy. This is the same software I used at a large credit union. The credit union has other features that made it more user friendly. But, overall, this app is very good.

the appt will not open, therefore I can not do my banking online. This is where I pay my bills, please fix this problem. I has always worked great until lately, it states app keeps closing. continue to have problems, apt will not open, states app keeps closing continue to have problems with getting this appt to open,,,,,,,this apt still will not open, I need this app to work

works great when it works. sometimes it glitches and won't let you transfer. other times your account doesn't show accurate balance and often after 10 pm you can't even get in to kt.

Updated today. And every time I try to view messages or go into Settings / Push Notifications, I am immediately logged out due to a "sessions" time out. This is ridiculous. I need to be able to access my messages.

App is easy to use a great UI. I am very impressed with Legacy's online and mobile capabilities. Much better than some very large banks I have used.

Do not use their check deposit. They state that if the check is deposited by 5pm they will have it in your account that same day. I get paid every Friday, have deposited checks twice now before 3:30pm and they have failed to deposit the money into my account until Monday. I've called the bank to check on it and they said they recieved the check in time but because that department was closed by the time I called, they can't cancel the check deposit and I'll have to wait to get my money or there will be fees. The app is fine for checking your account balance, but DO NOT USE CHECK DEPOSIT if you need money that same day.

This app works well and in situations where I need to add money to my everyday account the balance transfer feature helps me to be able to have the money I need to get out of the grocery store checkout. Good job.

I have a problem with Deposit feature. When I take the licture of the check to deposit the front side of the check is easy but I always takes mulitiple tries to get a picture of the back if the check. Very frustrating

This app and bank are pretty bad. Only with them since I've had an account from when I was a child. Very difficult to transfer money to other accounts and takes forever to get there

Nice banking app. Use the app several times a week to check accounts and pay bills. And since they added mobile check deposit, I can do all my banking via the app.

App is very hard to navigate. When both pictures are taken doesn't want to go forward. Other bank apps are much better will not use this app very much from here on out

Worst app I've ever had for depositing checks. Insists endorsements must be made by fat chisel Sharpie it it can't see it. Even the 'View image' option shows it clearly. No other banking apps I've had have so much trouble recognizing endorsements.

I like it in general, but i wish their mobile deposit it easier to use. by the time i deposit a single check i cant help but wonder if it easier to drive to the branch. pure pain.

So easy, and I love the countdown photo feature. Takes the guess work out of trying to get a manual photo suitable to register.

This is the worst check deposit/banking app. that I have used. The pictures are never successful. You have to try many times. I use other bank apps. and this app is sorely behind.

Excellent, deposit of checks as if you are at the bank plus chat, in case of questions! Extremenly helpful and saves me the trip to the bank and the line!! Thank you, Legacy Texas!

Had lots of issues. Called for support, put me on hold for 8 minutes after verifying my account, came back and asked "so what problem are you having?" Really great service after banking with them for 12+ years

Does not work on any on any of my newer phones. It was working up to 9/18, after that, it 000no longer works. Any suggestions? Anyone else have this issue? What did you do to fix the issue.

I have a tendency of rating all apps based on simplicity and ease of navigation, this one gets 5 stars on both.

App for the most part is very smooth. Mobile deposits can sometimes be tricky but overall really good app.
